Was a little timely on the repairs but due to 4th of July and covid outbreak I can understand somewhat. They kept me informed. Saying its going great until we got close to a month later. But must say the repairs look Great. Still waiting to hear from them on why my fog light isnt working on the damaged side.

Decided on Gerber after a horrible experience with another local body shop. BOY, am I glad we did! The mere respect and regard for human interaction was like a breath of fresh air! They took the time to hear our concerns, as well as walk us through any repair processes. Kept us updated as they said they would! Gabe and Amelia were 100% up front with us when timing got off track (waiting for parts). I could not be more appreciative of this Team. My vehicle looks great and they went above and beyond to help me when no one else would! Thank you!

They went above and beyond to fix my truck better than my expectations and I am happy with their work. They have a nation wide lifetime warranty and their work is also warranted with my insurance company. I would take a vehicle back to them but I hope I never have to, nobody wants damage to their vehicle.

Excellent work from start to finish. My new 2020 Dodge Charger was rear endedGerber did a great job fixing the damage. Excellent job and delivered before promised! I would I left reccomend Gerber to anyone.

I 150% recommend using this shop if you need your vehicle repaired. I dealt with Gabe, who was super professional and super polite. Everyone that I’ve talked to at this shop has been super knowledgeable and pleasant. I’ve had the misfortune of having my vehicle repaired in the past about year and a half ago. I can say without a doubt, my experience with gerber blew that other shop way out of the water.

Had a second windshield done. I still feel the same way. Awesome.Customer service was great, which is rare these days. The installation was quick and look great.

After a miserable experience from another local body shop, we leaned on gerber to clean up a heck of a mess, took a little longer than expected, (due to issues getting parts from the supplier) and there was a few hiccups along the way, but Amelia and Gabe of the gerber team took the time to make everything right. I am very picky with my vehicles, and I hope not to need anymore bodywork, but i would return to gerber for collision services!

They were amazing, the mechanic that put my car back together was really nice it wasnt his car but he made sure to fix every detail in my car down to the windshield wiper spray I couldnt have asked for a better service. The paint job was incredible it was flawless. The receptionist made the office feel homie and warm. I would highly recommend this team to take care of any car. My dad had a bull bar on his Nissan titan that was more expensive than the one they put on. They put a cheap one from Ebay.....When I called them out on that they said they didnt know the difference between a 3 and 4 Bull bar not professional and his truck also when you turned made like a weird noise they didnt even fix that I told them and they acted like they didnt wanna fix anything my advice is go somewhere more professional if you want your car as it. was not this cheap knockoff place!!! Also take pictures to compare Before and after they claim to do a good job when the time comes they just do poor quality

Went for a key scratch, picked it up and part of the key scratch was still there. Brought it back and they left swirl marks on the hood and fender. Just noticed the scratch they painted over is still there . It was filled with a paint pen. Not sanded and filled and painted. Scratch never fixed. All I got was excuses on how the insurcance ompany pays them. Not my problem. Now I have to go back again and hope they do the correct sand and fill then paint. Poor quality work. will never go there again.

The office managers name is Gabriel. Gabriel went above and beyond to make a stressful situation less stressful. I highly recommend Gerber and Statesville North Carolina the work was actually done at their Mooresville shop I got my car back in top condition you cant tell that there was ever an accident it drives wonderfully and they got it back to me 2 weeks early.

These guys are great and made getting my car fixed so easy!! Gabe is great as the 1st point of contact and explains everything to you!!

Very nice people to deal with. They didnt complete the job the first time we went to pick up the vehicle, that they didnt catch but I did. and we had to come back the next day to get the vehicle. We live 25 miles from their location so this was quite inconvenient. Too bad they were the closest location that our insurance preferred.

They did a great job to repair a minor issue that I caused on a new vehicle. Jeremy in the front office was great. I suggest that you give them a try in the future.
