Store is very clean. All employees are very nice and helpful. They’re all willing to work with me and figure out my problems. Definitely recommend coming here!

Everyone is extremely helpful. Especially the Manager and the MIT. Everyone is super knowledgeable and they always manage to fix my problems. Best phone provider I have ever gone to.

Take your business elsewhere! Customer service is poor. They sell faulty devices and then refuse to make it right. Do not tell you up front that you cannot return accessories and then argue about the fact. Tell you to call the manufacturer for warranty to find out they are not even authorized to sell the product therefore there is no valid warranty! Pretty much the same comments on the manager as previous reviews.

I am so tired of Crickets poor cell service. You cant change anything unless you drive to the store. Customer service is closed more than its open. Your app doesnt work. Desktop doesnt work. Store hours limited. Second time I need more hotspot and it doesnt work. I get a text from Cricket. Whether I use their link or use the app you can only get so far in the $10 add on and it will never let you just add it. It always raises the monthly. Yes I know I choose once. I did! Im telling you I have added a line before. If there were problems then I could call customer service. The last time I called the store they kept saying to do what I always do to add on and just couldnt be bothered. Due to Covid Cricket has less hours your recording says. Why? I am sure you are rolling in dough. You dont pay your employees well enough to scale down your workforce. It pains me to give this store a poor review because the manager is helpful but he cant be there all day, every day. You NEED to hire other employees like him. And your site and customer service not working is on you. You are Cricket so your review is based on me now being able to get this resolved anywhere else.

DO NOT get help from Michael M. the store manager he not only stole money from me once but twice. First time I let go because I was new with cricket and was transferring phones over this time I bought a new phone told him I did not want any accessories added to my phone because I will be purchasing on my own. He told me I had to purchase a phone cover and car charger otherwise the phone will cost me more because thats the deal they have going on. So the phone was $150 and he charged me $250 because he told me the phone was actually $260 so I was saving myself 10$ by getting these extra accessories which was a flat out LIE I come to find out after I purchased the phone & after returning because it did not work well at all I found out I could not return the accessories and only the phone so I was out $100 because of him and Cricket would not return these accessories or even budge. He added a glass protector, SD card and other things to my phone I was charged extra for without my knowledge. He is very sketchy and I will never go into the store for help again because of him. He shouldnt even have his job anymore.

Terrible customer service. Employees there were very rude. They talked to me like I was 6 years old. Employees at a phone store should at least know how to type in a phone number. When I repeated the phone number to Michael, he argued that I gave him the wrong phone number like I don’t know my own phone number. Disappointing effort. Do better.

Cant say enough about the positive experience here. So very helpful. We worked with Mary, but I think the other person there was Kyle and both were the best customer service people we have worked with in some time.

Been with Cricket for about 2 years and it all started at this store. I came in to get a phone and the sales associate, Kyle, was fantastic. He ran over specs with me and pricing to fit my needs and budget. I walked out with an Lg Stylo 3.I am now due for an update, have been for awhile 😳 and I came in to look at the phones. Kyle was there and was still as helpful as he was from day 1. He was not pushy as a sales associate (which I love). He still went over specs and pricing for me. I told him i was just looking right now and his attitude did not change. Sometimes places will leave you to look, he did not.I will continue coming back to this store 😁

I came in with a phone bought elsewhere, and even though I hadnt bought the phone there (they didnt sell the model I wanted, with dual sim cards) the manager and then Kyle (I had to return after a shift change) worked to get it running smoothly, which took a while. Cricket works fine, but the crew at this store make it so much easier to sort thru cell phone stuff.

When in to see what they could do to fix my phone wouldnt let me in with out a mask when I have health conditions that dont let me. Ver rude will be switch providers. .
