I cant say enough good things about my experience with Mattress King. All aspects have been incredible. We worked with Mark as our salesman, he was easy going and not pushy at all. He guided us through selecting a mattress that works for both my wife and I. We even had a lot of fun while trying out all the different mattresses. We ended up purchasing an adjustable frame to go with our new mattress and look forward to the added benefits of this frame. The delivery guys were awesome as well. They took great care bringing in the frame and mattress, they took time to diagnose and fix a small issue of some crossed wires that came in from the manufacturer incorrectly. They cleaned up all of their mess and took my old mattress out to the curb for me. They even offered to carry my old frame to the basement for me. From start to finish, this purchase experience has been incredible! A big thanks to Mattress King, Mark and the delivery guys for providing such a great experience.

Gary the sales rep was awesome!!! He was very consultative and not pushy at all. He didn’t steer us to the most expensive mattress, but truly helped us find a bed that met our needs. This is the second such purchase I have made at this store and every time the experience is exceptional.

We had the best experience here! My husband and I bought our mattress, and couldnt be happier with our mattress, or our experience. Gary helped us try out mattresses, answered our questions and was so kind. He didnt pressure us to buy something out of our price range, and was helpful at every turn.We had one problem, and it was our own fault, but Mark helped us the next day without any problems. The regular box springs were too high with our bed frame, and he explained the other options, as well as the price differences and what the delivery charge would be to exchange it. We ended up with the monkey board which brought the our bed to the perfect height, and supported our mattress wonderfully.I recommend Mattress King to everyone. They are amazing!

Mark, who sold me my mattress, is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about products. I walked in the store not thinking Id find anything tailored to my needs, but there was an amazing sale where floor demo mattresses were 55% off, so I left with a $2400 Beautyrest for only $1200 after tax. I do not regret my purchase as this mattress has beena great help for my back problems, only one day after sleeping on it! Mark never pressured me into buying something I didnt want and I appreciate how he took time to explain the pros and cons of different models. I would recommend Mattress King over any other mattress store, including big name chain retailers. You cant beat the great deals and amazing customer service offered here!

This was the absolute best experience we could have asked for. We went inside and we were helped by Mark. Mark was an extremely helpful salesman who listened to all our needs when looking for a mattress. I have shopped for mattresses many times in my life and the experience at mattress king was the best ever. The salesperson was the most knowledgable and helpful person I have ever dealt with. Also, the company is Michigan owned and the mattresses are made in MIchigan.

The sales person continued to insult me when I went back to the store to get a refund. He was so rude hirling insults as i left the store. Take your money elsewhere, do not shop here.

In the end we spent 200 more than we walked in planning on, not because we were pressured, we made a conscious decision with Mark there in background.Would return and do all over again with Mark.

My rating is based more on the bed butcustomer service was excellent! Mark you are one of a kind man! I bought the bed last year but its not so great . It felt different at the store and i though it was just me but ive only had the bed for a short time and im so uncomfortable and always waking up with aches and pains. I feel so stiff and my neck is really taking a beating. I thought this bed would be more comfy for 600 bucks. Its sad because i know people who have bed less for a more comfy bed and some have paid more. I saw the same bed that i purchased here somewhere else for less than 600 but it probably didnt come with a 10 year warranty either smh. Overall, thak you Mark for keeping a smile.

CANT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THE HONEST SERVICE THAT JOSH PROVIDED FOR US. WE WENT TO THE STORE TO REPLACE OUR MATTRESS, HE SUGGESTED THAT IT MIGHT STILL BE UNDER WARRANTY IF IT MET THE CONDITIONS, WHICH IT DID.THEY REPLACED THE MATTRESS WITH A SIMILAR QUALITY WITH NO CHARGE. THERE IS NO BIG BOX STORE THAT WOULD HAVE PROVIDED THAT OPPORTUNITY, PLUS ABSOLUTELY, NO PRESSURE OF ANY KIND.IT IS THE ONLY PLACE WE WILL EVER GO FOR A MATTRESS.
