The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not just at the store but even at the call center. I have spent hours on the phone multiple times just to get transferred and transferred until I get disconnected and have to call back.One time they even transferred me to my phone number. Glad I went to a different provider.Be careful with the 10 day warranty, it starts the day they ship the phone, ours was out of warranty before we activated it and it didnt work out of the box. we had to send it in and it took 25 days to get it fixed and returned.

Its is a shame that this is the only boost left near plover because the Store Manager Aleks has no people skills or even bothers to try and help you and another one of there employees couldnt even help us purchase a simple phone either so with useless management comes poorly trained employees

This boost store has amazing staff. Very helpful.

Staff ok but phone service sucks when u leave the home area. Dont get stranded out town cuz your phone wont work

Take an hours to transfer a costumer phone, and at the end just told the costumer to leave, then did the same thing to us, wasted over an hours and a half just waiting.
