I called a few places before I brought my car to Crest.I had higher expectations from suburban collision, but the way they approach the phone was not so professional. When I called Crest I spoke to Jack and Tim in two separate occasions, they made me feel like they value my business. Their approach and the way they explained the process and their professionalism made me feel confident and gave me positive vibe of their business.I am already in so much stress with my car being damaged and dont want to feel like someone is doing me a favor and make me feel crappier. Guess this is the same difference between McDonalds and Chipotle.Thank you guys.

I turned up ad-hoc without an appointment to see if the service staff needed to order a replacement piece of trim before scheduling an appointment and was surprised and pleased that they were able to check part availability and fit the replacement trim within 40minutes of me arriving.The staff are professional, polite and accommodating.

Crest collision is the best body shop. Someone hit my almost new MKX and it had some front drivers side damage .When I went to pick it up, it was not even noticeable that is my was in a car accident. They did a spectacular job. I also had a Lincoln loaner they let me use . Great establishment, super friendly people.I highly recommend them!

In my 56 years of owning many vehicles, Crest is the only dealer I look forward to coming to. My recent visit was to have the hood replaced due to a small area of bubbling up paint. Crest had a new hood ready for me and installed in under 30 minutes.I can’t say enough great things about Crest and their team.

I cant recommend Nancy in Service highly enough! She tried everything possible to squeeze me in for a flat tire. Thankfully, I bought the tire and wheel warranty when I purchased my used car from Crest Used Sales three years ago. It has paid for itself (a few times already)! Crest is so convenient for me as I work around the corner. No worries with their shuttle - rarely have more than a few minute wait to share the ride. Thanks, Nancy and the service guys in the back! It took 3 visits and over a month to get a speaker replaced on the door. The first visit they didnt have the parts and they would let me know when they came in. Nope, I had to call them back after a week. The second visit they had the wrong parts and again told me they would contact me when they came in. Again the phone call never came and after two weeks I had to chase them down. I understand the parts not being there or the wrong ones ordered, what really drove me mad was the promise of calling me when ready or even just returning one of my calls and never following through. I might not like the answers I get, but I should never have been ignored.

My car was serviced by crest in a speedy manor. I also had the pleasure of working with Martez getting my loaner. He was very polite and professional. He got me in my loaner and on my way fast.

They will attempt to steal every penny (not just every dollar) of your hard earned money to repair your vehicle. There are plenty of honest, fair, and most of all, reasonable businesses out there that you can give your money to. Do your research and seek them out for your own benefit.

I am very pleased with the Crest Collision Center and Crest Lincoln. Ive been in two collisions this year and have had Crest complete the repairs to my MKZ both times. Each collision entailed a substantial amount of repairs. The repairs were completed perfectly. My car has a metallic burgundy color which would seem difficult to color match, but it was no problem for Crest. Everything looks as good as new. I purchased my car from Crest, so I called them first. I met with Jack Presswood to show him my car and he gave me a lot of confidence about what Crest could do. Jeff Lane also helped with the customer service. They made me feel that they were genuinely interested in helping, providing good service, and in doing a good job. They helped me out with a loaner which I appreciate very much. Crest worked well with my insurance company State Farm, and everything was smooth. Crest isnt a Select Service program facility for State Farm, but I wouldnt let that deter any State Farm insureds from using Crest. As I said, there were no problems working with State Farm. I certainly plan on using Crest Collision Center again if Im ever in another accident.

Made an appointment 2 days prior for a drop off at 815am. My car was there all day and was informed at 4pm that they didnt have time to look at it and asked if they could keep it another day. Why make an appointment then?? And when I came to get it there was no sorry it was the key is in the car and thats it. I was extremely disappointed.

I realized I had a nail in my tire. I called crest Lincoln on wed to get more information on cost and appointment times, the gentlemen I spoke to stated the cost would be 0 for me since there is a warranty under Maximus, if they have to patch it up or even replace the tire. I made an appointment for the next day. I went in for my appointment, another team member got my paperwork all set. I asked to be sure if my cost would be 0. The member said yes. I dropped my car and went home and about an hour later the man called me and said it would cost me 204 and there is no warranty. I was beyond disappointed with the different answers I was getting. Not good customer service.

Had some miscommunication on servicing my vehicle, but listened to my complaints with a positive feedback and made me feel very good about continuing my relationship with Crest Lincoln. The young lady in service was very sincere to the situation. Good job by her.

I am happy with the two repairs that where done on my MKZ. But some fine scratches on passenger side l noticed after l picked it up. Also a dent. At the bottom which was not there previously. Before bringing it in. There not serious l am sure they can be buffed out. I believe in the nineteen days it was there l remember we had a very windy stormy day.Not sure if it was caused by that also l noticed a dent at the bottom. But l am sure a dent eleminator can fix it. It’s hard to see unless u are wearing your glasses.

This is my first and only accident but I have to say I was blown away with the work and the reception at Crest. Like no other Ive ever dealt with

I scheduled my oil change and mentioned to the clerk on the phone that I needed my back up camera checked because it kept going on and off and nothing was even mentioned when my car was picked up nor was anything written on my receipt that it was checked. In addition, I received no phone call regarding the back up camera.The spot free car wash, it isnt spot free because my windows were filthy. I am not sure what is going here but I have had 2 bad experiences now
