We started in the Freeport seno store who couldn’t even get correct measurements due to new employees.... so we ended up in the sterling location which was closer to our venue anyway. We dealt with the manager and we were comfortable when we left the store after choosing colors styles and first fittings. When the guys were called in to pick up theirs tuxes for the wedding the day before the wedding NOTHING fit anybody! Not even shoes Fit except 1 guy.. the day before my wedding. She says they will ship them back and get correct ones day of wedding at noon! So now I’m panicking because who is to say they will get it right this time if they messed up measurement’s so badly the first time... if they screw up again then what...then about 9:00pm the night before my wedding she texted my husband and says sorry I can’t get you shoes.... so we had to rush around finding shoes for the groom!! So Saturday afternoon the New tuxes arrive... wrong color vests..and wrong style vests my husband was given a vest with no back so he wasn’t able to take jacket off all night and was extremely uncomfortable. Rest of groomsmen has a different vest and the under shirt still didn’t fit my husband right he wasn’t able to lift his arms without busting out of it...Very unhappy experience with this company and will never go back after all the time and money that goes into a wedding only for this awful company to piece a tux together like we didn’t matter... do not ever go here!!

Everyone is very nice and friendly always. They are a bit pricey, but its worth it for sure.

Dont worry, when the sales lady screws up your order you wont get money back for their mistake and wrongful charges.
