Terrible..people dont answer the phone.. Mix up tires..and they blame everyone but themselves

Literally the worst place to get a tire they kept making up excuses everytime I went in when the rim and tire WERE ALREADY OFF THE CAR the service workers look like they get paid minimum wage the way they get things done around there definitely never coming back to them

I see some of the negative reviews on here mostly about how much time it takes & Ive done business with them that took a long time but they were short handed & doing their best. I just got new tires for my Jeep Cherokee here & the guys were super nice & I love the new tires that I got at a great price. Highly recommended!

Google hours said open 7 to 7. Showed up and paper sign on door said closed.

Got two new tires one was balanced improperly witch caused the inner tie rod to become damaged. Had a blow out just after finding this and was able to get it all repaired and a new tire for only the cost of the new road hazard. Very satisfied with the solution and out come in the end. Friendly service and helpful employees. PS they were very quick to fix the issues.

The staff here does what they can and I appreciate what they do for me. A great group of people in the auto center! Ive not yet had a problem with their quality of service of my vehicle.

Absolutely amazing men working here. We pulled in about 5:45, after being in the car for 10+ hours and the last three something was wrong with my car. Wheel was yanking hard to the right and my entire car was violently shaking. We got here as soon as we could and they were reluctant at first (I understand its late and they were busy) but after I explained our situation they came out and discovered a blown belt in my tire. They wouldnt let us leave without them replacing it. Absolutely wonderful people here. Hopefully they know their good deeds do not go unnoticed.

Do not go here!! They take forever in a day to get your car in and out of there with usually only 1-2 people working at most. I bought a brand new tire from them and not even one week later it’s gone flat. No obvious nails or deflation after airing it back up. I suspect they did not install the valve stem probably.Don’t waste your time here!

We have been traveling down to SC from north and our engine light went off shortly after Oil Light started blinking. Randy head technician and dept manager quickly identified the problem and set plan in action to rectify the situation. Last week when we replaced oil up north they did not tightened the oil filter cap correctly and left 1/4 gap - therefore oil was spilling out anytime vehicle was turned on.They did another oil change, changed air filter, cleaned under the hood as much as they could and recommended professional under hood and under carriage cleaning.They did an amazing job with positive attitude, took around 45-90min for that thorough cleaning of horrific oil spill, oil & air filter changes.Very greatfull for people like them!

Long wait one car in front of me. One worker and he didnt seem to move too fast. Two tires waited over two hours.

0 stars! Worst place... I was told I would have to wait hours just to get my tires installed and rotated because they only have ONE person working... Like that is ridiculous, if they only have one person, they might as well shut it down, like shut the entire auto center because clearly all the other auto centers suck just as bad as this one! Dont waste you gas and time, theyre just going to tell you itll be hours to get a service done. AVOID AT ALL COST, NOT WORTH IT!

Raman in statesville nc was incredible. I arrived there at 5:30pm and he went above and beyond to help me with a bad connection on my battery. He stayed late and did a great job. All the while he was gracious and just the nicest guy. Raman is the epitomy of a steller employee. WALMART IN STATESVILLE,NC SHOULD BE PROUD TO HAVE THIS MAN EMPLOYED THERE.

Called at 10 am to see if they had the tires I wanted, was told to come after lunch after 1 pm they all go to lunch at same time. Had the wheels already off in the trunk, arrived a 2pm and was told they wouldnt have enough time to put tires on. They dont close till 6 pm! ( The wheels are off the car it would have taken maby 10 minutes to change tires) Same person at desk was rude said I should have came before lunch thats BS never buy tires here! Ive purchased tires here for 8 years never again!

I would not recommend going to this Walmart tire center. They are not honest people and are not willing to help you. I had a terrible experience with them. They damaged one of my tires when I took it in to have it fixed and they wouldnt take responsibility for the damage they had done and said it was my fault.

They broke a lug during a tire change and never told me. Just put the wheel cover on and sent me on my way!

Had to wait little longer, but worth it.
