This store is okay. I went and bought Halloween costumes and bags for the kiddos. Self service was quick and convenient. Since it’s covid you can only use debit or credit card at the self service check out. I’m not sure about the other non self service lane though.

Terrible management and employees. Went to order a cake for birthday but no one was there to take order. Next to bakery there’s one employee was working so asked for a help. Instead of helping she provided all wrong information then asked manager to help but they couldn’t because they do not know the employees schedule and who’s working in bakery or where’s the employee at that time. Later found out she was in launch for hour and half and other employees said she left and bakery closed for the day. After doing some shopping an hour we give a another try that time some one show up to the bakery but instead of helping customers she was busy doing her staff. Very unprofessional and rude people work there. Management must take action against those employees and gotta provide at least some customer service. Sorry Walmart you people lost another customer and sure I’ll not recommend any friends or relatives to this store specially in bakery. Plenty of options out there. Thank you

I m sorry I have been to great Walmarts but both Warren and Roseville Walmarts are never stocked always messy/dirty and employees are rude as heck! I dont care how much they make its a job be a professional. But I truly believe its the management of these stores please consider retraining your staff.

This location is much better than the Warren 12 Mile location. Parking lot is neat and clean, shelves are stocked up. I shop here now on.

The employees at the Fed Ex inside Walmart,were very patient and helpful to me today. I usually go to a different store but I thought I would try this one out . They will definitely have me back as a new regular customer now.

Still the biggest, cleanest Walmart in the vicinity, far as Im concerned.

The didnt have ANY BREAD!! PERIOD!! VERY LITTLE MEAT! And I was NOT happy about having to scan my groceries and pack my own groceries!! If I gotta pay for my groceries and bag my own groceries then I need to get a discount or a paycheck!!

The majority of the store was unorganized and messySome of the employees were quite rude. There are many other Walmarts that are pleasurable to shop at. Recommend to drive a little farther for a better experience

Not enough cashiers. One cashier was on it and was looking out for the new person who was the only cashier on a Saturday. Way to look out for your team. I hope Walmart can recognize GREAT help!

Great place in case the one closest is out of stock. This place is less busy then at 12.

There were only a few lines open but when I got to the front the woman was very nice and tentative to my items and treated me well as well.

Thus site was clean, friendly and well stocked.

Ive shopped at this location many times. Not bad at all. They keep the shelves stocked. The only downside is theres usually only one checkout that has a cashier .

First time there that there wasnt a lot of shoppers. I dont like that they took out all their price checkers in thd store. The person at the self check out was very helpful.

Place was a mess, carts with items in them were every where. Couldnt even get through the self checkout because carts were blocking the aisle. Had a hard time finding one of the items I needed in the automotive department and the ladies department in the pajama area was a mess as well. Took me a while to find a set of pajamas that wasnt falling off the hanger and missing the top or bottom. I have worked in two Walmarts and neither of them ever looked as bad as this store in Warren. I know Sam Walton would be shocked and embarrassed to see one of his supercenters such a mess if he were alive today. Apparently no one takes pride in their jobs at this Walmart. Very shocking!!!!

The store was very clean for Walmart and very well stocked for Walmart the person that is running the store right now is doing a great job because theres actually stuff on the shelves last time I was there about a month and a half ago quite a few shelves had no product whatsoever in it good job

I was looking for a Videogame on release day. I called in advance to make sure the online inventory was accurate and I was told it was in stock. I came to the store and the associates had no clue about the game. It was not in the Videogame cage. I asked for a manager and a team leader with really bad attitude, braids and tattooed eyebrows came 30 minutes later just to say that she didn’t want to go back and forth and that they did not have the game. I’m sure the game was there. But they have been really lazy/bad about displaying release day games on time and then lie about not having them because they don’t wanna look in the back. She rudely said “i am sure we don’t have the game” and I asked for the name of the game and she doesn’t even know the name which means she didn’t look or page anyone to check. I know this is Walmart but I’ve gotten great customer service when the electronics representatives are there. Today was a mix between an associate form another department covering and a really lazy and rude team leader. I was so mad to have driven 30 minutes and wasted another 30 waiting to be helped to get this treatment that I forgot to ask for her name.

