Great service. The girls there are so friendly, even gave out free water bottles. Most amazing coffee and a variety of flavors to choose from. If i could rate higher i would!

I live a bit away from Lakeside, so I dont go here too often, but every time I do I end up satisfied. The owners are friendly and serve orders quickly, and the coffee tastes very premium, not like Starbucks where some of their frappucinos, lattes etc. add so much sugar that you can barely taste the coffee. The menu is simple, the desserts are tasty, the coffee is amazing, and the prices are very fair. Highly recommend going here instead of Starbucks if you are in the area.

I had the White Chocolate Mocha iced coffee today and it was the best iced coffee I’ve ever had. Totally tops starbucks. The man working was very nice and even gave me a bigger size than I payed for out of pure kindness. I will definitely be going back.

Always go here when Im in the area, there frozen Chai tea latte is the best Chai Ive ever had! This place has the BEST coffee and the owners are so sweet.

Poor service, VERY RUDE! I am willing to over look price for good service, they dont have price or service! Spoke with a manager a few months ago, same rude employee helped today so now its time to share with the world. Spoke with a manager today and it did zero good. Do not spend your money here, just go to Star bucks. Its a better price, produce and service.

I am a frequent customer here at the Coffee Bureau. I absolutely love this place and thats why I keep coming back. Its very pleasant and the barista lady is very kind and friendly. I enjoy every drink I order!

The Coffee Bureau is a new independent coffee shop, and its pretty good. The store is small, but the staff is friendly and the atmosphere is pleasant. They accept Android Pay and Apple Pay, but as far as I could tell, they dont have their own WiFi network. You can try to use the malls network, but I had trouble maintaining a connection.

I wish if there is zero star. It doesn’t worth nothing the worse coffee I ever had. Don’t go there

Amazing coffee at the best looking store with the cutest atmosphere. I live one hour away and I try making it to this place at least two or three times a week. I wish there was one closer to my house. The staff is friendly and they always make their drinks perfect. The lady that works there during the week is absolutely really good at making all of those exotic drinks. Beats Starbucks or any other coffee place by 1000 miles. Cant wait to see what drinks they will introduce this fall. I usually recommend their maroccino or tiramisu espresso.

I was really surprised to see that this place had some bad reviews here but then I learned that all the bad reviews were before the new owner took over from Hachem’s family. Very nice to talk too and very pleasant. Absolutely love their atmosphere, their aroma, and their coffee.

Ordered a Blended Salted Carmel and didnt know what to expect. WOW was it good. Im a Frapuccino girl at all of those other places but this one knocked it out if the park. It actually tasted like espresso!! A real coffee drink. I wanted to walk back for a second one.

Went there today morning with my sisters, it was incredible and we all loved our lattes, finished them till the last sip! Looking forward for more visits!!

Seriously the best coffee place ever. They make an amazing caramel machiato. Simply amazing! Only lowlifes don’t know how to apriciate this place and last time I noticed a man complaining that the capuchino at speedway was cheapper, that is the stupidity in our society. I wish they had more stores around. Its my to go place. Keep it up and hopefully more stores open up.

I had tried a Marocchino on Feb. 18, 2016 on the recommendation of the male barista there. It was extraordinary. So good, in fact, that I couldnt stop thinking about it. Every where I went for coffee I wished I was at the Coffee Bureau getting a marocchino. I went back on March 18 and there was a woman behind the bar. I ordered the marocchino and she argued with me. Told me it was small (I already knew that), that no one ever ordered that, and that I should order something else. I explained that that is what I indeed wanted and she continued to give me a difficult time. Finally, I asked her if she just didnt want to make it. She said no, she didnt want to make it. So I left. My husband called what we thought was a corporate (734) number from the website. The man he talked to said he knew the person that we were referring to and that the next time we go in, we could have a free drink. well, I dont live very close to Lakeside and so I just got in there today (10/8). There was a woman at the counter named Linda. (Pretty sure it was the same woman who refused to make my drink last time as they both had an accent but I am not sure). They had rearranged the menu so I didnt see the Marocchino and ordered a Lavender latte instead, intending not to say anything about a free drink and just pay for the latte. Then I saw that the marocchino was still on the menu, explained about my last experience and said I would like that as well but free to make up for the last time. Linda refused, said she was the owner, there was no corporate office or location across town, there was no one higher I could speak with and she wasnt going to give me the drink free. She said she didnt know who I spoke to or if I even did, there were no other ladies working there and basically her attitude told me she would be very glad to see me leave. I told her that was the worst customer service I had ever experienced. I was going to pay for a 5.00 latte and asked for a 3.00 drink free because of a bad customer service experience and she basically called me a liar and refused. So, well their coffee is great, I refuse to patronize a place with an employee/owner that is so horrible. If you decide to go there, you are rewarding a business whos supposed owner does not care for her customers AT ALL!Called the number on the website again and finally spoke to someone who also didnt care about my experience. Said it was the same employee but the ownership had changed hands. Said they dont give out free coffee but why did it take so long for us to go back to get the free coffee?? Like, what? If you dont offer upset customers free coffee, what the heck difference does it make how long it takes me to go back? Also said the business was failing. You think!? A place like this deserves to fail. Hire good employees and treat your customers well and maybe you would succeed.
