Store is ALWAYS clean and well organized. Majority of employees are friendly and willing to help. The maze to walk through to get checked out is another story. I personally do not like it as it is mainly an impulse area to encourage customers to spend more. Have shopped at other Big Lots stores and this one, by far, is the cleanest, most stocked and well organized I have seen.

Whoa! Ive been going to the same Big Lots since I moved here from KY., because it was so close to me. But holy smokes, this store is literally packed FULL of stock! I saw things Id never seen before at the other store. Totally wowed by the upkeep of the shelves, and cleanliness of the store. The staff were really friendly. Not too much else around that area, but Ill be going back. I cant wait to see what its like during the holidays! 🎃🎄🦃

What can I say its Big lots we love it

I like the Big Lots chain of stores. This location is laid out a bit different. Not my favorite location. Much better staff and in stock items at Warren, dequindre just south of 11.

Brighter and clean. Its always was but looks a little more brighter/ improved somehow.

Great bargains! Cute garden and patio items. Checkout is a bit of a wait but I know its because of lack of employees.Parking lot and front of store could definitely use some help. Needs to be updated.

Visited this store for a computer desk. Most of the desks on display were falling apart. I decided not to buy one because i figured it would just fall apart too.

Good prices on everything is the store. Selection is limited though.

Wear a masks, not for Covid, but for the women that like to get up in the morning and put on 5 gallons of Perfume and walk around the store.

I can count on this place for a few different hard to find products I was looking for banana cake mix and this was one of the only places that had it other than ordering online. We got our box spring for our bed room from here too for an excellent price.

My first visit to Big lot since February. They have completely reset the store. Lots of goodies I have not been able to get anywhere else. Good prices, nice coupon. I forgot how good of value compared to Amazon on many things since most of my shopping has been online in the last 4 months.

Very clean has furniture a few selection of clothes and mostly house shoes. Toys for children and some food I dont recall seeing frozen food selection. But prices low and reasonable.

Nice store, except the furniture area. I had a few questions and asked the furniture manager nick who did not have the answers. He didn’t know anything at all. He was very unkempt. A wild beard, uncombed hair, with an unbuttoned shirt. He looked like he rolled out of bed, smoked a joint and drove to work. I can’t believe a supposed Fortune 500 company put a snotty nosed punk like that in charge of that area. I called the corporate office and complained. The store manager bill was very nice but just as clueless as nick. I will never return to this store again. And with the 15 mile and gratiot location getting robbed during the day and the peeping tom incident at the 10 mile and gratiot store I think I’m done with big lots in general.

I really like big lots...they have everything you need at discounted prices. I remembered seeing a ad talking about the furniture and the quality of it being really good. Not that I need furniture, but when I walked by that ad came to mind. So I turned around and looked, I must honesty say it is pretty nice. Oh, while Im talking about furniture, although I havent bought any. I do think they have the best yard furniture ever! Makes you wish you had a yard...Any who, go to Big Lots and get your shop on!!😉

Big Lots is truly the home of the deal! This one has generally friendly staff, as well. I saved on several things that Id been putting off buying.Food items (especially drinks) are much more affordable here and so are things like deodorant and body wash) and you can definitely save a lot on pots and pans, as well as electronic accessories and household items.Get on their email list and save!

The store has odd and end things.

Great deals. Some things are oddly over priced but for the most part reasonable. I love to get beauty supplies like nail polish,cotton balls, metal nail files, eye lash curler, Q-tips etc.. thats where the real bargain is those things can run me from $2.75 to $10 depending on where I go which is usually the Kroger up the street (horribly over priced for terrible quality)

They likely wont always have the items youre looking for, but youll likely make up for it by finding something you didnt even know you wanted. The prices are decent but not as cheap as one might think.

Big lots has a lot of good things, but their prices are going up. Picked up a battery bank for cameras for church. It looks good and will me running it through some test next week we have revival week. Run two cameras and plug into battery as backup. Sorry pictures on other phone. But shocked to find Pepsi for $1.80 over last years prices. Not happening.

0 stars, walked in and 3 associates were standing at the furniture counter and one at the cash register no one greeted us, just glared and continued doing nothing. We walked over to the furniture area and looked back at the counter and literally no body was there any more or even around and we wanted to inquire about some furniture. I’ve never seen anything like this in my life literally in a matter of seconds walking from the front entrance to the furniture area they all decided to disappear and not greet or help us. We had to hunt down someone and wait in line just to ask the cashier for help. Disgusting behavior, stop hiring just anyone.

Great deals if you can find what you want. They dont have a large selection of items. I always find great rugs. They do have many rugs, comforter sets, and other bathroom and kitchen things.

The man that helped us was the best, very kind, helpful and great attitude. Youre lucky to have him as an employee in the furniture dept.

This is my story that I shopped all the time looking for unusual things and they always have unusual things for Christmas decorations sometime but specially for the spring and summer for your enjoyment outside

This place has a variety of products at reasonable prices. Actually, it reminds me a lot of how Kmart used to be, minus all the clothes. Today I walked out of here with three pairs of sunglasses for $16. I regularly come here to get curtains and curtain rods, because I can get them so inexpensively. Their stock changes frequently and you can usually get some really good deals. Right now they have backyard pools at great prices (in line with Walmart pricing). A lot of things in the store are discounted beyond the price on the sticker.

So, the area 14 and Schoenherr, is not upscale. However, if youre on a budget or just like getting a good deal you need to check this place out. I scored big on bedding, skin care products, and snacks. Huge selection of products at deep discounts.

They r remodeling, alot of shelves are empty. Employees not wearing masks and alot of customers werent either.

Its a good store, you can definitely find what your looking for and get it at a reasonable cost. However, the store is highly outdated. Some of the lanes are too narrow. This store can truly use a revamp. The checkout lady can also use a revamp....just a mono tone person!

I will return this store was stocked and had me ready to decorate my home. After my decluttering I will return to purchase items to start my decorationing process
