I bought what was supposed to be solid wood and after 6 weeks of waiting, the door is actually made by dust, garbage! Dont come closed to this cheaters

This company is horrible! The door might look good in the pictures but they are poor quality. In addition, Customer Service is the worst.I purchased this door from Home Depot. The door arrived with melted shrink wrap on both sides. It either melted or was packaged before the paint was dry. When you wipe it….the paint come off. I took pictures and they agreed to replace it. I asked if I need to do anything and their inefficient E-Commerce Manager, Peggy Taipalus, told me Jim,MMI Door will take care of your replacement door, you do not have do anything with Home Depot.Kind Regards.She shipped the door directly to me! What am I supposed to do with it? When I called her she was completely rude and disrespectful after she said she would take care of everything. I asked her who going to install this? You can call Home Depot and ask them to help you. You have to be kidding me?! I forwarded all correspondence to Home Depot and they are not happy with this vender.If youre in the market for a new door…..Look elsewhere… THANKS PEGGY

I dont know if its Lowes or MMI Door thats a hot mess in this situation but I ordered a door through Lowes website at the end of April and Ive yet to receive the door. My delivery date has been moved FOUR TIMES and it was just today that I find out that MMI only acknowledged my order back in April, meaning they havent even processed anything. This is a disaster!

We bought two sets of exterior MMI fiberglass doors for our new construction. They were correctly installed by our contractor and within 1 year they warped so badly that they would not stay closed even if we locked them. The company came out and checked them. They agreed that they should not have warped and they replaced them with sets of their steel doors. They have been in for 2 months and they are terrible. The wind blows through the center mullion, rain comes right in. I should not even give them 1 star but the customer service was good, the product is just terrible. I would not recommend these doors.

Warranty claim took forever. I had to file a complaint with the BBB. After that the claim was taken care of. I contacted the BBB after trying to resolve the claim with the company for almost 6 months.
