The staff is always amazing, pleasant and friendly. The merchandise is excellent. I got Broyhill and Sealey linens at bargain prices. Queen mattress cover, queen sheet set Broyhill, 2 queen pillows Sealey $110.00!!!!. AND they give a veterans discount!

I originally went to the one in Mooresville looking for a new bed, but left very quickly because of how rude the man was. So I drove up to this one and it was well worth the drive! Rick was amazing! He was so friendly and had us laughing the whole time! For sure will be back because of him!

Great store for hard to find foods/snacks. They also have quite a few other selections for yard decorations. I like their outdoor furniture but not a fan of thier in house upholstery. Prices where better but have gone up a lot in recent months. Nice people and always friendly. Nice place to shop in my opinion and enjoy the experience there.

Lori at Big Lots has always been a tremendous help to me, no matter what Ive asked of her, in any Dept. in the store. Shes very knowledgeable, and as friendly as she can be. I always look for her when I go in or ask for her when I call. Shes such a great asset to this store. Give the girl a raise!!! I dont know her outside of this store. Shes a keeper!

Big lots is fun because they have all these chairs and recliners and couches and beds. So comfy.

Big Lots has come a long way! I love shopping here. I have decorated my home with many of their designs and absolutely love it! I am always excited to see what they have in store for the next idea or next design and how it will work into my ideas for my own home! I recommend them to anyone who wants to decorate their home and doesnt have to spend thousands of dollars to have some of the nicer things!

Check Big lots before going to some of your other store first. They have a lot of your brand name items cheater. And for your Home Deco a lot of different item that you wont find in everyone home

Nice remodel of this store including the bathrooms. If you need a mattress for your bed this is the place to go. Best prices around no sales staff pressuring you to buy what they think you need. I got my king size here after shopping around Statesville.They have items like most stores including groceries. Its kind of like a mini Walmart.

We couldnt find a simple table lamp, either they are out or just didnt have any. But other than that a great place with great deals on quality items. My aunt Tanya has always shopped here and Im so glad I got her eyes for a good deal. Merry Christmas

They have amazing prices and some same brands ands cheaper then Wal-Mart. I paid 15$ for a Yankee Candle and 15$ for 2 Sealy cool comfort pillows. At Wal-Mart i pay 16$ for a candle

I walked into Big Lots and not one person asked if they could help me except for the young gentleman working in the furniture Department today. He took the time to tell me about the furniture and how to order online. Again the other employees would not even say hello. I think Big Lots should consider they shown men for management for sure. This is coming from someone who is a business owner. Great customer service in the furniture Department. There was another lady who was working in the furniture department and she seemed to be very bitter...not friendly at all!

The store is clean and organized well. It is probably one of the nicest Big Lots stores I have shopped. Friendly and helpful staff made it easy to give this store a 5 star rating.

You find great deals in big lots. But if you have a question you need to go to the front because there is never anyone on the floor to help you. I think they employ 3 people for the whole store. It would be helpful if they had more employees to help people but they are following the example of places like Walmart and big chain stores who only have cashiers and one person for each department.

These people are so nice and so willing to help you. Returns are not a burden. I do not return items often, but I did return one item in Statesville, N.C. and they were great. I appreciate that.
