Nothing but great reviews for this store and there bakery! Fantastic job! And always delicious!

They dont have any decent butter and their beef looks like pink bubble gum. I dont know how theyre still in business but I guess this town doesnt know what good food is.

Its a fine grocery store with a fantastic selection including many items not found at the other big name boxes. Store seems well managed. Clean, comfortable and safe enviroment. I prefer their meats to Wally Worlds for quality and flavor. Produce area is well stocked and generally better quality than the other grocers. The staff seems happy and had consistently been courteous and helpful. I dont often get that at the big W box. Some of them act as if they are indentured servants but until Ive been in their skin and shoes a day......I will refrain from criticizing the person. Its good that they are able to work somewhere. I wish a better fit for a job was available. Many just arent very personable or outright grumpy.I havent encountered that at County Market. Its probably a little more expense over all but the bigger lanes, better selection and lack of crowds is worth it to me.

County market has handicap parking. Their deli is great. They also have homemade soup by the cup or the pint. Their service desk doesnt take debit or credit cards for money orders though, only take cash.

Not my favorite

Very convenient and and even tho you have space to shop there are plenty of food and items to choose from. The costumer service is very kind and helpful. They seem to have employees working through out the store. But they are never to busy to stop and help you find what you need. I recommend County Market for everyone. 😊 They also have sales and monthly coupons that are worth using.😊 Thank you County Market.

Its great, thats where i get my groceries. I wish we have a 24/7 Store in Rock Falls, everything at closed at night. Some people want something at anytime given, instead of long walk or trip to the other side of town to get something.

Watch out for Frozen items sometimes they have frost on or in them, like been refrozen. Love their bakery items tho. Great produce.

Love County Market. Getting use to the new look and where things are at. It will take time

Produce is always fresh, good liquor selection, great deli and some really good options for pre-cut steaks, chops and other goodies from the butcher shop. Bakery also has a great selection.

I like county market for the most part. My only complaint is that the prices are a little higher than some other area stores. I think the prices are warranted as their products are better as is their staff.

I love this store. But it was in shabby shape today after the weekend. But people want and need to shop on Mondays too. So you might want to check into this. 😊

Very recently at the Sterling IL County Markets store, a Manager/cashier processed a refund for me prior to the normal 8 a.m. time that customer service is usally open. She was knowledgeable and did it accurately & swiftly - which are crucial functions of great customer service,to me!

Had a wonderful experience, my cashier(I believe his name was Jalen) was full of positive energy, I walked in for some groceries after a stressful day and left with a big smile. We need more cashiers like him around! Definitely will be going to county market for all my grocery shopping! ✌🏼

It was very good. I found just what I needed. The employees were very helpful.

I thought if they had a price on something, they have to give it to you at that price. It was there mistake, but no they wanted me to pay the price that was under the sign. That wasnt a nice experience for me

I love to shop at County Market for the fresh produce. Was disappointed the coupon book items I wanted were out of stock on the shelves and I did not see them on display anywhere else. Also disappointed in expired packaged deli meats, and hotdogs that are consistently on the shelves.

Decent selection and prices as long as you watch the sales. Top notch customer service most of the time.

Good store if u need a couple items. Very expensive though, not good for full shopping if youre on a strict food budget. The staff is always helpful to me, seeing as Im in a chair and sometimes need an extra hand.

Bakery grossly underperformed. Ordered a simple smash cake for my daughters first birthday photo shoot. Was given a case cake with our order attached.

It was a ok place. The Guinness I bought was flat and old but broccoli salad and hamburgers were not bad.

This place is kinda dirty and the organization of the aisles is really weird if you are not used to it. The middle of the store has a large open space and the food and toiletry aisles are on either side of the middle space. Also, the County Market brand water has a very metallic and unpleasant taste.

Friendly staff, clean store and easy to find items. We had the chicken from the deli. It was delicious.

Great food, kinda pricey, but not as pricey as KFC. Reccomend!

Expensive meat, expensive produce, and so so selection overall. The redeeming factor is its centrality in Sterling, meaning its more convenient than Aldi or Walmart. But if price matters, this place isnt competitive.

Great prices cheaper than Florida gallon of milk 1.99 no not a half u cant even get a half for 2 bucks unless on sale plus can get a free gallon after buying 9 or 10 have gas station that will save money be buying stuff inside not sure how much

Ivan, the checker, was messing with his nose ring right before he rang up or items. I would recommend they not do that.

Small store so, its easy for a fast stop. Pricing is mediocre but they have good sales especially if you use the Penny Pinchers.

I dont like bagging my own groceries prefer Krogers where everything is put in bags by a bagger. There are some good deals though split chicken breast 88cents a pound. I bought 2 packages for under 4$ and found 4 pounds had 3 breast each in the packages. That is plenty for me. Got Gatorade cheap at Krogers $6.90 for 10 32 ounce bottles. Lots of meat was with reduced prices. Bought meat on sale. Roast, pork ribs, tenderloin, and shrimp. Buy 5 get reduced prices on food.

Dixon County Market in my opinion is not what the one in Sterling is. I have a hard time finding fresh looking produce there and prices seem high for the quality

The employes here iv seen smoking directly by tha doors, not secretly at all. Sucks for somebody who has kids or doesnt smoke. Also this store is SO MUCH more expensave than pretty much everywere else . And they have their bagged bagels stored in ice. I got a bag once, brought it home and all my bagels were soggy :/I only go here when i dont wona go alll tha way to walmart. Or aldis. Or anywere else thats affordable.
