My husband and I ordered our doors during right before COVID.Our salesperson was phenomenal during the entire process very professionally and courteous. During this process I had to make several trips to the showroom to make payments and very minor adjustments. Each visit to the showroom made me uncomfortable due to the lack of customer service and knowledgeable of basic operations practices such as providing a customer with a receipt.The most importantly thing to know is that I was expecting an installation crew, no I got one very skilled traded man..His works was exceptional based on his performance and cleanliness.. I personally wouldn’t recommend your company to anyone only because I won’t want someone to feel the way your home office made me feel after we spent over $15k...unappreciated for deciding to do business with you.... please with the product but not this company.. when will we remind this companies that without my purchase at your store your doors close. I made a choice to spend my money there I could have gone anywhere.. every store except currency don’t forget that people.
The door and installation, I would rate a 5-star. However, my wife asked for glass at the bottom of the door to protect against our dog scratching at the bottom of the door. Wife was talked into going with just a screen which would quote from the Salas guy not tear. Well, it has torn. We are still within our warranty period and have called multiple times, both my wife and I, and have left voicemails and have spoken to the Receptionist. They refuse to return our calls and honor our warranty. So until they do so, this review will remain a 1-star review. If the warranty is honored, we will turn this into a 5-star review. My advice, do business with these guys only unless you are 100% sure you wont need them back at your house. And here is a picture of my really nice door, over $1k worth of a door with a $10 screen guard on it. Looks great, doesnt it?

Ive been calling them for 4 months regarding a window warranty. Phone calls never returned. I finally went to the showroom and talked to one of the owners. The window is at their location but they have no one to replace it. They are still in business because they are lucky, not because they take care of their customers after the sale.
Advance Door did a great job helping us pick the right door and the installation was flawless.

No good, stay away from any garage door repairs. Unprofessional, asked them to come check issue with garage door, i explained theres an issue with the spring that need to be replaced, tech guy indicates no issue and hooks back just tensioner on side and charges $110 for service call. Next day, spring physically breaks, I asked them to re-address the issue and they ask for another $165. Spoke to manager Phill (manager) regarding issue and that I would pay the difference to get spring replaced but he refused and wanted to recharge for full service call again $165. When trying to reason with him about how tech guy did not diagnose issue correctly, he became offensive and insulting.
Detroits Money is no good here. Thats Laughable to be completely honest. That City ....really guy.
Getting any follow up service is nearly impossible! I had problems with 2 of my locks and made phone calls for 2 months. I was told finally to go try to find the locks myself!!! Disgraceful customer service!
