How can this be $8 on Clarence rack and still be $8?? Shouldnt it be lower than $8?? Im confused can someone explain to me. Everytime I go in this store they all are rude.

Typical dollar store. Short handed and on unorganized side. Cashier was nice. For some reason took the guy behind me instead of me for some reason. Food cooler area appears to not be straightened in months. Inside of cooler were also a little dirty. Health and beauty area seemed to be more kept up than any other area. Behind the register area was atrocious. Many boxes and things just stacked back there. Few aisles had boxes stacked up for stocking. Which I disagree with on Saturday at 12:30. Specially when only one person is working. No way is she stocking 4 aisle and running register at the same time. Maybe when it’s slow work on one project at a time while running register. Found what I was looking for and was checked out quickly. I did not get a chance to check out bathroom. Review is based on my overall experience. If things improve in the future I will update this review.

Bad customer service a month ago I had to wait 10 minutes for a cashier to check me out never going back, I go to family Dollar now no more Dollar general I need to spend 60 bucks a month add that up in a year 740. Went into your pocket over bad customer service..

Ok store. I would have gave this place 5 stars but I had a terrible experience with one of the employees. I was shopping taking my time. So I was there about 30-45 min. When I went to pay the cashier accused me of stealing because my purse looked different from when I walked in. Lol Mind you she waited till I walked up to the register to say anything! On top if that there were 5 or 6 people waiting in line behind me. So i physically opened my purse up and showed her I had nothing that wasnt paid for in my purse. All I wanted to do is pay for my items and leave. She made it clear opening up my purse wasnt enough. At this point I was upset So I refused and told her to call the cops if she had an issue . No cops were called because she (a grown women)knew she screwed up! Instead of apologizing she called me names. So there was almost physical altercation ( She was very disrespectful. Needless to say no items were bought and I will never return to a dollar general again anywhere!

Everything was great until checkout. I bought some fingernail polish that I never got. I came back after I checked my bags and car and couldn’t find it and they told me I could just get another one but the one is I git they didn’t have anymore of those colors so I asked for a refund if they didn’t have anymore so they said they had to look at the camera to see if I got it. They’re like well they made it to the bag so we can’t give you a refund. I did not get my bag if I did I wouldn’t be here asking about some 2 dollars nail polish. I just wanted the same 2 colors I grabbed earlier and they were gone. This makes me want to not shop here anymore.

Nice selection. Tried to buy an arm load of stuff, but no cashiers! Heard someone moving around in the office, but no one responded to repeated calls for assistance.Disappointing visit.

Is gotten a lot better with this place the stickers they have on the floor to indicate to the customers who dont know to give space space is given its getting a lot better as far as the line theyre moving quicker with getting people in and out

Unfortunately, there are not many stores in our area which leaves this store the most convenient. We wouldnt mind it if it was clean and if the staff was professional and had good customer service skills. The cleanliness of this store is beyond filthy. Clutter is always at a max with boxes, carts and pallets everywhere. Never are you greeted. When it comes time to ring up, your left standing at a register for several minutes ringing a bell hoping to get service. Im not really sure how this store is even still open. I would think the fire marshal would have a field day in a place like this. Management is a must. Finding food products that have expired in 2018 is just not acceptable. Oh and not to mention...I have tried calling up there on more than one occasion to see if they carried something and the phone is always busy. With a store like that, that needs serious attention, it shows! Either their always on the phone with friends and not doing their job or the phone is off the hook cause their not trained properly in the customer service department. Hopefully one day this location will clean up their act and it will be a great place to shop in our community!

They waited on a customer at least 20 minutes until they figured out how to get here order paid.

Have to say when I actually had someone answer the phone and be nice and check an item for me to assure it was in stock had me suprised a little. Then I got to location and found my precious.......the staff is friendly and very courteous. Thanks for the help and for keeping good help!!

Well stocked store considering we are in a pandemic right now. Nice and friendly store associates.

Pretty good selection for a $$ store, prices are a little steep on some things and it seems like there is rarely someone at the register. If there is someone up there its usually just one person and a decent line/wait. If you want an actual dollar store stick to dollar tree, but if you are looking for more of a convenience store or mini-mart with tobacco and alcohol, this might be your spot!

Dollar General was much better than before. With a new manager and assistant manager things are shaping up. Much more organized and cleaner. Very pleased in the improvement.

Very close by my house. Not a true dollar store because everything is not a dollar. However that is good in ways as it is a quick stop grocery store. They have a small fridge and freezer section, beer and wine, many household items and defiantly enough options to make dinner with. I go grocery shopping here all the time.

Well I wanted to buy glue sticks for my glue gun just by chance I was able to find miniature glue sticks but of course not the ones that would fit in my glue gun however I did find a 6 by 8 in stretched canvas on a frame and was able to purchase some holographic duct tape

I didnt even want to give this store a 1-star this was the worst store out of any store ive experienced! I have never seen there were so many carts full of items so many crates full of items so many big things just packed with items I could not get down but two aisles she did try to move one out of my way but as I proceeded through the store there continue to be more and more and more in the way then she continued to yell at me and say awful things to me instead of apologizing because she was angry knowing I was right very sad very very sad I threw everything back and walked out that store! She even went as far as throwing her arms up and yelling at me accusing me of stealing something because I didnt want to be in their store any longer I couldnt get through so I threw everything on a shelf left the car in the aisle and took off cuz when I went back for pictures she got really defensive because she knew she was wrong thats okay Ill be back to get her name and Ive already reported them to the Better Business Bureau.

Of all the $ stores in the area, this one seems to have the best variety and happiest workers.

Was looking thru the clearance area and a manager rudely accused me of penny shopping saying We already cleaned that all out so you wont find any pennies here. I did not even speak a word to this employee, she yelled at me and made me feel so uncomfortable. I put away the items I was considering and just left. Someone needs to teach these employees customer service and how to properly speak to people, while not being confrontational and accusational. So rude. I will not be going back to this location.

Its dollar general, dont expect to much and you wont be disappointed. Some of the employees are interesting, but others are great!

Store Is messy. Customer infront of me at checkout had $60.00 worth of items. Another lady working behind the counter just stood there and talked to the associate checking out the customer infront of me. Now there is a line of 4 people. Another associate comes in for work. Now all three of them are talking wile the one is ringing out the customer infront of me. I see the newly arrived associate go to a register for what i think is going to ring up the rest of us who are waiting but no, she was punching in. Now her and the other woman go into the office and talk while the first cashier rings the rest of the womans purchase. The service is poor here all the time. It is a shame because of the location. The next big store around is at least 3 miles away. We would go here more often if it were nicer. Now we only go here when its a must.

Really disorganized. Most of the stock was outdated, so outdated they had posters out for justin Biebers boyfriend album. Nobody was at the cash register so it was a to minute wait to check out, with no line! Which is ridiculous for a dollar store.
