Bought some osb online. Went in and probably one of the easiest pick-ups Ive ever done in my 13 years of construction. They have such a nice set up where you pull through and they load you right up. Really awesome service! The people running and working at this store are doing a great job!

They did a great job of getting the plywood I needed but paying over $75 for 3/4 plywood for a $350 trailer seems crazy. I would have had metal welded to it if I knew current wood prices were so rediculais

Ordered carpet and was told by the associate that there would be free installation for that carpet. When we received the quote after the measurement, installation was included. We called and was told that the carpet we picked did not qualify for free installation. We called the manager and he had the associate apologize but there was nothing else they could do. They offered us a different carpet with the free installation however that would have cost us more than paying the installation fee. Bottom line is that we had to pay for the installation even though their associate told us it was free. We also was told that it was clearly on the sign. I thought I did one step better by asking the person that worked in that department. (whom admitted that she told us that) just be careful buying carpet from Home Depot and make sure you READ THE SIGNS! We are going to look into Lowes from now on.

Always like any HD except for their spray paint selection is extremely limited. They have tons of bbq grills though. Biggest selection in the area.

Looked for help....couldnt find anyone. Helped ourselves and boy do they want tohelp you when your start using their equipment lol. I said No Thanks I already got it. The cashier was very helpful. It wasnt like that when I worked there few years back.

Out of stock of a lot of items. Place looks empty. I did not go into lumber yard but went through the rest of the store no inflatable pools, or riding mowers I was asked twice if I needed help once right when I came in and again shortly thereafter in the paint department. The main thing I went in for was nowhere to be found and the employees had evaporated by then as well. Its a home depot I think you know what to expect.

Watch the parking lot for holes. I walked around the end of the car after putting my paint in and stepped in a hole. Fell and hurt both wrists, my ankle and my elbow. Just be careful.

Im a regular here, so they dont usually ask me if I need help, but when I do, they always have someone who knows their stuff and is ready to help me plan things out and save some money.

Home Depot here in Sterling CO is the best. Im never bombarded by the employees that works there. Each one Ive uncountered with has always been helpful an plesent to talk with. Very clean store as well. I appreciate doing business with them an will always go back should I need something. Today it was only keys made that I was there.

Pre pages for washer and dryer. Feb 19th supposed to be delivered Marc 31. Its April 10th and I had to call multiple times for any info. Or anything during this. Really bad communicating and or anything. Kinda not ok for $3500 paid up front service. Not even a discount or any composition what so ever. Special delivery nope waiting more for delivery to be when they can.

I was not happy with my home Depot today I bought an impact drill Ryobi and they didnt tell me that I could have got a tool for free there was a special you had to go all the way to the garden center why they hit him there I dont know they should have been with the rest of the tools

Exceptional service encountered the few times I have shopped at the Sterling location; primarily on March 3, 2020. I have shopped at many locations across the nation over a course of 15 yrs & have had some good but many unpleasant experiences. However, every time I have shopped at this location I have encountered able, ample, warm and friendly workers ready to assist and make my shopping experience pleasant from the entry greeting to the check-out & loading. On March 3, 2020 we entered the store about an hour before closing to do a large purchase for a remodel which was quite a distance away. We quickly realized that we would not have enough time to find, select and complete the purchase before the store would close. The Staff bent over backward realizing our plight and rallied together to assist us through the entire process including keeping the store open way beyond the close time. All the worker assisted by looking up items, directing us to isle locations, helping to select the right item for the job, educating us on products, cutting lumber, mixing paint, bringing carts of product to the check out, cashiering and loading. We were also informed of how we could save on the purchase through a bid at the pro-desk. We were so blown away by the staffs patience, attentiveness, and exceptional service that we attempted to tip them. Unfortunately they were unable to accept. We want to therefore send this review and call attention to this location (store 1545) for their exceptional customer service and request a promotion for/special acknowledgement for all the staff that assisted us listed below. Special thanks to Store manger Lori, Department supervisor Ryan and clerks; Pamela, Lee, Patrick, Ryan, Brandon, Garrett, Calli, Nathan, and any others whose names we may not have obtained, for their exceptional customer service. Love the store - but - went in to buy a replacement washer and dryer; had read a lot about all the models on line. Not a great selection without waiting for them to be shipped - but needed a replacement. Went in - found the model - waited for a salesperson...Jeff comes up and tells me he doesnt know why I would pick that model never sold one the whole time I have been here.....so, I left. Bought it at Sears Home Store.

