Only giving one star because of the wait! Kathy though acknowledged me right away and said she would be with us asap. After waiting 15 min she informed me about a self service way to drop off packages since it was my first time. The other manager there wearing a dark plaid shirt though was just standing around doing nothing while the store was really busy. He didn’t even acknowledge anyone and was just standing around. I am a manager and when it gets busy and you can’t help everyone you at least ask and see what they come in for to see if it’s something simple and satisfy customers! My 1 min process took 25 minutes. I don’t blame Kathy she was helping another customer. But the other manager and worker saw me with my package and could have just asked if I was dropping off since it was my first time dealing with fedex in store.

This FedEx is so slowwwwwww! Why on earth would you only have one cashier to serve your customers? I’ve waited in line for 30 minutes to pay for a $5 items. This is ridiculous! This is not the first time this has happen. The manager didn’t even have the decency to explain why the wait was so long!! I would never recommend this FedEx! Ever!

Watch out from Kathy the Manager, she likes to rip off the customers. Their copy machine wasnt working and she told me she will print them out for me. I asked her if it will be the same price, she said yes. Turned out the copy machine was cheaper, and she said she will refund the difference and NEVER did. Kathy the manager their with the blonde hair will rip you off. Its not nice

Stopped in to ship a item I sold on eBay. eBay stated the estimated shipping cost was $13.00. After I gave the associate all the information she told me my total was $80.00. I was confused at this point and explained to her that the shipping costs were suppose to be closer to $13.00. She then called another associate over and explained to him that I thought the costs were to high. He asked me where I got the estimation from and I told him eBay. He then explained to me that EBay users receive a discount but I would have to print the label through eBay. He provided me with the email address to send it to and I saved a ton of money. The employees at this location are great and very patient.

Do they even get trained? What is supposed to be a very simple packing slip print always gets turned into a fourty five minute process. Why do we have to tell them how to do their jobs? I’d assume they know how to return a package

Most of the employees at this location are very helpful. The dark long hair woman, is not one of them, I have witnessed it many times with different customers.If they have cameras to protect themselves, they shoul also witness 4 or 5 customers on a Saturday waiting for her help and she coul only do shipping, no printing service.Thank you very much to the emoloyees that helped me with my prints.The paper is a bit more expensive than the other places have it.When printing online, no matter how much you try, there is only one setting in the printer that can change the size of borders .Thanks to the young guys that never charged me for just hitting one button to stretch the picture to a size that is useful for standard picture frames. Apparently one hit of that button is worth $7.50 for a print that sells less than $10.00 on etsy. I hope they dont get in trouble for this.

Very efficient but customers have to be very self-sufficient to accomplish it. So if you know what and how to do your FedEx business, youll love it. If you dont, they have helpers but then the experience is right there with every other counter-based retailer.

Came there to print 13 pages, after everything was done and I was ready to pay they told me that I have to pay $15 more because I am picking them up today not tomorrow. I said that I am not in rush and I can pick them up in 3 days if that make them happy.They didn’t tell me that before printing them! Looks like they are looking to rip people off their money

Great Customer service by Ben. He went above and beyond helping me ship a motor to Pennsylvania. Came outside in the rain to inspect the crate, and gave me tips how to package it better. Then a week later when I shipped spent another 15 minutes making sure the top was secured. I even made a mess in the store and was still more than gracious. Thank You Ben.

I came on 9/26 and was here a little before open, the store was promptly open on the dot at 7:30. I felt guilty bombarding the worker as soon as she opened the door but I had many errands to do. Not once did she make me feel bad, she was amazingly friendly and helpful. I came to return my At&t modem and she got it done quickly and offered to have the receipt emailed to me. She even gave me a run down of all the other products they can do on site. I was looking for a picture to be printed on canvas and will be returning soon. Great customer service.

Love this FedEx Office location. I always complete any task I set out to accomplish here. Supplies, equipment & staff never disappoint. Prices are reasonable/appropriate for the services. On my most recent visit, Shawn helped me complete a work project in minutes. He was both knowledgeable & accommodating. He had a good attitude & was ready to help.

Two employees standing around not busy. Also not willing to go the extra mile to help a customer. The guy in uniform was OK but not at all cordial or tuned in.His boss or whoever the guy was that was fairly well dressed acted as though he was the CEO of FedEx. Will avoid this store even though it is near me. I rate UPS 5 out of 5 Stars. This FedEx with executive CLERKS sucks: 2 stars out of 5.

In my line of work, I ship many packages. Therefore, I am in this location 3-5 times a week. I can say from my experience, that the customer service at this location is truly outstanding. Everyone from Kathy, Ben, Sean, and Kelly, they all sincerely greet and care for every customer that walks in the front door.I appreciate the kindness, and sincerity received at this Fed ex location.

