Took a little longer than I expected, changed pick up date a couple times. Then had problem with side view mirror control when I did pick it up. But....body work done great. A service tech stayed to fix mirror control. Wes, my service agent was great. Very good customer service.

I used Randy Marion Collision Center for repair after a crunch on the back of my SUV requiring them to replace the whole thing. I originally worked with David and in the end, worked with David again. I the middle, there was a hiccup in the process. These things happen. The mark of a high-quality business is not perfect every time but in making things right. David went over and above basic customer service to make sure my van was like new, I was happy and my kids were comfortable while we waited for the last minor repair that happened about a month after the major repairs. (I could not make it in sooner to get the last tiny piece that was back-ordered.) David was awesome and he runs a tight ship. Whoever hired him got gold. This was a wonderful business to work with. I drove an hour from my home to go here, and it was time well invested.

Everyone at Randy Marion was great, David and Wes went out of their way to make sure my Silverado was taken care of. The tech that did the bodywork and paint did an outstanding job and my brush guard looks amazing! Everyone was professional and very helpful. I will recommend Randy Marion Collision center to anyone looking for quality bodywork and paint. I will be back in the future, when I need something painted. Awesome job!

If you are ok with IDK answers then this is the place for you. Our vehicle was wrecked a month ago and we made the wrong decision to have it towed here. It sat for a month and was never touched and when I called I was given run around, an excuse or an IDK answer by Judy, who definately needs some lessons in Customer Service! As for David Kay who we were dealing with, he is no longer there and they have pawned his job off on others. Randy Marion needs to clean house over there and start over with a new crew. We had our vehicle towed to another collision center after all this and would NEVER recommend Randy Marion to anyone.

Zero communication with us during the 8 weeks it took to repair my husbands truck. We had to refuse the body work 3 times because it was poorly done, I literally had to track down Randy Marion to get it done to our satisfaction. We are not normally difficult customers, my husbands truck was brand new when it was wrecked and we wanted it back in that condition. In the pics, the green spots are marked flaws in the paint/body work. The first time we had to refuse it, they had literally out the wrong color bow tie on his grill. Yall they got the bow tie wrong, can you imagine? They ultimately covered our deductible and we got the truck repaired to our satisfaction, but all in all it was not a great experience with this branch of the Marion network. When we made the final receipt from the collision center our gas tank was empty and the brand new fog light was out. We had the great guys at the Mooresville service department fix the light for us - had it back in 3 hours.

I would love to talk to David Kay’s boss or even Randy Marion himself. This is by far the worst place I have ever dealt with. The receptionist told me on a Friday my car would be ready on Monday. I called my work to take time off and yet the car was not ready Monday. David Kay also told the insurance company my car would be ready Monday and it wasn’t told me it just needed an alignment and we all know it doesn’t take 24 hours to so. Then on Tuesday same ordeal told my work I needed to leave early. I call and say I’m on my way and a part wasn’t on my car. They need new management in there. This wasn’t my first rodeo with them. I will NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. A zoo could run this place better. I would love to hear from someone.

They kept telling us lies about when the car would be done and making things up. According to them a part was in the paint shop for over a week and it was 1 single part very unprofessional I’m we are extremely upset at the process will never do business with them again

Very professional. Very thorough. Very skilled people. I was worried when I dropped my car off to them for collision repairs. However, the process was seamless, even during the Covid-19 pandemic. I dropped it off, and within a week, it was done. I couldnt be more happy with the work. It looks like the accident never happened.

Between here and another competitive place....I will have to say the pricing is half of the other place the people are nice and they all interact with you,from the appraisers, to the secretaries and even the mechanics...any time I have been in there everyone I see walk in or out...speaks!

Excellent Service, incredible work, and great experience. I would HIGHLY recommend Kenny! He has been on top of the game keeping me updated throughout the insurance process as well as the vehicle repairs. I am impressed with the timely manner my car was repaired. Especially with the amount of body damage I had.

I wrecked my truck back in october, the communication was terrible throughout the entire experience. I had to make every single call to get updates. They had my truck for 60+ days and I had to return it back to them on 3 separate occasions due to poor quality repairs. Still to this day I am finding things that are not acceptable. My rear seat developed a squeak, after further inspection I noticed that they had left off the rubber gromets to keep the rear seat tight causing noise from vibration. If you want a quality job I would not recommend Randy Marion collision.

I worked with Kenny at this location and he was so well spoken and put me at ease. He made the difficult decisions easy and was very pleasant to work with. He kept us laughing and made us feel like we were the most important customer he had. Would highly recommend this company and furthermore Id say to ask for Kenny.
