I called to enquire about a new line spoke to Danny she couldn’t answer my questions I asked her repeatedly how much a new line would cost finally I hung up on her. Called at&t and they answered all my questions. Looks like at&t will be getting my business!

I placed an online order with a Verizon agents help. He ensured that I would be able to pick up the phones within an hour at this location. I drove an hour to the store since they had the model I want to find out they closed early. They were closed at 4 pm when I arrived with a sign in the door saying open until 6pm. Had to drive an hour back home and then an hour back to the store the next day to pick up my order. Then they wouldnt let me in the store... Too bad, I wouldve bought the accessories for them. So I drove to best buy for the accessories.AVOID THIS PLACE, THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS!!! Verizon is getting to be a bad company when they were the best. Maybe it is time to switch.

Do thier sales reps not know they are putting themselves out of a job? Seriously it has gotten so bad i am thinking of moving to a different carrier and I have been with Verizon for 20 years...

Terrible experience. Extremely unhelpful, rude, nonsensical. The female customer sales associate actually told me to call Verizon and wait on hold for an hour for help. Let me state the obvious-- I was physically at a Verizon store, seeking help from a Verizon manager. If I could give 0 stars, I would.I purchased a new iPhone over the phone through Verizon online and was told my husband could pick up the phone on my behalf at the store. I was assured him picking it would not be an issue, despite him not being on the account. He drove 45 mins there and was refused service. He drove home. Then I had the pleasure of driving 45 mins to the store. When I got there, I was refused entrance, made to stay outside in 37 degrees and also refused the phone I paid for. Thats right-- they refused to hand me the phone I just paid full retail price on. Apparently there was an issue with my maiden and married last names-- which is not a problem for buying the phone, but is for picking it up. I was assured when I placed the order it would not be a problem. I produced both forms of ID and that was not good enough for them. I had to sit in my car in the parking lot, wait on hold for 30 minutes to speak to customer service, and have that representative help me. That customer service representative couldnt believe the nonsense the store was putting me through.I understand there are security policies that the store has to adhere to. However, it is impossibly frustrating to be told conflicting information by the online Verizon sales associates and the store associates. It was not acceptable how rude and unwillingly to help the sales associate was. She made no attempt to help me resolve the issue. Im disgusted at how business operates at this location. I will never go back, and I will advise everyone I know to stay far far away.

I’ve never been so disappointed in my life. I’ve been with Verizon for over 10 years now. I had an iPhone 7 Plus and was ready to upgrade and my fiancé was ready to upgrade his Samsung. We also moved his line onto my line. Due to covid, we had to talk to a rep over the phone outside of the store about deals and promotions we were eligible for. The rep on the phone told us I was eligible for $565 for my trade in because I had a “loyalty promotion” on my account and my fiancé would get about $400 for his Samsung. The account continued to say we were trading in the new phones and not the old ones, so even after countless try’s to explain to a customer service rep it wasn’t right they continued to blow us off saying it was a glitch and they’d fix it. Fast forward to two weeks later and my brand new iPhone 12 Pro was glitching and they had to replace my phone AGAIN. After sending off our old phones to be traded in I finally get an email saying my phone didn’t meet requirements and it was only worth $79 to trade in, and it’s listed I traded in the 12 pro when I really traded in the 7 plus. This whole situation has been a NIGHTMARE and no one has helped us from Verizon whatsoever when it was there fault from the beginning. They told us what we could get, they messed up the info in the system, and now they don’t want to own up to it and fix it. We are done with Verizon and taking our business somewhere else.

Went in there to get my phone activated and all they could do was turn my old phone back on and couldn’t tell me when I’ll be able to activate my new phone nor could they notify me when I can. They said to just keep trying and waiting so basically now I’m left with a $1,300 paper weight.

Fast and painless set up 40 dollar a month plan in15 minutes on my old phone. The timing was just right. About 6:30 PM, not but a five minute wait to be helped. Out the door at 6:45. I even made it to church.🐙 Addition to fist review. Bought a phone and added service, costs more than they quoted.👎 I went to metro pc and saved a bunch..

Overpriced plans, mobile internet service is poor and customer service is bad. They are making a FORTUNE on overpriced plastic phone cases! Verizon charges $70 for cases you can buy for $26 bucks direct from great brands online such as Speck. Verizon culture is corporate profits ahead of customer best interest or satisfaction. Fees and unexpected and unexplained charges. Verizon is in the Horizon for me. Bye Bye!

I went to the Verizon store located on Sullivan road highway 21 Id previously purchased an android watch new of course. I spoke with the manager Andrew and the salesperson Doris and ask them to activate my new watch. They told me they scanned it and the watch was not able to be activated due to it having a Bill someone did not pay. I asked her if there were some type of paperwork that I could get from them so that I could return to watch from where I bought it from . Both their responses were there was no paperwork they could give me to show that the watch was not able to be activated so I left their store and went to the other Verizon Authorized dealer down by Walmart walked in the door ask the sales guy to activate the watch he had no problem with it activated it and I was out of there in 15 Minutes. So I guess what I am trying to say is if you do not purchase something from the Verizon dealer directly I guess they do not want to help you. Although I do recommend the other Verizon store highly although they are not a direct Verizon dealer they are authorized to do the same thing.

Pay for a phone online, says store is open for pickup and I will be notified when to show up. Three hours go by I decide to call the store to a busy signal. Drive out since Ive been working 7 days a week the past 3 months in hopes I can pick it up anyway to find the store is closed. At least have a way to let people know please!

I ordered an upgrade on-line Monday to pick up in store. Didn’t know the store closed at 12:30 Monday and wouldn’t reopen until Friday at 10:00. Because the order was placed on line Verizon automatically cancelled it because it wasn’t picked up in 3 days, didn’t matter the store was closed and no way to pick it up. Over all very unsatisfactory upgrade process. If you are placing your upgrade order online be warned.

Not enough representatives helping customers. They have you waiting a long time before being able to help you. Even if it’s something simple. They give good customer service whenever they get to you though.Originally rated them with 3 stars. But decided to go back and gave them 4 since Christen went the extra mile to help us with and issue adding a device on our account. She followed up and called us back when the issue on their end was resolved.

Fantastic experience buying a new phone with help from Delores. She made the whole experience quick and painless. I told her what I wanted, and she didnt waste my time trying to sell me things I didnt want. She went above and beyond, taking the time to put on a screen protector and phone case that I didnt buy there. After having bad experiences at previous Verizon stores, it was great to find someone who listened.

This store always has a friendly staff that actually want to help! Just up the road from a Verizon retailer, I recommend you visit this corporate store in front of Home Depot for your Verizon needs versus the retailer close by. Youre sure to be greeted and treated with better customer service.

My recent visit to the Verizon store turned out better than I expected. I went to pay my bill. In the past whenever I wanted to pay my bill I was told to go to the machine and do it myself. The guy that met me when I arrived told me that he would be happy to take my payment. It definitely surprised me. I also told him about a problem that I was having with my phone. He took my phone and fixed it while he was standing with me and showed me what he did. He gave my phone back to me and then he took my payment and gave me a receipt. My latest visit to a Verizon store was a pleasant surprise

Whenever I call him and need him hes always there to answer the phone, always polite and hes very courteous. Very disappointed today. Deloris took 2 days to get back to me only to tell me she couldnt give me any pricing. How stupid is that?! All I wanted was a little information on a device and to know how much it costs. I am definitely taking my business elsewhere.
