All employees wore masks, they were all friendly and helpful! I was helped within 2 minutes of walking in and I was out the door 2 minutes later. Excellent service!
I go out of my way to visit this store whenever I have anything to ship. Everyone there is always very helpful and so friendly.
I give this store two stars I would love to give it a five because the 2nd person who help me, a young man, was very nice and helpful. However, the old man who works there is very rude. I came in to send a package out but told him I needed help because I couldn’t print my return receipts at home. The old man told me that this is the busiest day of the year and he can’t help me come back tomorrow. I explained that I was on a time line and it had so be done today. He told me I could print it out myself for 2dollars but didn’t tell me how. So as I’m sitting there trying to figure it out he tells me it will print from the middle printer. I tell him I don’t know how to do it and he just shrugs his shoulders. Thankfully the younger man came to assist me and I really appreciate him. As far as the older man he will be the reason why I will no longer be using this ups store!
I have been using this store #0484 for all my returnsEbay, Amazon, ETC.. and I have noticed that not all my returns have been shipped back to sellers. I have a return dating back to January 11, 2021 that still shows that its still at the UPS STORE #0484 and when I track it, it says label created but thats it no movement just label created. I have tracked order using UPS tracking and Amazon tracking and both show no movement.I have another return dating back to February 15, 2021 same problem label created but no movement.I went back to the UPS STORE #0484 And I spoke with a young man named Eli he was nice and tried to help but he couldnt really give me much information about the items returned. He just said you have your print out sheet as proof and to call UPS 1-800 number. Now I got the sellers trying to charge me because the return window has closed and on one of the returns I wont be getting my refund because seller never received the item. This is weird! I return the items to UPS and they disappeared!?
I have been using this UPS store 0484 for many years and it provides consistently professional, accurate and prompt service. I am not the only regular user of this store that will tell you they come here and not other stores because this is a cut above all the others.

I wanted to get an estimate for a package today. The sign said the store was open so I walked in. It was just 6:30 and I didnt realize they close at 6:30 pm. The man behind the counter yelled they were closed. I said I didnt realize that since the sign said it was open. He said he supposed he could give me a price. I had to find the destination zip code so I told him he could help the lady who walked in just behind me sk we would be faster. He kept repeating (shouting) they were closed. I apologized and told him Id try another store. I understand he was trying to close but 5 minutes longer shouldnt be an issue if your sign said open and the customer is in the door. Poor customer service.

This store has been a great place to handle minor business. Whenever I use this store the younger guy that works there and the middle aged lady, (no offense), are very helpful and polite. I recommend to everyone this ups store location!
The worst service at this store they have no idea what they doing and the employer over their rude and got lost because had 3 people at the store also toke his face mask off because he was upsite I do not know why

Just got back. There was a person ahead of me so they opened another station!! The gentleman waiting on me was pleasant, not overly friendly and made sure he had the info he needed and told me what I needed to know. Quick, easy and painless. There were 3 others in line when I left. He did not step away from counter before taking the next person. I thought that was efficient.
Stores like this are why Amazon will have it’s own shipping operations.The employee “Gordie” was extremely rude about not reimbursing me for a box for my Amazon return. Who says “Whatever” to a customer then tries to argue with them?Won’t be coming back here.
Went in there today to return a couple things back to Texas. Was waiting for a shipping label to come and it never showed up. Julie was so helpful. Nicest lady around. Thanks

In Macomb County, our COVID death rate is over 10%. No employees (including the owner) at this location wear masks or gloves. These people are handling hundreds of packages and coming into contact with many customers with no regard to the safety of their customers.
I waited in line for my turn (no problem). When it was my turn I asked them to print a label via Amazon for a $2.00 charge again no problem. He was very annoyed with me and decided to take the next 3 customers in line clearing the store before helping me out, then another customer walks in and he decided to stop with my request and move to hers. I ended up walking out. I guess it was bc he needed to go use the other computer. I don’t usually write reviews but after walking out wasting my time like that why not.
I like to share my above and beyond, exceed my expectations, and still in amazement experience. Yesterday I had two large awkward packages weighing about 50lbs a piece and to save myself making two trips walking through the parking lot, I pulled up to the front of the store and quickly pulled the packages out of my vehicle and set them on the side walk next to the store entrance. My intent was immediately park and then carry these packages in through the front door one at a time. However in the time it took me to park and walk back to your store entrance, I noticed the store clerk took it upon himself to make two trips and physically carry the packages in himself. The packages where already on the scales by the time I walked through the front entrance and as I made it to the counter my Amazon return slip was already in his hand.For myself I’m a big guy (football stature) and was just being lazy with trying not to make two trips walking through the parking lot. In my mind as I was in front of your store window it had to of been obvious to the store clerk that I was more than capable of moving these packages. However this is where I need to tip my hat to the gentleman and recognize him as he did something that he really didn’t need to do with carrying in my packages. He showed me that customer service is not dead and I came to believe this man is a true gentleman because if he’s willing to assist me, well you know he’s looking out that window to assist someone who may be struggling like an elder person.Kudos to you !!!!!
I have been here a number of times and always had a good experience, I returned a package today from a company that I actually ordered and changed my mind. I wrote REFUSED on the box and they took it and it didnt cost me a dime. I was in and out in no time. Very pleasant and helpful people.
This place charges $2.00 to print an Amazon return receipt because the UPS clerk stated he couldnt scan the return slip from a smartphone. Ive returned stuff through other UPS locations and they scanned my smartphone in order to print the shipping label. Sounded like they just wanted to make a couple extra dollars from an Amazon return.Response to the owner: charging anything is outrageous! This is not the first time I returned something through UPS to Amazon. Every other UPS office was able to scan the return slip I had on my smartphone. Plus nobody at your office disclosed there was any other way to retrieve the information from my device. Its obvious this was just a way to add a few extra dollars onto the prepaid postage.
The location of the store is good with lots of parking. Staff is fast, courteous and helpful. They notarized a form for me and then faxed it. Have been here plenty of times and never had a bad experience.

Absolute nightmare. These people were rude to me, other customers and a person on the phone. The woman seemed annoyed with everyone she came in contact with and the man working there actually yelled at me. I will never go back to this UPS Store again, which they made sure to tell me over and over is not associated with UPS. Seriously a horrible experience. Mound and 15 is much nicer.
