I called this establishment on 7/30 to schedule a diagnostic test, that they were advertising on their website for 40.00. (When I got there I found out it was 60) Dave told me he didn’t have anything available until 8/3 I’m like cool. I dropped my car off at 9:00am on 8/3 and asked if I could possibly wait, being that I had an appointment. He told me they weren’t going to be able to get to my car for at least a couple of hours. So I left, and walked home. I then called back at 2:00pm he told me they still hadn’t got to it yet. I’m like cool. I called back at 5:30. And he told me they were closed. (All this for a an appointment scheduled days in advance.)I’m like wow thanks Sterling Auto.

These are honest people. They let you know whats going on and are reliable and professional. Ill be coming back for any automotive needs going forward.

I cant express how helpful, honest, and pleasant these guys are. This was my first experience with an auto place who worked to to save me money and get me back in my car as fast as possible. I will go back here for everything I need.

Jason and his team did a fantastic job with my alignment. After conducting the analysis, they brought me in to see exactly where the problems were and explained exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done. This review was not for sterling tire and auto, but for another place, google place it here being a tryhard, Sterling Heights tire and auto has always given me good service with a smile, I have been dealing with them and continue to deal with them and I recommend them to everyone.

Jason, the owner/manager is great to work with. Everyone here is great! They are very professional & Ethical, with high morals, will work you on pricing so they are comparable to all others. My brake and traction control lights came on snd I needed a new light and oil change also. My caliper was leaking fluid so he put in a new caliper on the other side without adding cost. I’ve been coming here since I moved here in 2015. They’ve also been trustworthy and do excellent work.

They dont stock 19.5 tires needed for a Ford F450 duely. They did however state they could get one but being that our truck was down our need was immediate so we purchased the tire from another company that not only had the proper size for such a common truck in stock, they sent a mobile tire tech to change the tire at our job site. For not having what was needed in stock is the purpose for the 2 star rating. Ive had no other dealings with this company to rate any other attributes of their company.

My boyfriend and I have been taking our vehicles to Sterling Tire and Auto for a couple of years now and we wouldn’t go anywhere else. We drive down to Florida once, sometimes twice a year in our 2008 Chevy Cobalt and we always bring it in before we leave. The shop is great about inspecting all aspects of the car and they make sure it is ready for the 2,000 mile road trip.The prices are fair, and service is great. We never have to wait long to get our vehicles back, but when they do have to keep it for more than a day, they’ve been able to give us a vehicle to use. I would highly recommend this shop.

Great people. They took me in promptly and I didnt have to drop it off. The mechanic serviced my vehicle and they didnt try to rip me off, instead I paid far less than what others quoted.

This is the only place that I will take my vehicle. Jason and his crew at sterling tire and auto are top notch and always do the best work that anyone could ask for at a very good cost. Did not have any repairs done. They checked the vehicle told me every thing that was wrong with it. Vehicle repairs would of been more than what it was worth. I would recommend this company.

Very professional on-time work

900$ for the parts. 700$ for labor. Fuel pump is hard to get to but still a little rediculousUpdate: oddly enough had a water pump fail days after repair. Which is just kind of strange. Going back twice to fix problems they didnt notice or take care of properly. Also have fuel pump sensor problems (again) which would make if I went back the third time they would need to fix it. Too bad I dont trust them to touch my car. Loaner cars and fixing mistakes are nice but it doesnt justify charging me over 90$ and hour for work that was poor.

I highly recommend Purrfect Auto for all your service needs.
