Staff is so pleasant and helpful. Great styles and shoes. I have a small shoe size and was over the moon when she told the boots I liked were in my size. No where else carries it. I have to shop in the kids section

A boutique in Dixon told me to come here because this store had an entire storefront dedicated to plus sizes. I think I found a new place to go shopping! Everything was great! Prices are a little high but it’s a beautiful store. I can’t wait to go back!

These ladies are amazing! I live about 40 minutes away and went their Saturday at 5(which they were closing early that day). I walked in a couple minutes to close realizing they were closing. I was sad and showed a little frustration as I walked out. These girls came out to my car and allowed me to come in after close to shop. Showing nothing but kindness, and not rushing me at all! I will gladly travel the 40 minutes to UOI whenever I need anything. Thank you to all working that day, you guys are the sweetest!

I love this store! They are such a cute boutique, and are very popular online! The service is always great, whether you want help putting together outfits or prefer to do it yourself - theyre always so accommodating! I love shopping online, and will even drive from an hour away to shop here because their prices and selection are so much better than any of the chain stores near me. Love them!

Ive been a HUGE fan of their clothing & shoes for just over a year! I returned a >30% discounted item via mail & requested an online refund to the store (the shoes were the wrong size) not knowing that anything >30% off is final sale. I received a personalized email saying that they usually will not honor the refund, but will this one time because of how easy it is to overlook policies when shopping. I responded a HUGE thank you & apologized for the inconvenience & their customer service responded back again saying it was no problem & thank you for the service. THIS IS EXCEPTIONAL customer service!!! I will continue being a returning, happy customer & will continue to tell more and more people about this boutique (and online for us out-of-towners)!

I have always had great experiences shopping with UOI Online but the customer service I received this week from Hannah went above and beyond my expectations! My 21st birthday is next week and she worked with me to place an order over the phone, after communicating via email, for a beautiful two-piece dress that hasnt even hit the website yet! I have been searching for a birthday dress everywhere and was excited when I saw this one on their Instagram story. She made it possible for me to get it in time for my birthday and honored the discount I would have applied to the order had it been purchased online. Absolutely love this store and cant wait to get the dress!