This was the 2nd walmart i went to this morning attempting to make a return of an online purchase. I work retail and understand we are all short staffed. There was one woman working the entire front end of the store by herself. She was going to a register to help someone, and then over to customer service to help people. There was an employee of the store in front of me in the line saying all she wanted to do was make an even exchange. She was trying to get another employee who walked by several times to help her, and he kept telling her to wait and minute and disappearing off the floor. I finally left because of the wait. Kuddos to the woman who showed up for work and was trying to help everyone.

Helpful staff but my first time going to a Wal-Mart no cashiers. Only self check-out?? Didnt like it because the belt at the register wasnt working!!😥😣

Some of the aisle needed to be straightened. But my overall experience was good.

I would not have given this store one star, but had to in order to leave my opinion. This Walmart is HORRIBLE. VERY messy, and the workers have NO manners. Not only the help, but customers were rude too . Come on folks, use the manners that your parents taught you! We are living in a society that no one wants to be nice to one another now. God is watching.

I am throughly disappointed in the customer service of not only this location but in Walmart in general. I live in Waterford, Michigan and pass by 2 or 3 Walmarts to get to this store in Sterling Heights. This was the location nearest to me that had the product I need (30 miles away). I drove all the way to the store to pickup my already purchased order. The store closes at 11 pm but I found out when I checked in at the store that pickup ends at 8 pm. It said I was checked in though. After 25 min I went inside and went to customer service and the woman looks up and rudely says closed. AT 8:45!!!!! Ill stick with Meijer as I should have in the first place.

Bathrooms, disgusting! Store, a mess! No self checkouts open. Did not get greeted by anyone. Left store empty handed because there was only like 2 registers open with a sh#$ ton of people in both lines. Used to love Walmart. Dont think Ill ever go back. Very unsatisfied 😕🙄

Not one check out lane opened, only self checkouts. Self checkouts arent meant for customers with $200 grocery orders. Lines that look like its the night before Thanksgiving. 45 minutes in line with completely melted frozen goods, thawed frozen goods, and having to do all the work and not get paid for it.Store lets the phone ring until the system disconnects you.Never again.

I found the store dirty.Told greeter about a box of glass bottles in the pharmacy pick up. Said could not do anything about it. When left store the bottles were broken and in same space. Thats for service? Will not go to thT one again, and will share the non service attitude.

Bought a hoverboard for my son.. after taking it home we realized that the weight limit was too low and we needed the larger model. Went to return it. They said the number on the machine was different than the number on the box. The implication was that I swapped it out with some other hoverboard. They made comments like why would I buy the one with the beat up box but it was the only black one and that was the color my son wanted. Had to call corporate and a month later I get called to return it and go figure!! The number on the machine matched the box 🤦 Even so, nothing was working on their registers and it literally took 45 minutes (and a month) to get my money back. Oh yeah, did I mention they basically assumed we were shady people who would buy something and swap it out and return it? Yeah, that..

Terrible employees bad attitude won’t help parking lot is a complete wreck. Call the store 13x’s trying to talk to the store manager and each time it timed out. Person in electronic “I’ll be back in a minute” 10 mins later nothing. I’ll never step foot in that store again and encourage my employees and family to avoid at all cost.

Great place to learn a new language, seeing how everyone shopping there flew in from the middle east.

If you like urban fashion stick to the location on 12 and Vandyke, they have better clothing options. Lines are always really long

I am really starting to get fed up store like Walmart, because they only offer one or two lanes with cashiers and they push customers to the u-scan lanes. Which we all know kills jobs. The other part to Walmart, like some of the other the big box stores you cannot find help anymore. Sometimes you get fed up trying to get some help you say forget about it, and you leave. Not a good way to do business.

Just a typical Wal-Mart, hence the rating right down the middle. Was in and out relatively fast though, so that does put it slightly above other Wal-Marts...

Went to self checkout. Told the checkout lady that I had Vodka. She just nodded.I rang it up and she came and scanned it. She turned away as she was talking toSomeone. The screen asked if I was under 40. She was still talking so I said no.She then turned and scolded me for touching the screen. That’s her job she said.I said really.? She came back and I said because of her I was never coming back.She laughed and said Good. She is mid 20’s African American with short blondishHair. Very rude. Shame on you Walmart.

