UPDATE:I felt compelled to update my initial review. I received a call from the Owner after posting my review. Not only did they acknowledge my concern he took the time time to understand my frustration and take measures to better their company and took this as a learning experience. It speaks MOUNTAINS!!! when companies take ownership without excuses and cares about the client. Im Impressed! Not only did they HEAR ME, and LISTEN.. They took provisions to correct the issue. I can say I am a customer as they made me whole. In todays time we all have stresses and pressures. Sometimes the term Service doesnt exist - I must say it ultimately prevailed with Square Deal. Bad news travels 8 times faster than good. I wanted to take time to pass along a success story and a bit of good news.I was referred to them because they could develop windows and have them together for me within a shorter period of time of other manufacturesI had a promise date no one called me on the date of delivery I had to call and inquire I did not receive any consolation I was simply informed it won’t be until next week the following week went by I call almost noon time to inquire and I said nope we haven’t received the truck today I said well can you give me some type of information i was told That they would have to call and follow up and call me back I had to ask them would you like some information of mine so you can call me backThe experiences I have seen is a poor excuse of customer service as almost like I was bothering them for an order that I put in and I just cannot believe that people are providing service like this as if I’m bothering them to inquire about my order that is beyond two weeks past due as it stands currently I still have no idea of when the windows that I pre-paid for will be in

Cant find good a business anywhere nowdays.

I was asked to leave the store because I had my shirt pulled up over my face because I forgot my mask. And I was asked to leave. But then their employees were walking around without mask on. I dont think Ill ever go back there unless I have to. They were nice about it. But you have to lead by example

Worked on their shredder.It needed to be replaced.March.Did not get paid.Now they say they will not pay for the work done.Not did they buy a replacement from us.Poor poor business relationship.They are referring to small claims.So maybe we will see them there.

I purchased twice for both new construction homes in just one year. The first experience I had was so good that I went back the second time. A salesman names Joseph Westerman sold us a full pallet extra of shingles the second time using his own measurements and then told us they were not returnable because they were a special order. He not once told us that this was a final sale product considering all the other shingles are returnable if there are extra after installation. We spent close to $2,000 extra. Keep in mind, we purchased the most expensive shingle they sold in their business TWICE. If I would have ever known this would happen, I would have never gone there again. Definitely stay away.

I only gave 1 star because I had to in order to post this! Customer service and follow-up are absolutely horrendous! Ive been waiting for two weeks to have the part ordered for the locking mechanism to be fixed on my window. Joe Todd tells me that the repair guy, which they only have one, Bob, is on vacation for 2 to 3 weeks. Bob tells me hes laid off and doesnt know when hell be back, so Im currently waiting to hear back from the supposable manager Herald. It seems this business is run by irresponsible boys- non-professional men. Not customer centered, not organized, poor communication, no follow up, and poor time management. DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS COMPANY!!
