Went in to get a damaged tire replaced recently, which they did fine. But, when I just went to have my snow tires removed and replaced with all seasons at a business that I have been dealing with for over a decade, I was informed that one of my wheels was missing the lock nut. The only place that could have happened was at Firestone. The employee lost the one from the back wheel and replaced it with the one from the front on the same side. It couldnt have been stolen because you need a key to remove it.

Taken truck in for allinement and they let me know that one tie rod was worn out. They also ley me know they would be able to replace and the cost. It is good for some places that still care and are willing to help if unable to do yourself. Thank you.

Completely discussed with this store. I have been a customer with this company for several years and in the last couple of years they have tried several times to take advantage of me or one of my family members. Today I was attempting to get an alignment and the tech came up with a story of why he was not able to do job. One item was legitimate but the rest of the reason was bogus. And finally he finished saying with, I have forty years of experience, and SO do I and he was just not wanting to do work. Last time, never be back. Finished...

Service was Great, the guy who help at the front desk went over and beyond, even tho, ppl kept coming in and leaving there car, He always kept his composure, multi-tasker! He needs a raise not just a pat in the back.

Dont go here. Went in for a battery change and came back to a lot of deep scratches on my hood. They dont do alignments well and Ive recently heard a horror story about zip ties and brakes.So, unless you want to win a lawsuit against firestone or get cash for their mistakes, go somewhere else.

Crooks, How can they charge a customer for rear brake cleaning, lube and adjustment when the rear brakes have just been replaced,backing plate and hardware cleaned and brakes adjusted? Stay away from this place. Over priced and they perform work thats not needed. They should be prosecuted for fraud.

Newer staff doesnt care about customer service. Old manager took care of people. Always get a second opinion on what they claim is wrong with your car.

Tires are over priced. Paid 200 for two tires and they left one of the valve covers off the new tires. They are way overpriced and it isnt worth it.
