Accel Discount store has earned my business. I would highly recommend them to anyone with tire-related issues. I had a small leak in a tire for more than two weeks. It would go down to about 24psi over 3 to 5 days. I couldnt see anything visible in the tire. I called several places to get a price on a plug or sealing from inside. I was close to Accel, they had me in and out in under 20 minutes, found a screw in my tire, removed it, and plugged my tire for free. Other places wanted $22 to $35 for this service. They (Accel) have earned my tire business and I will recommend them to everyone. Obviously, its not all about the money with this company. They help and care.

This is, hands down, the best place to buy tires in Statesville. They also do great repair work. I went in without an appointment because I had a nail in one of my tires, and they had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. Love this place!

I have been a customer of Accel Tire for 20+ years. I have no complaints, always great service and treated like family. I would recommend them for all of your auto care and services that they provide. I am sad that I need to let people know that the first time since I have been going there I was charged for things that they were aware that was already in none working order. And when I took my vehicle back because they were suppose to fix my turn signals and that my turn signals are not. I am on a fixed income. And to be charged for this is very upsetting. I had wrote the owner to let him know about the charges but no one has reached out. So check your receipt for any and all charges. I feel I was taken advantage of. Never did I think they would have done me this way.

I blew a tire on my car after hitting a pot hole. I was towed to Accel. They did not have the tire I needed so they put a anotherr tire on until they could order one. The next day the tire was here. Great.customer service and pricing.

Reasonable prices and quick!

For many years Accel Tire was great but ever since the owner stepped away from business and his son took over, this place has turned into a joke. On multiple occasions now, Ive not received a call back to let me know that the tires I ordered had arrived. Ive had to call them back to check on the tires after I was told they would let me know when they arrived. And to top it off, this last time when I had to call them back after a few days b/c nobody called me to let me know my tires were ready, I asked them what time I needed to get my car there by on Saturday to get the tires put on. I was told 11 oclock as they close at 12, which to me is totally reasonable, I didnt expect to show up at 11:50 and get my tires put on. So I showed up 10-15 mins prior to 11 oclock, just like the guy on the phone told me, only to get turned away. The customer service by Accel Tire is nonexistent, but what do you expect by a bunch a people that walked into a successful business and didnt have to build it. Ill simply take my business elsewhere to a place that actually appreciates it.

Being overcharged for a tire that they just had to put on a rim was ridiculous. I brought the tire to you and had you put on a new one. I didnt ask for anything else. You charged me $103 just to put a tire on a rim. I may be a female, but Im not stupid. I wont be coming there ever again.

Stopped here to check on getting some tires for my SUV. I was greeted promptly by multiple people and quickly assisted with tire prices. After I found the tire I liked they pulled my vehicle in and started working on it. In very short time my vehicle was done and ready for payment. Overall its been a great experience here and absolutely no complaints. They stay pretty steady with work and have many return customers Ive come to learn and I can definitely see why that is. Its hard to beat this kind of friendly, fast, and reasonable type of business! Highly recommend you give them a try next time you need tires, alignment, oil changes, inspections etc.

Me and my co-workers were on the way to a training when our tire blew. We were in a hurry and an hour away from home. After the training we stopped by Accel and they immediately got us in and on the road within 30 min! After sitting in an all day training it was greatly appreciated!

This is my favorite shop to go to in Iredell county! They are professional. They will not try to sell you anything you don’t need and their prices are great! The tires they recommended for my sienna have been the only set that has lasted over a year. This is the only shop that I go to without having my husband talk to them first. I totally trust everything they say needs to be done. My car is also done very quickly. They are upfront about the time needed for repairs and never have me waiting long.

Been dealing with Accel here and at the former Mooresville location for years. They are my go to place for tires. Always friendly and no upselling. Just the honest facts from them. I have to laugh at some of the one star reviews. They seem to come from ignorance.

This is one of the few places I trust to take my car without knowing exactly what needs to be done. Not only are they honest about needed repairs, they will tell you if a needed repair is not something they do. Women - you dont need to worry about someone trying to rip you off here. Its so nice to find a good shop that focuses on fixing your vehicle and not padding the ticket!

I left a 5 star review on here years ago when the service was truly amazing. Now that there are new staff it is quite the opposite. Brought my car in for check engine light (specifically catalytic converted code), and got it out with a hole in the valve cover with glue on it. Still throwing the same codes. I know there wasnt a hole in it I usually do my own work but I had decided to let someone else take it on.

The service is great

Took my car there at 8 am and dropped it off. Told them I would be back to get it between noon and 1pm. They said ok. At 2 pm, I show up and they have not even looked at it.. i was just trying to get an alignment. if they didnt have time to do it an alignment between 8 and 1 p. M. They should have told me and not have me waste a whole day waiting on them for nothing. When Scott was running that place it was GREAT. Now not so much.

Very honest reliable technicians. Had a vibration on my Honda Odyssey. First I thought it must be my wheels are off balance. So I took the car to these guys and they immediately detected it was a separated rear tire causing the vibration. I highly recommend them they won’t rip you off.
