The people there always great you and by name if they know you. The people in departments remember who you work for and will ask if this is for ABC Co. They are very price compatible with the big boxes. Very good store.

Terrible service. Called ahead to have chainsaw looked at in parking lot. I had babies in vehicle n did not want to bring them in store, plus carry a chainsaw! Manager stood in parking lot hollering at me to bring chainsaw in the store. I left, n went to Ok auto, they gave me great parking lot service. Not a very helpful manager, no compassion at Mead lumber. Will no longer go to there.

Melinda has helped me more than once and she knows her stuff. VERY helpful and service with a smile! Gotta love her!

It was my first time ever at Mead Lumber in Sterling and I couldnt have had more excellent customer service. Jamie was so incredibly helpful and generous with his time and effort I couldnt have asked for more. The store has everything you could ever want in tools and lumber and very knowledgeable employees. Dont hesitate to go out of your way and go to Mead Lumber over the bridge in Sterling!
