Bought a Maytag frontload washer/dryer. Competitive prices. Knowledgeable salesman. Fast delivery and installation. Store was neat, clean, welcoming. Had not visited since they relocated to the new location.

Ordered a upright freezer online, It was in stock, so it could be picked up today. Went to see if we could pick it up, only to be told that she had sold it as soon as she opened the store. This is so unacceptable. I would think Sears online and Our Sears hometown store could communicate better. Never again will I buy this Sears hometown store. Sears needs to do much better at customer service. Very disappointed...

My dishwasher recently stopped working so I went down to Sears to see if I could find a new one that would fit in place of the old one. Luckily they had one that I wanted. Very helpful, great staff.

Went to home depot to get a chest freezer and they said it would take anywhere from. 8-12 weeks to get one in. Went to my local sears and they got me one in 15 days. Also alot cheaper.

Horrible service. Was ready to buy a high end fridge. Immediately met by a rude rep as he was too busy watching a cornhusker game. As usual they were stinking it up and he was rude and arrogant. Knew I wasn’t buying a fridge from there before I even got back to the fridge section. You’re in Colorado, I don’t want to see sears reps wearing corn shirts and treating me disrespectful. Won’t be back to this store until the attitude changes. Customer service grade....F.

Use to be a good store. Today I went in to buy a dishwasher. As I went into the store and advised the girl what I was looking for; phone range, so she answered it. Then she comes up and I start asking a few questions; phone rings again, so she doesnt answer my question and answers it. So, Im finishing with the dishwasher. Go looking for the RO filters, I have purchased from them every 6 months for 4 years. Cant find them. Go up front and ask the girl and the lazy oaf sitting at the computer. Im told they dont have any, very gruffly. So I ask when they can be expected. Im basically told, how would I know. So I advise I bought the RO there and have bought the filters many times. So the grumpy oaf responds back something about his lawn mower and not getting parts there. Then they belittle me about how would they know when or what would be restocked. (They just work there, right? How dare I ask!)As I say whatever to the bad attitude and walkout, the girl sarcastically says, have a nice day. I answer, yeah whatever. So the oaf says again, have a nice day, in a belittling tone.All in all, I would say in done with them. Ill just order my filters online. Oh, and the dishwasher, went right over to Home Depot and bought one.

If there was an option to put 0 stars I would. They lied to me and had false advertising they said on the ad for leasing a product that you can return a product with NO QUESTION ASKED. Will NEVER go back to them again.

I bought a refrigerator from these people. It has broken multiple times, it takes forever for them to send someone out to fix it and half the time the problem still persists. I will never buy from them again.
