We switched away from T-Mobile after living through 4 years of spotty service and high payments. We went to the Stevens Point store after having endured 2 of the most incredibly unhelpful, non-customer friendly calls in the world. Ben Z was not only helpful, but went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed, even though we were moving our business. Then you Ben!
Worst customer service ever received. Told multiple lies of time frames and then just excuses to try and make us feel better about wasting 3+ hours in store. Wouldnt recommend to anyone. Was supposed to be a QUICK phone upgrade to be clear. Was told this branch was better than the one in Wausau and that was a lie.
For now the hours posted online are different than at the store so be patient with the staff
They couldnt fix my phone so it remained stuck in 3G.

Went to the store and asked the store manager if I could get a new account with the same number I had from my Moms account. He told me he couldnt help me and Id have to go online, the process would take 3 days. He didnt offer to show me the phones they had or plans. Didnt help me walk through process at all, just sent me out. I ended up going Best Buy and was contacted with a staff member who transferred my number and got me a phone in the same day. Awful service, he didnt want to help me at all. Dont waste your time here.
Very unhelpful trying to get information when wanting to possibly switch 5 lines as a new customer. Ended up leaving with random numbers scribbled on a post it note from them (literally) as my official quote, and never answered my questions, because apparently they couldnt. Definitely dont recommend.

Awesome, and professional customer service! Travis N. Was able to help me out with getting a new iPhone 11, and was also able to help me with some additional accessories such as a case, and glass protector. He answered all of my questions, and never made things confusing, or difficult. Highly recommend this store location.

Sprint is only good where they have towers otherwise be prepared for dropped calls. Had the merger with T-Mobile gone through it may have saved sprint but they are heading down the wrong path and desperately need help. The people were good there but could not give me answers about future expansion. Had a great s10+ deal going on but I passed Id rather have good coverage like T-Mobile

I had walked in with a question about why my bill was climbing for no reason. Travis was my sales consultant who walked me through what was happening with my bill and how i could change it. Being a prior mobile consultant myself i had a very extraordinary experience with all the staff. Travis went above and beyond to get me a phone the next day that was originally on back order. During the setup of the new phone unfortunately travis was not present. Although travis was not present, Brandon and Ben set up my phone and finished out the process of the sale. All around a phenomenal team and experience i had with this location.
The store has improved since it was a Sprint store. The employees did what they could however they were understaffed and more importantly (because I understand keeping costs and therefore labor low) the internet was so slow it made it difficult and time consuming for the employees to do what they needed to in order to assist me in a way that wasnt tedious let alone efficient. If you go during slower hours you likely will have a halfway pleasant experience, otherwise Id advise against it.
They couldnt fix my telephone service
Compared to other sprint locations I have visited this location was by far the best versed in costumer service. I was greeted almost immediately after walking in the door and was promptly given assistance. I came into the Stevens Point store looking for a new phone upgrade and all of the employees I spoke to were extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions effortlessly. Im glad I chose this location to get an upgrade because it was painless and effortless. Thanks so much!
Edit: Updated my review to 5 stars. Went in today after work and there were 2 staff available. Kayla was awesome throughout the whole process of upgrading my phone and apologized for the previous night as she was the only staff working that night.Understaffed. There was only one staff working on a weekday night when I arrived. The only staff was working with customers and asked if I had a quick question, which was nice, however I was going to get a new phone so I waited patiently for staff to finish with customers. Had to leave after waiting 45 minutes with no end in sight of the current customers transaction. I will try again tomorrow and edit my review if staffing is any better.
Poor customer service. Wasnt even acknowledged for about 45 minutes with only 3 customers in the store.. When finally getting assistance the guy at least knew what he was doing and helped quickly.
Very helpful. Well informed. Not a official Sprint store though. But they will help you with your phone trouble, even if you didnt buy it there. Nice friendly people.
Took me an hour to get help, only one woman was working when I got there and the customer before me had a lot she was trying to figure out. Eventually another employee came in and once he was able to help me he was great. It just took forever to be seen.

