The garage door opener was shipped very quickly (two days) and set up was a breeze thanks to the clear instruction attached. I have been using the opener for more than three years without a problem - havent even needed to replace the battery yet. Oh, and I forgot to mention the price was the lowest I found at the time. I will definite come back to buy when I upgrade my garage door opener to a smart device.

This is the first site I go to when I need replacement door openers. Ordering and delivery was a smooth process.

I was fortunate that my door opener came with WiFi, an app called myQ on my phone controls the opener and allows delivery when we are not home.This opener has variable speed and starts out slowly then speeds up as the load gets less. I think it has enough force to raise most any weight door. I would definitely order this again if I need another opener.

Let me start out by telling you I was already extremely frustrated I had ordered a universal LiftMaster 387LM Via Amazon only to find out that it did not have a dip switch inside and was not universal according to “lift master” LiftMaster refunded my purchase then realized DOOR OPENERS & MORE Had the same product advertising 12 DIP switch compatible Keypad garage door opener only to be shocked when the same exact remote control arrived.This Is where the story gets good. The guys that are in charge of warranty exchange did an amazing job providing a replacement as soon as possible even though they seemed to be backorder on the keypad. We were able to keep our business open and we were good as new as soon as we received the brand new keypad.

I purchased this remote door opener about 10 years ago and il works perfectly, even better than the original. I regret not buying a second one to place at the inside entrance of the garage.

We ordered replacement Wireless Keypad garage door opener and remote at separate times. I had no problem programming the keypad, but recently, when trying to pair the remote, it paired successfully with the motor unit, but during the process, the keypad lost its code. After reading directions and watching several YouTube videos to no avail, I emailed Door Openers and More requesting assistance. Marc Yeager responded to my email, asking questions, then sent digital instructions as an email attachment which printed easily. The solution was to remove the batteries from the keypad, clear the keypad’s “brain,” then enter my code from scratch. Marc’s help was timely and invaluable. 5 star customer service in my book!

Took 3 weeks to arrive. I inquired with them why Js was being held up for weeks in Michigan, no reply. I literally tried emailing a few times and phones calls they went straight to their message system, left message and no return. I literally had to dispute the charge on my Amex because I thought I was being scammed after 3 weeks and no response. Their website even says “fast shipping”’. What a joke.Their service is pretty much the worst. Product did work but I’ll never use this company again

Door Openers & More: this is a great company. I have a 40 year old Craftsman garage door opener that works great, but I only had one remote transmitter left, and it broke. I tried several other products elsewhere that claimed 100% Compatibility but none worked. Until, I contacted Door Openers & More, and gave them the model number for my opener, and they shipped me a unit that attached to the back of it, with two remotes, and it works super well again! IF you cant find what you need, at the big box stores, definitely give this company a try!

Had a failure of the remote garage door opener. Did not want to replace the whole machine for many hundreds of dollars, but needed a remote capability. These folks sent a device which would not, at first work. After many communications we were able to make it work for a fraction of the cost.
