Corinne was AMAZING!!! She helped me and solved my problem I have been dealing with for 2 weeks. The manager was as equally helpful!! I absolutely recommend going into the Statesville store. Customer services is what it should be !! Other stores can definitely learn from Laura the Manager and Corinne!!!

My wife and I visited the store on 9/27/20 to see about changing our plan and upgrading her phone. Corinne and Laura greeted us and asked what they could help us with. With a little explanation on our part Corrinne went right to work to see if she could save us some money on our plan, she even called and got their help desk involved. Though that didnt work out so well we were able to get my wifes phone upgraded. The whole experience was great and the girls were very professional and knowledgeable. Anyone looking for a phone should stop in and see these ladies, you wont be disappointed.

Yall. Tell Verizon to kick rocks and head across the parking lot to TMobile. 100% the best customer service you will ever have at a cell phone store. Corinne & Laura were absolutely awesome. I was not an easy sell because I was worried about not having great signal using it for my business. I tried TMobile back in the day and struggled with signal but I promise it is a whole new ball game. I live out in BFE and so far so good, no issues with signal. They had an answer for every issue I brought up and I made it out with 10x the services/features provided by Verizon at a fraction of the price. Go see these girls today. You wont regret it!

Corinne was absolutely FABULOUS! She was definitely on her A-Game yesterday! She had extensive knowledge of the products, the services she had to offer us, and gave us what seemed like limitless options. Every question or concern I had was quickly answered or remedied by Corinne. We had an extremely long and aggravating day but Corinne helped turn it around and made the process of transitioning services painless and enjoyable. We also, witness how tactful Corinne and her coworker handled a very vulgar and rude “Karen” while we were there. They gracefully deescalated the situation quickly! True professionals 👏👏👏

I love this place! Every time we are there we are treated like family not just customers. William always takes good care of us. Went in last night to get a new phone with no idea what I wanted. She transferred our phones and her and Walberto stayed late with us and another customer to make sure we were completely taken care of. I hope this review finds everyone that reads it a happy, prosperous and safe new year. Generally, I do not leave reviews, but i felt like after my experience at this T-Mobile Statesville location was nothing short of exceptional. My wife and I stopped by on our way home to glance at the iPhone 12 and what the hype was all about with 5G. I am not one for taking on extra / higher payments, however, as an early present for my wife it was meant to be. We arrived late in the evening several weeks ago. It was far from closing, but we were exhausted, on edge and focusing on an in and out trip.Upon entering the store, we were greeted by a young lady, Myah. After inquiring what our needs were and initial discussion, we were instantly locked in. Myah took the time to address our questions, show us the iPhone 12 and all of its new features, without pushing for a sell. My wife and I did what most individuals do, pull out your old phone and compare it to the new, hold the new device, compare the different models, etc. After we had decided to upgrade our phones Myah was quick to mention a few accessories that were on sale and others that we may need for protection. The process was not quick nor easy to say the least since our phones are on a huge family plan. A quick trip turned into approximately 1.5 hours - 2 hours. Myah was professional and effective in her utilization of time and being attentive to what was going on around her. As a business owner and professional myself, I was assured she was a team lead / manager in the store; I was wrong. She engaged every customer coming into the store, as well as one off questions without ever losing site of our needs.Long story short, I was appalled at the amount of work that had to be conducted to get us straightened out. After a call to corporate, taking the time to transfer all of our files, contacts, photos, etc. to our new phones (took the most time), while never losing attention multi-tasking. I felt like we worked with a friend instead of a sales lady, she would be a HUGE asset to any organization or company. I have been to this location in the past and received good service, but not great, as many are out to just make sales and commission. I live close to several other T-Mobile stores, but I assure you I will make the extra effort and drive Statesville and work with Myah, in the event we should need anything that customer service cant handle. Again, if you visit this location ask for Myah for the ultimate T-Mobile experience and what every salesman / saleswoman should strive for and uphold values that are nothing short of excellent. This may be my last review for awhile, but I assure anyone reading it was well worth the time to recognize a wonderful person.

Miss Laura was so helpful today when my dad and I came in to get new phone service. After we had pick everything out. We were having trouble getting our old numbers transferred from a different carrier. She spent an extra 45 minutes on the phone with the old carrier, by the time we walked out the door both phones had updated with our old numbers. She would get 10 stars if that was an option. Store manager put together a plan including 2 new phones and an Apple Watch. I traded in my 2 cell phones that I own and was told the rate per month. I verbally agreed and was asked to come back later in the day and everything would be set up for me. Upon return I was given my phones and watch, I asked for my paper work and was told they do not give any. I got my first bill in the mail and it was $100 more then it was suppose to be. I called the store and the manager was fired. I asked to cancel and get my phones back and I was told that I signed the forfeiting agreement for my phones and I do not get them back. The manager forged my signature gave me a rate and plan that does not exist so T-Mobile corporate will not honor the rate. The district manager has gotten my bill to $40 more then agreed upon, but I can’t walk away now from T-Mobile because they took my old phones.

Thank you so much for excellent service. I cannot say enough about the two gentlemen that helped my husband and I today with our phone issue. We switched providers one week ago at another T Mobile store nearby and brought our unlocked phones over. The voice on two of our phones worked when we switched and two did not inside our home. This was extremely frustrating. We spent countless hours researching and calling reps on a phone that worked. We also made a special trip to Mooresville which was the store we started our service at to have them look. We were seriously starting to think maybe T Mobile was a bad choice. The team in Statesville knew exactly what the problem was and explained it in a way we could understand. They took a lot of time with us knowing there would not be a sale today only satisfied customers. We left happy with our issue resolved. We cant thank you enough!

T-Mobile in general as well as the Statesville location has put a sour taste in my mouth. The store manager josh and his sales rep told me several things to get my sale and it worked. Now that it’s time for them to honor what thy told me as far as T-Mobile will buy my old phones I traded in from another provider. I’m getting the run around and told that they won’t do anything. Now I have a 1,000 dollar sprint bill. If I were y’all I would really reconsider buying a phone from T-Mobile or buy from josh at the Statesville store.

My husband and I switched to T Mobile months ago. We were told by the sales person that we would get the full amount that we owe on the 3 phones we transferred. This has not been the case. It has been months. We have tried to communicate and resolve the issue with the general manager Josh Cushing and he has been difficult to work with. He will not communicate in a timely manner. There has been multiple phone calls and emails that have been ignored. We feel like we are getting the run around. Very disappointed in Tmobile and the management at the Statesville location.

Waited for over an hour finally got tired of waiting and left. Instead of working hard to get to the other customers in the store they were discussing zodiac signs and joking around with who they were working on at the time. Lost a new phone purchase but oh well. Will go to the store in Mooresville tomorrow and buy the phone they could have sold me today.
