Great dealership service. They almost always meet the appointment time and the staff is super knowledgeable and friendly.

It’s pretty hit-or-miss, possibly due to staffing issues. Some technicians are experienced and professional. But generally I would call to schedule an appointment, the tech would confirm a time, and then when I showed up on the day, they would say, “we don’t do appointments.” If you want something routine done, be sure to articulate everything you expect, because they are not going to be bothered with the details. They did not provide inspection sheets after oil changes. Having Team Ford/Quicklane/Team Toyota on one lot only seems to create more confusion for the staff. I will not be returning here.

Fast service. Took my mom there, and shes a little bit older and they treated with respect and didnt try to add a bunch of prices on at the end.. keep up the good work. And you cant go wrong with a ford

We just had an oil change but they couldnt be any nicer! Salesman Jay came in and started a great conversation with with us and few other customers. It was great and he was great! Good experience!

Gave one star; it is really a minus 5 star business. I made a Saturday appointment for 11am showed up at 10:30 am did not get out until 12:45 pm for an oil change. I paid for the special the works whereas, all fluids are checked, hoses are checked, tire pressure is checked, and tires rotated; nothing was done but, the oil change. I returned today Tuesday, asked for the tires to be rotated and did not complain about any thing; (i put air in my tires and topped off the power steering fluid just before returning) when the rotation was finished (about 45 minutes ) my car was park on the other side of their lot and i found my floor mats with oil foot stains. Taylor, the person who took care of me at the service counter was pleasant and personable....If it werent for him I would say they deserve a minus 10 stars. STAY AWAY.... they take your money to provide a service and the techs wont do it. BAD MANAGEMENT..

Everyone in the serve department is very nice and well informed. This is more like 4.5 stars, because whoever closed the hood of my truck left a full greasy-oily hand print on it.
