I have gone to many dollar general stores since I travel a lot. This place was by far the best one I have been to. Staff are super friendly and helpful and the store is clean. It’s nice when I can tell people like their job. I will definitely be shopping here more often.

A quick dash for less cash than the big W.

Bought a pair of mens fuzzy slippers but my bfs feet were bigger than the biggest ones they had in that style so they let me exchange them no problem, when that pair was to small they had no problem refunding my money....great staff,very friendly..

Had EVERYTHING I was looking for in a pinch.cashier was very friendly too, store was a little disarray, & could use a deep clean.

The store at 150 and 152 is nice and friendly and clean and the morning cashier is very nice

Disorganized but they have a good variety of merchandise.

They desperately need better managers and organization.

I love this store workers are extremely nice and polite they treat you like family considering they are overworked and underpaid never more than 2 worker and they be working there a**s off.

Shelves were empty racks full and in ailes full of merchandise no one to checkout except 1. Need people badly

It is ok but the store always has out of stock items and the store is so unorganized but I love their seasonal section and the prices are always cheap

The store is always clean and well stocked. The associates are also polite. Great place for a quick stop to grab what you need.

Could use easier access for wheelchairs. Parking lot is pretty broken up! Electric auto opening doors would be very helpful for us handicapped folks in this city and we are many!Inside store, aisles are crowded and difficult to maneuver if you are in an electric chair. Staff though are pretty helpful!!! Pretty good assortment of products available!

Good service but the store is a little raggedy looking inside. Needs better lighting. Otherwise good store.

Staff was friendly but store under stocked due to pandemic.

The workers often act as tho they hate their jobs and the isles are usually filled with piles of stuff making it hard to get through the store but usually has what I need so I dont have to go to the big stores.

Management left a girl there by herself who is brand new at this location in South Statesville. For some unknown reason, management left this poor girl to deal with things that she obviously was not taught how to do yet. For shame on company policies that allowed this to occur. Especially in this area.

They need more help. Even though the store stays packed there is only one cash register open at a time. Staff needs more extensive training but the young lady was very nice.

Not the greatest customer service better than certain other locations though, they dont have all products in stock ever similar to most dollar generals, probably my favorite one to shop at though despite its dangerous location

I love dollar general stores and frequent many but this place is just disgusting from the filthy parking lot to the inside store. Filth, rude staff and its not just a 1 time happening. Corporate needs to address this store.

Great customer serviceI went in searching for something and Clerks and numerous people that is employed there those offering to help Me find what I was looking for the Clerk than pointed Me accurately to what I was looking for. Said all that to say is a decent place to go shopping for the knick knacks.....💪

Always have sales signs up that are no longer valid. Rude when you ask them to honor sales. Or outright lie and say that the sign says something else and take down original when called out.
