I wish we had used her before! Ordering and delivery was seamless! Everything delivered, as ordered, in our unit when we checked in. Best part was relaxing on checkin day instead of hours in a shuttle and a grocery store. Highly recommend.

A great job at getting our exact list. Personal communication if something wasn’t available with options suggested. Delivery exactly on time! Our friends used the competition instacart and their groceries were 24 hours late.To be fair here’s the other side. The fees are what I consider extraordinary. On top of that none of it goes to the delivery person so we tipped him as well. Basically $100 of groceries cost $175.Groceries were from City Market. If you have an hour on arrival it’s free city transportation and located on the ski side of Steamboat. We will buy ourselves next time.

Amazing amazing job! Quickly delivered and assembled the most fabulous basket of local Steamboat goodies ever! Flowers were a great touch, and even framed my birthday card for my sister! Great local knowledge and attention to detail, all items had small ribbon and were very elegant yet not over the top. I would highly recommend Steamboat Grocery Mom for gift baskets!

We could not be more pleased with the great service Heather provided us.At the last minute, we sent Heather a rather lengthy grocery list to stock our vacation condo. She was able find everything on our list as if we were doing the shopping ourselves.We had checked in early and were here when Heather delivered the groceries. We were surprised and pleased to see the care taken as she stocked the refrigerator and pantry.Heather’s service and attention to details were well beyond our expectations.

Used Steamboat Grocery Mom a couple of weeks ago when my family of 8 headed to Steamboat after Christmas. Heather was VERY responsive, and did exactly what she says. Heather was incredible! I live overseas and she helped me arrange a beautiful gift basket for my best friend who was staying in Steamboat springs for her bday. I wanted to customise the basket with everything I knew she would like and Heather organised everything that I asked for. I was able to organise payment over the phone and everything went so smoothly! Also the basket was beautiful better than I could have done myself. Fantastic service! Highly recommended!