I go here often to take care of various business needs and always have a pleasant time. It is a fairly laid back atmosphere, so do not expect lightning fast service. All employees are friendly and willing to help out. They are usually not too busy, so wait times are minimal. However, they only have 2 employees working at once, so if more than 2 customers need assistance simultaneously, you are going to have to wait. Chill out.

Very rude customer service beyond unprofessional. I wanted labels and he told me they charge $50 to type them out or they have computers that charger 39 cents a minute if I type it by them. I already had them in an excel type but they don’t have the program to convert to labels. I told him just show me one label and I will do the other 107 just I don’t want to do it wrong. He gave me a fulllllll lecture of how that’s not his job to do and how he won’t give me the right measurements and how I have to figure it out on my own and how I don’t want to pay for their service!!!!!!!! I am paying for the computer usage per minute so how is that not ur job!!!!!!!!!!!Hell no in a million years I wouldn’t step a foot here again....... sorry officemax I am driving to u right now and rather wait in line. Rude employee putting me on the spot and being so loud he embarrassed me truly like I was asking for a free service!!!!!!!!!

One employee running from one station to the other between two customers. Not saying thats her fault but this location NEEDS two employees at all times, minimum. This store operates as too many things for one employee to run. Considering my print job would take 10-15 minutes alone (not something you can set and walk away either). Come on FedEx give this women some help and get your customers in and out!

They got the job done for me but worker lady was very rude. A customer brought in a usb drive & asked for assistance uploading something and when the worker went over to help her I guess the customer had it in the wrong mode and the worker out loudly belittled her for the whole store to hear. I was in the back of the store when I heard this and they were all the way in the front. I hope she’s not always this rude to customers. Not a fan of dominance.

I dropped off a package in the drop box (in the lobby of the store) last week and the tracking was never updated. I called the store and they could offer little to no help on finding my package. This is direct impact of my business and when I ship product. This also happened to me at the Fedex Pack and Ship store on Woodward in Bloomfield HIls . Dropped a item off in the bin and it disappears. I should have learned my lessen to not use the FedEx Drop off Bins, and to go to the counter for a receipt. I wont be making this mistake again, Dominic said there is nothing he can do, the bin is emptied by the driver and they do not inventory packages that go in the Bin. It is unsatisfactory that Fedex has this loophole where packages are being lost when placed in a assumed Safe SPOT.

I faxed something from this location today. One of the fax machines would not let my fax go through. The next fax machine needed service, but it did work anyway. Ive been here lots of times in the past. It is a good location with nice helpful employees. Sometimes theres a wait though because theyre busy

Kathy asked who was next in line, and I replied I am, as I checked the contents of my package boxed to ship. She immediately replied are you ready for me?, loudly. I said of course, but I wasnt looking to be condescended to, today! She said oh no condescension.... quietly. To this I responded oh, now you decide to whisper?....great.....i offered to take the package and wait behind every one else or even ship from a different store, and she said that wouldnt be necessary.I am appalled by her behavior...disgusting!

I didnt want to write anything over one rude incident so I watched and observed before posting this. This is the 5th time that I have been ignored. I (a minority) come in the door and no one speaks to me. In many situations thats just the culture of the business and that is perfectly fine. I have a problem when the only people that are spoken to are Caucasians. This last incident I stood by the printer and observed greetings to all Caucasians and no minorities.I finished with the printer and picked up an envelope to buy. I got up to the counter to purchase the envelope and the FedEx manager made me wait at the counter without a greeting or even saying hold on to me while she finished doing something on the computer for about 3 minutes. While that may not seem like a long time, 3 minutes without speaking to the person thats right in front of you is a very long time. A middle aged Caucasian gentleman enters the store, Mary pops up and says to him (the guy was behind me) hello sir how can I help you?; I couldnt believe it. She takes care of him and then says to me how can I help you. I paid for my envelope and walked out knowing that enough was enough and I was going to be writing this post. I hope this is location specific and not the culture of FedEx. I would hate to have to stop doing business with them.

Would have given 5 stars if it werent for the kid who sat and talked with his friend instead of waiting on me. The other cashier came forward to help me and she was very nice, while the other kid continued to talk. Then when his friend left he walked away from the register. Cathy and Benjamin seem to be in there own world behind the counter, one is a turtle and the other one is a snail moving slow purposely so they can take care of less customers this location needs a lot of help people were waiting in line and leaving because of the lengthy wait in line . Over all experience i would of gave them ZERO stars but thats not a selection take your biz somewhere else like the UPS Store!

I find FedEx to be the worst shipping option out of the three major shipping services available locally. They are condescending, and not easy to work with and they nickel and dime you for everything. If I could skip them I would, but various services insist that you ship with them. If you have the opportunity to use an alternative, do so.

Went in today to print something from my email and the staff wasnt even the least bit interested in helping me or anyone else. Both of the self serve stations were being used and the lady behind the counter couldnt figure out how to print the email. After one of the stations was cleared, it took me 2 minutes and 20 seconds to complete the process. I think my rating is fair.
