I’ve contacted this company three times. Each time I’ve called, I was told that I would receive a follow up from a sales rep to discuss options for a full view garage door on a commercial building. They take my name, address, email, etc.—but no follow up. If you don’t want my business, just say that and save us both some time. The funny thing is, I was able to get a quote/work done for my personal property in Birmingham. I guess they don’t want to work in Detroit. I’ll be taking my money elsewhere.

Fantastic Job!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I thought my problem was the garage door opener, turned out to be the springs!! Technician spotted the problem IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!! They came early (thank you!) and finished in a timely manor! WILL DEFINITELY USE AGAIN IF NEEDED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had called ahead of time to inquire if they had an internal gear assembly for a Chamberlin Lift Master garage door opener, they said they carry them but unfortunatley when I had arrived at the showroom they did not have the part in stock, they could have simply said we will order this for you but instead they generously gave me free of charge an unbagged gear assembly they happened to have on hand, they were under no obligation to do this, I can not express how grateful I am especially being that the opener malfunctioned at a time when my dollars were stretched rather thin and the aggravation of having an inoperable garage door was just 1 more hassle I did not need, Part works perfectly and I am truly grateful.
