Only problem/issue is that I specified 1 year warranty but was written/,charged 99.99 for 4 years. And unfortunately my objection to this was ignored.

I have used Ashley Furniture before and was not 100% happy with my experience. So when My fiancee and I bought a new house I was wary about going through Ashley to buy a new couch. I could not have been more wrong. We worked with Drayton and he will bend over backwards to make sure you get exactly what you are looking for. He has helped us every step of the way to make sure we stay within our budget and get a great couch that we will love. I paid 2500 up front for a mattress and foot board and head board, and after the purchase was made, he says that it can be anywhere from 5 to 20 weeks until I get my order. First, that was rude, two it was rude, 3, it was rude2500 is a lot of money that is just floating around in space for all I know.Anyways, thats my opinion of thus place

Sales were very helpful when we ordered our leather sectional from the England furniture line in mar of 2019, delivered in April. It needed a repair as the bindings fell apart in January 2021 and bc it’s no longer under warranty I was told it would be a $90 charge for repair to come look at it or that I could fix it myself. This is an expensive piece and I would have hoped it both held up better, and there would be more helpful service from our local furniture store.

The store area was very well laid out. We found want we wanted and it was reasonably priced. They had several different finance plans available to help for our budget. Also, the sales person was not overly baring and wanting to follow us around all the time. She gave us our space to make a decision. It was overall a very pleasant experience.

Good luck getting your appliances!We ordered a range and refrigerator in July we were told both were in stock and we would have no trouble getting them. During the order process, the salesperson informed us that actually only the refrigerator was in stock but the wait time on the range was only a few weeks unless we wanted to pay more for a different model. We chose not to and proceeded with the order thinking a few weeks with everything going on wasnt too bad. When we hadnt gotten a call for everything to be ready for delivery we called to find out what was going on. They informed us our range was not going to be in until around labor day. They kept blaming coronavirus etc. Even though it was in stock in other stores. At that point we wanted to talk to a manager, the manager never called. The salesperson called back later that same week to tell us the delivery had been pushed back until December. Never once did they offer to deliver our item that was actually in stock while we waited for the item they ordered. We were instead told that people dont mind waiting 6 months for their appliances. We decided to order from another supplier and got the exact same range for a few bucks less and it was delivered and hooked up 2 weeks from the day we ordered. We thought we would give Knie a chance being a small local business. We asked them to refund our range since we had it and if they would waive the delivery charge and if they could deliver our refrigerator on a specific date since we were already going to be home. They would do neither; so, we will go through the other supplier for our refrigerator now as well. I hate to do this as we had a great experience last year with furniture; but, the customer service is severely lacking.

Well about 11 years ago I bought a front load washer and dryer. They machines held up well but now I need a belt for the washing machine and they don’t have it no idea what part number it is a basically gave me a parts store number to buy it from them and said goodbye. 🤔 good or bad guess it’s not their problem prob won’t go back 👍👍⚡️💯

Tremmet was helpful and readily looked up some information for me on a table and chair set. After that, I bought it and got 12 months interest free on it.

My husband and I visited the Sterling store on Memorial Day. They were very busy. We were greeted at the door by Krista. She was the third salesperson we have worked with. All were very friendly and helpful. We made a rushed purchase of a bedroom set a few weeks ago and had not had it delivered. After the store re-opened, we looked again and were not happy with the quality of the furniture we purchased. We wanted to upgrade to a higher quality set. We needed to purchase a second bedroom set and family room couch, love seat and recliner. Krista worked through these purchases and also with the store manager on the return/exchange of the initial set. The manager was willing to discount the restocking charge for us to almost half. We are very pleased with the service and willingness to work with us. Just waiting for our purchases to be delivered.

My sales rep was Kristine and she was amazing. I was looking for a desk for the kids to be able to do remote learning from home and she was able to relate. She helped me think outside of the box and instead of a desk I got this amazing wood table with 3 chairs included and the table has a drawer big enough to fit their supplies and an outlet and charging station. I am beyond satisfied.
