Hot Topic is always on my go-to list whenever I decided to visit the mall. The atmosphere isnt the same as it was back in the day, but the vibe is still the same. All the workers in their ambitious, exploding with self-expression are always super friendly and informative. I get lost in all the sale signs and they are more than happy to help clear them up and answer any questions. They always have exactly what Im looking for and often times things i didnt know i needed. As always their in-store shopping experience is quick because they pack and cram so much merchandise in every nook and cranny of such a small space. I can say i admire their devotion to vip members. Its a pleasant surprise to get a personalized phone call informing you of upcoming coupons that are about to be activated. I hope they dont lose that level of customer interaction, it is one of the things that keep me coming back.

The staff here is very nice. They are willing to help. I didnt find anything I wanted on this trip but there is a ton to choose from.

Finally a Hot Topic with space for a wheelchair! Very easy to navigate, and left us wondering how this is still a thing, nevertheless, super kind employees, and a awesome selection of piercing jewelry.

Nifty stuff as always but pricing is still high for quality produced. Id love to see a soft stretch slim cotton shirt (Pacifica) with custom style. They hit their target market though quite well. Just not quite there for me as I evolve. They really honestly need to lower their profit margin to make higher vol sales.

Great store with friendly staff. This location is a littler smaller than others so the selection is a bit limited, but they still have alot of great stuff and they price match with whats online. Id recommend this location.

Cool stuff and good deals but the store is way too small and cramped, its always hot and almost impossible to move through when busy. With a larger location and a little room to move would be five star.

The staff always tries their best to find out if clothes are in stock or not and they are always so nice and helpful when I go

Love it here. They have a wide selection of band t shirts, and the staff are helpful if you cant find what youre looking for. The music played here is usually great too.

If it was still dark and emotionless like the early 2000s I would still call this store home. too bright and bubbly for what Hot Topic was truly made for.

Times have changed and youre just going with the flow, hope you remember your roots and bring the old you back.

They have all the new (and some old) pop culture tee shirts. Rock bands, TV shows, whatever is currently popular in media they will have it. They also have the chintzy-ist stuff too. Mugs, key chains, toys, posters, etc. By its nature then, as a lot of what they have is fad driven, much of it is poorly made. That isnt Hot Topics fault...they dont make the stuff, only offer it retail, but do beware.I find the layout if the store extremely tight, thus its always hard to move around, and at Christmas its hell.They are borderline staffed at registers at any given day in my experience and again, during holidays it is hopeless.

Always go here and am never disappointed!
