I was rear ended on hall road on may 22nd. Today is now June 30th. My car is now going in for the thirdtime. When the car arrived I had a cracked windshield (which was cracked before the accident). They ended up replacing it. (Without my consent) and now it leaks. The second time I took it in they said nothing was wrong with the car so I pick it up Monday afternoon and get a pair of wiper blades from the body shop, they put them on, when I’m driving home I notice that the passenger side wiper blade is smaller then the old one so I have to turn around and get the right size blade. So Tuesday rolls around after a round of storms. There is standing water on my floor, water all over my dash Board, and seat. My headliner is completely water damaged, and today I noticed a chip on the top of the windshield where it meets the roof and it’s cracked under my oil change sticker. (where it’s been leaking from) they did offer to detail the car for the inconvenience cause this is my third time bringing it back after my fiancé called cause he works at another dealership. but unfortunately they don’t have any rentals for me and they’re going to keep my car over the weekend so I have to pay out of pocket for an enterprise rental car. When it was buff whelan it was awesome, then serra took over and they started cutting corners. It’s a shame I will not be bringing my car back to Serra Whelan.

I didnt have an appointment and they were still able to get me in and serviced. Just bring something to keep you busy while you wait.