Ill make sure never to go here again, and to tell others never to go here either. The sales associates are good at one thing, selling products. Or, I would say, signing you up for products (theyve refused to sell me a phone despite having the cash on hand).Where it gets nasty is when you ever need to return anything. I purchased a horrible SIXTY DOLLAR case there, realized my mistake and went to return it. Thats when I was told the store wouldnt accept returns on cases.Paying for my first phone was a major mess too. When I made a full payment on my phone online and was charged full taxes twice, it took a roundabout process of calling Sprint, then talking to a sales associate, then calling Sprint, then talking to a sales associate... Finally I called Sprint in the store and handed the phone to a sales associate where they eventually figured out their issues.Seriously, do not go here. Go elsewhere. Buy your phone online. Compared to this store, the service will be fast and the returns will be accessible.
Staff are not trained well. They refer you to call corporate even on their mistakes. The only good staff left so I switched carriers.
I have been a Sprint customer for over 16 years. I am obviously loyal to Sprint! I pay my bill in person and thats why I was in the store for this visit. There was only one person working that morning and 5 customers were waiting for service. I will stay with Sprint per the above since I only go in this location to pay my bill.
They give you one on one attention and explained everything to me. Never once did I feel like I was asking a dumb question. They are very helpful and with you all the way, whether you purchase or want time to think about it.
Went in to upgrade phones, the staff member who worked with us was very helpful. We were in there for a long time, but it was because the staff member was trying to help us as much as possible. I have been with Sprint for 4 years now, and havent had problems. This store has always been able to help and is always polite to me.
Not enough help in the store
Horrible!!! I was lied to about my bill price!! After, I sat there for 3 hours because they told me I couldnt upgrade. I had to call customer service who I sat in the phone with for a hour and a half, so they could find the note in the system up my up grade. I added a phone to my line was told the price and got my first bill with is more like paying for 3 phones instead of 2. Definitely not worth the money, you might as well go to Verizon and get better service!!!
New workers are not really knowledgeable. I just switched to Sprint around Thanksgiving and am already at the risk of dropping my credit down really bad because the visa cards that are supposed to be used to pay off our old phones/buy our contract did not get processed properly until 2 weeks after I switched over, so I have no money to pay off my last bill for my previous provider (which is due today and it takes at least 2 weeks if not more for the visa cards to process and be sent - and Im still waiting for them). It hasnt even been a month yet and Im considering switching back or to another provider. Seriously, its not worth risking your credit score, especially when youre a student who is barely getting by. I was convinced with the unlimited data and price, but its all a trick.

Phone started shutting off and when I took it in,the ;clerks were too busy in their own little world to even really try to help. really didnt care, seems they go through a lot of workers and if I was Sprint headquarters I would want to know why .

The Marshfield store doesnt even have 3 bars IN THERE OWN STORE! They take advantage of you and your unknowledge of electronics. This is outrageous and please read this! When in on 4/19/2018 at around 630 p.m. and there was 1 person sitting behind the tech desk. He didnt help us at all, didnt even welcome us nothing at all. He knew we were there because he looked at us. Was going to upgrade didnt feel right so we went to bestbuy. Good thing we did because we actually got help there.
This store is horrendous. The past 3 times Ive gone in there with technical problems with my phone they have not been able to help me. They always give me an 800 number to call for help or refer me to a different store. The last time I was in there they told me I had to drive to Appleton to get my problems addressed. Youre a Sprint store! Take care of the problem for me! I pay my bill to Sprint! Im done with this place.
Horrible customer care, one of the representatives lied up and right. I will never get sprint in my entire life. They dont care about their customers and their representatives either dont care or dont have a clue of what they are doing. A nightmare for a first time customer who tried to get sprint and was told lies about the service and price. Would not recommend to even my worst enemy.
Wireless express is overpriced and the manager Jessica let her new hire trainee handle a new activation with minimal oversight and resulted in flat out wrong information being given and us not being able to make a return. Additionally the manager herself charged 100 for the phone that seems to have went only to her commission as when I retried to perform the return I could not get a straight answer as to what the 100 she charged me was for as they said it was clear my phone (an S8+) was being charged on my bill every month. Dont deal with this agent, they are not a Sprint corporate store, have their own policies, overpriced, and are out to just make the sale.

Stupid as all hell, i want to leave a plan and start my own and they wont help me at all, they say that they cant do it in store. The lady that was in the store Kayla had no clue what was going on she didnt even care to help me. Stupid as all hell. I am still AFTER 3 DAYS trying to figure this out!!!
Fast and helpful
Been with sprint for several years, phones due for an upgrade and wanted to buy the phone outright with the usual upgrade discount and they no longer do this! There is ONLY the option to buy the phones on a monthly payment plan over an up to 2 yr period of time..... This new change of your policies may have lost you a customer....

Repetitive slow service. I have never seen the same employee. They usually get what I need done, but a normal trip is 1 hour.