They are turning into sears unfortunately. 50 different refrigerators on the floor but dont carry a single drywall jack or scaffolding in the store. They will order you one though as if no one else has the internet. If I wanted to order one I would have ordered it myself and saved more then I was willing to spend from what I thought was a hom building contractor supplies store. I will be canceling my HD account.

The people here are sometimes super helpful and sometimes not worth dealing with you have an electric guy in the plumbing department of plumbing guy in the electric department maybe you should switch these two out

I came to Home Depot for a bathtub faucet. The associate was not helpful or knowledgeable and kept telling me, This is all we have. Go to the Pro Desk, which I did. Had to special order the faucet, explained the urgency, and was told by the PRO it would be four days to my home address. Now here I am, SIX days later, complete project on hold, plumber and finish crew standing around for two days, and no faucet. Apparently, the PRO shouldnt have told me four days, because it will still be at least an additional two more days until it gets here. This was the last straw with Home Depot. They have thrown road blocks up at every turn with my remodel and I keep ending up at Lowes In Greeley.

I come here because its the only one in town.

They are overly helpful here. Sometimes asking repeatedly if you need something. If you say yes while looking for something they will hover over you following you around until you totally forget what exact items you need and leave the store. Many times if you say yes that you would like to find something they will get on the radio to try and find someone who knows what is going on. Easiest dont accept help and find what you came to purchase your self. Much more efficient.

My brother stopped by here this morning to pick up some renovation material. He found what he needed but was refused help for loading when he asked. He was loading a hot water heater and 15 sheets OSB.

I have been trying to order supplies for my kitchen and have been ordered since May I still have not received all of my orders I have watched every piece of my order either come in broken or messed up somehow I have dealt with all of the managers at the store as well as both cabinet people and nobody has been able to fix any of this I was given $250 off of my custom countertops for them being so warped I had to rest them for over two weeks and then they are still chipped in several different places we also had to place additional bracing on the countertops in order to even flatten them out so they will sit level which cost me more money with a contractor I still have not received in caps for any of my countertops I have tried contacting the managers nobody can seem to help or figure out when I should be receiving them I have tried getting a hold of the corporate office and they refuse to send me to a district manager stating you were just going to have to wait till they come in But cannot give me a date in which they will be here I have asked numerous times to speak with a district manager and have been refused I have been laugh that I have been hung up on this is not OK

Going in during the days, there are always plenty of help. But after about 3 PM it gets harder to find help if you need it. Otherwise, I think its a great store.

Did not care for how the online pickups order was handled and certainly disappointed in the process of how Home Depot gives the veterans discount. All of the merchandise had to be returned and then the veterans discounts was applied. Senseless paperwork. LOWES has a better system for the veterans. Will probably shop.LOWES first from now on.

The people out there are very friendly and most of them are very knowledgeable which helps a lot. It also helps to know that they know their store and can direct you right away... I generally find the people at Home Depot good down-to-earth Associates.

Great place friendly service

Everyone has a refrigerator story. Mine happened on Sunday morning and I went online Home Depot to check the ad. I knew what I wanted but sadly no one there could tell me when it might come in to stock. At one point the clerk in the appliance department tried to hand me the appliance tag for the refrigerator I wanted and told me to go to the customer service counter they could maybe answer my question. Then a special order person got involved and they too could not give me a clear answer. When you are living out of a cooler with ice in Hot weather, you want an answer of how long will I wait for a refrigerator. I left and bought it at the competition, the price I wanted to pay, and a delivery date set within the same week.

Walked in. Ask a man for help. He took me directly to the item I requested. He helped me pick out the exact one I needed. I walked up to a self-checkout it actually worked and I was out of there in less than 5 minutes. PERFECT!

As far as I know, when you return an item for refund it is supposed to be no questions asked other than what was wrong with it?I recently returned a working AC unit and was given the 3rd degree. Was finally given my money back minus a restocking fee.Staff are generally nice and helpful at this location though.