Staff is on/off sometimes very friendly other times extremely disrespectful. Definitely your average Walmart, good selection with fresh products always available and deals to boot.

Ive been going here forever. It can get pretty busy and is sometimes messy (especially the make-up aisle 🥲) but they have a huge selection at low prices. I think that the workers do a pretty good job, its just the fact that people are inconsiderate.

I took my grandsons to Walmart to see if they can find a controller for their game well they had a pretty good selection he had a hard time picking out which one he wanted a lot of them were in colors a lot of them had cool lights on them but all in all he picked out the one he wanted was the best birthday present for him he loves to go to Walmart and they had a lot of other cool stuff I managed to pick up a few other things for my other grandchildren a lot of things on sale today there

Great walking exercise since I go down every lane at least once and find what Im looking for and sometimes something I wanted or needed and wasnt looking for.

Not a big fan of Walmart. Today just confirmed that for me. This place was dirty, not stocked. Couldnt find what I went to get in Home and Beauty. No one on floor in area to help. Only redeeming quality was the sweet girl at the ONLY entrance/exit open of three. She was friendly. That is why it got 2-stars.

I don’t know if it’s because of the pandemic or because they don’t keep up with the store, but there is a lot of empty shelves. But this one is definitely better than the one on 12 and van dyke! Aside from maybe restocking the shelves, the store does a good job at keeping it clean (Unless of course the shelves are not restocked because they aren’t getting enough supply).

I placed an order to pick up . I picked up my items and when I got home, half of my items were not there. Every single one of my cold items were not there. I called the store about it and they told me that there was no Manager to speak to and there was nothing they could do. I called customer service and they offered a refund but that it would take 5 days to process. I called the store again to see if they could just pull my cold items so I could make dinner and they said no. No one is being held accountable for their mistakes and no on seems to care. Im incredibly aggravated 😤😒😑

This is the 2nd time ive been to this location. NEVER AGAIN!. Worst experience ever!. Shelves not stocked. 22 registers and NO CASHIERS!!. Self scan only. I needed help and noone was around. I was shouting through the store, Does anyone work here?. Finally a resentful rude employee walked over and asked what is the problem?. The problem is that ive never used self checkout, i dont work here, could you please help me. She eyerolled the guy next to me like i was blind, or stupid. I left my full cart right there and told her where to stick the merchandise i was trying to buy and walked out!!. I will never shop there again!!

Smh i just don’t understand why more registers can’t be opened up u stand in line for 20 to 40 mins waiting on cashiers and then they are moving extremely slow like a sloth and if I could go thru self check out and do my wic I would that another irritating thing

Walmart has always been a love hate relationship. I like this store. Always clean and fairly well stocked. Its the checkout at this location that gets me everytime. Its almost all self checkout now but half the machines are never on or dont work. The lines will end up being all the way down the aisles. You can expect to be in line a minimum of 10 mins unless you happen to get lucky!

Getting worse than the 12 mile and gratiot store. At least have all the self checkout lines open you had one side self checkout and 2 cashiers open .8 other self checkout lanes on other side of store completely closed along with over 10 lanes !! Very frustrating

Waited 25 minutes at customer service to return item purchased online. Once I made it to the counter, return transaction only took 2 minutes! Both ladys behind the counter had attitudes like its my fault they have to work. 🤦‍♀️ Next time Ill take the longer drive and go to different location.

Love how this location ALWAYS has exactly what I need (and if my receipt is anything to go by, plenty more of what I didnt need, yet bought anyway). Initially went in for Motor City pizza (Pepperoni and Supreme), left with a full basket to stock my kitchen. Only Walmart can do that for me.

Very misleading prices. Bought slippers $5.99 was billed $14. On the checkout counter you cant see the pricing. There are always people behind you. Huge lines on the self checkout. Better to order online.

It all depends on the time of day that you go. All in all it was an ok experience.

It was gross, pig pen, down right dirt. I will never go to 14 & VanDyke again. But then again the people in there made it a mess. A lady was looking at a blouse then threw it on the floor. As far as Im concern close it.
