The lady that I worked w the few times I have been there is amazing. She is super patient and super helpful and really takes time with you to make sure you are getting what you want. I love the furniture selection and was able to pretty much furnish my whole house. If I need something in the future I will be back

Love our new furniture!!! We found some furniture to order during this quarantine time online. It’s obviously not the best time to order things site unseen, especially furniture, but we took and chance and decided to go ahead. I did the “chat/text” feature online to ask a few questions and I was pleasantly surprised with the speedy response! We carried on a pretty lengthy conversation and was even sent pictures of what we were looking to order. She was very honest and helpful! Katie at Furniture Mart is absolutely amazing! My husband and I went in looking at furniture about two weeks ago....and when my daughter and i went back in today to finalize our purchase she knew exactly what we had looked at two weeks prior!! She is always friendly and incredibly knowledgeable!!!!! Not to mention she is amazing with kids....my rambunctious 3 year old absolutely loves her!!! She even went over and beyond by staying after closing to let my dad come by and take a look at the furniture my mother was wanting to purchase! They have a great selection of furniture at affordable prices. If I cannot find what I want in the store, the staff go above and beyond to find what I am looking for. The staff in this store offer the best customer service. Both my husband appreciate that.Updated: The last piece of furniture we bought was so poorly constructed. It started showing signs of the poor construction within a couple of weeks. Within eight months we decided we needed to replace it. We were extremely disappointed to learn that the store will have someone out to look and maybe repair the piece, but everything about the sectional we bought is poor quality. The whole thing would have needed repaired.

I was amazingly cared for after a phone inquiry from out of state. The sales (care) team followed up without being pushy and followed through to get me exactly what I was asking for. A great place with top notch service!!!!!

Great store and prices. My only issue was when they delivered our bed, it was then I realized we could have brought it home in our truck and not have to wait. The gal never told us the bed comes all rolled up in a box. That bit of information is something you may want to tell customers.
