Absolutely love this store. They have the best smelling product ever. I wont use anything but bath and body works body wash. They have a wonderful Christmas line. Only bad thing is it sells out very fast. I love that there are local bath and body works even in small towns like statesville. Rather than only in bigger shopping centers like concord mills. Its so great to be able to go a few miles from home and buy the product i need for myself or buy a gift for a family member. Will continue to do business at bath and body as long as they stay local.

I Love Bath & Body works in statesville awesome staff. I also really like the new Bath & Body Works app that helps you keep track of your points. I always get coupons and free stuff on the app and in the mail. I rarely ever pay full price for anything and if I do I have a coupon for a freebie. The Bath & Body Works app is a must and sign up for the mailing list. Youre welcome 😊🌸

Ive never had a bad experience at my local bath and body works. The associates are always friendly and the store is always clean. The shelves were emptier than usual today but the associates were doing their best to restock after a customer rush hour. Best place in the mall!

Beware of return policy...even if you pay debit they want to take 3-5 business days to return your money back to your debit. They will not give cash back for debits even though store policy states debits shall be refunded as cash when you have the original receipt which i did because it had only been bought 8 hrs prior. Its amazing that they dont mind taking your money in 2 secs off of debit but freaking take a week to refund it.afternoon black friday manager is very rude and does not care to attempt in the slightest to take the extra step in trying to fix problems that was clearly the fault of the company itself.

First off, I want to say BB.Works is my favorite go to store for wonderful smell good fragrances and lotions. I went to this location tonight just to do an exchange on a fragrance from what i had gotten yesterday for Christmas and i was upset how i was treated. I had just walked in and the saleswoman had just put some shopping bags back in their place and she said, i am sorry we are about to close. Okay fine but the gate was not put down to indicate they were closed or about to close and i was the only one who had came in during this time. Mind you there were customers still in the store when she approached me and said this. First bad experience but i will not go back to this location

I dont know why they send customer appreciation coupons in the mail (e.g. $10 off $30 and 20% off your entire purchase) you CANT USE THEM on sale items!!!! AND they have a ENTIRE list of things that you can and cant use them on!!😤 By the time they get through weeding out the things that you were going to purchase, by then youre discouraged and dont want to buy nothing! 😟 I gave the four stars because of the store employee that was super friendly and soooo helpful. She was very kind and courteous as she was telling me the things that I couldnt get with my coupons! 😫

Love it!! I hope it doesnt leave Statesville, its one of the only places left in Signal Hill Mall, so if the mall closes for good I just hope Bath & Body Works stays in Statesville. The people who work there are wonderful all the time, very consistent.

The Statesville location is the best! The managers and staff are always wonderful, helpful, and very sweet to myself and my wife.

The employees were very friendly and helpful.Alot of great sales going on. Everything we bought was either 50 or 75 percent off. I hope this location survives because theres basically nothing else left in the Statesville mall .
