EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! The technician was quick to respond and he didn’t disappoint. He was earlier than scheduled which is unheard of these days. He diagnosed the problem, had the parts in his truck and then took the time to reset all the garage door openers for us. His price was up-front and very reasonable. I am ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGED. I googled this company to help my client fix their garage door. When I called the office a man answered, I explained that our company is fixing the clients garage door and we will be paying for this. He told me that he will send a tech this afternoon to the property and he will call 30 mins before, I gave him our office number and my clients number to call one of us before going out. I also stated multiple times our company will be paying for it and how would I give this tech a check. I asked if they had a office I can bring it to and he told me no they closed all offices due to Covid. I said okay how will I give him the check he said the tech will call me before and I can go over with him. My client called me after the tech showed up and told me the guy demanded a check from my client when I stated many time that our company will be taking care of it not the client, my client denied the payment knowing we were going to take care of it and the guy was not taking no for a answer and also did not call either of us 30 mins before. I then called the number on google again and it was a new person and there was a language barrier and I explained to her that Im upset that the tech treated my client rudely and demanded money and I would like to speak with someone high to resolve this. She said okay she will have the tech call me back and she never asked me my name, my company name, the address, or any phone numbers. I then added up all mistakes since the first phone call and felt something was off and I said okay and we ended the call. I have been told that companys like this are scams and that most of there representative s are not in the US and they collect service fees and do not provide the service.If I am wrong in this theory then Im willing to take this off after someone higher up contacts me to resolve this.Thank you

Called Elevate Garage Door Repairs when my overhead door lift spring failed and was surprised they were able to repair it the following morning. I was so impressed with the technician that I requested quotes for operators for my outbuilding. I received a call the next day with a very competitive quote and ended up having two commercial operators installed. I have to say Elevate Garage Door Repairs is the best overhead door company I have had service my existing equipment, or do a new installation. They are fast and knowledgeable.

Technician came on time (only reason for 2 star).Customer service guy on phone gave me rough estimate of round $200 ($50 for spring $99 for labor). Technician came and told me it would cost $480-$500. When I denied the service, he insisted I pay him $40 fee for analyzing nothing when I told spring is broke in the phone. How can someone on phone give me an estimate and technician wants to charge more than double.

Excellent service! One of the torsion springs on my double garage door was broken and needed to be replaced. The repair-person arrived on time and quickly analyzed the problem, then provided me a very fair quote of $300. The door runs quiet and smooth ever since the repair. Great service I got from Elevate Garage Door Repairs!! The tech came at 6:30 in the evening to help me out with a stuck garage door. The service was so good I had him replace my old garage door with a glass and brushed metal version. The install was flawless and it looks great! Our garage door broke yesterday trapping my car inside. I called two other places earlier today morning and Elevate Garage Door Repairs was the only company that could come same day. The technician got the door opened so we could get the car out and replaced the door, the new door looks great and is so much quieter then our old one. Keep it up guys!!!

Good staff and services.

Instead of trying to sell me a new garage door motor, they had me try one thing first. They said to open the unit and take the starter capacitor out of the unit and bring it in to be tested. Sure enough, that was the problem. the capacitor had discharge out from old age. And when they tested it....it would not even hold as charge to be able to start the motor. Bought a new capacitor from them and installed it. All is good again.
