Do not conduct business with ubreakifix because they do not use good business practices when it comes to fixing your device as well as customer service. There have been several accounts from my friends that this place is the worst place to get your phone repaired (wish I would have asked before I took my phone in and wasted my money). I took my phone for a screen fix and they managed to damage my entire phone. Not only that, but they did not take responsibility for the damages on their part.

Scheduled an appointment for 4:30 at the Stillwater store on Friday. Get there a little early only to be told the store closes at 5, after being told the store closes at 6. Was told to come back on Tuesday as that was the next day they were open. Told him Id be back Tuesday between 11 and 12. Okay. So Im sitting here in front of the store. Got here at 11:30, I live an hour away, and theres a sign on the door that says closed for lunch, will return by 1:30. Ive also been on hold for 20 minutes with their call center. Do they just not want to work on stuff? Because if thats the case, Ill keep that in mind and not waste my time with this store anymore.

Great service and very fast! Was expecting to wait 3-4 hours and ended up only having to wait 2.5. Repair came out beautifully on my phone too. Definitely reccomend!

Went on a Friday...They told us the phone would be done by 5p, no problem...showed up at 5p & they said they had issues but it would be ready by the next morning & that theyd be open 10a-5p, no problem. The next day was a Saturday, showed up, waited hours, they never showed up or opened the store. Drove back Sunday & Monday...not opened...finally got the phone back on Tuesday! The phone is fixed & working great but they didnt even bother to call the contact person & let them know they would not be at the store after they told us they would be...not acceptable. We wasted 4 one hour round trips when we could have waited to take it in until Tuesday.

Waste of time! This store is an hour-and-a-half drive for me. I came here the first time to have a screen repaired under warranty after Google approved my claim. I dropped the phone off and waited 4 hours until my designated pick up time only to be told they couldnt do the repair under warranty. Not sure why they didnt inform me of that at dropoff, but Google apologized and overnighted me a new phone to make up for the trouble. For some reason, I decided to give this place another chance today. I called this morning and made an appointment, but when I showed up to that appointment there was a sign on the door saying they were closed. I should have known better. Dont make the same mistake I did twice!

They did quick and thorough work. They explained to me what all they were doing and why. The guys in the Stillwater store were fantastic. Next issue I have I am bringing whatever it is, phone, tablet, desktop, in to this shop.

Left a excellent review just a couple months ago when they fixed my phone and sold me the cell helmet screen protector and insurance that would cover to fix my screen in case something happened. They even helped me with the cell helmet registration. Well guess what my screen broke cell helmet says the picture was unclear (that the rep took) and I registered for the warranty too early (must wait 24 hours). This is a scam Patrick assured me he would help me with this. He called cell helmet and it appeared he was trying to help. I waited patiently for two days for a response. Never got one just called. He told me he could not help me at all this was from corporate could not honor a warranty, give me a refund, or fix my phone, than hung up on me. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!! NO WARRANTY! A complete scam I have proof and have called the new stations and will continue on letting everyone know what a scam this is!

**Update -- I called before I went to the store today. Cole was very kind, knowledgeable, and apologized and explained the reasons for opening late as well as the change in store hours. He got my phone fixed and even notified me of a problem found with my camera.Took off work because I was told they opened at 10 and I would be able to drop my phone off. I waited 20 minutes and the building never opened. I have also attempted to call for 2 days and all I get is a full voicemail so I cant even leave a message. The gentleman I talked to yesterday was super helpful and Im sure they do good work. But if it is advertisd that you open at a specific time, you should open at that time.

Update after response: no issues in OP addressed. Generic canned response. Bot much?Unable to call direct to the local store, only a national call service. That service unable to contact local store, inconsistent hours of operation. Unknown at this time if it is still open for business.

Went to Stillwater from Noble, OK to get my sons phone screen fixed in late March 2021. Had to come back up April 21st to have it re-glued down, due to an issue with the screen. Once we got there we were told that they were too busy and couldnt get to it today. They said we could leave it there and pickup tomorrow. We told them repeatedly that we lived an hour and a half away but still nothing. The kid that they had running the place offered no other solutions and seemingly didnt care if we were taken care of or not. I asked if they could at least take the phone and mail it back to us tomorrow upon its repair. He said no I dont see how thats possible. He didnt know of the corporate phone number, nor did he know if he had a manager to talk to etc... He knew very little about anything especially when it comes to customer service. We will not be back, I dont care if they opened one right down the street from us. UBREAKITIWONTOFFERSERVICEAFTERTHESALE can be an alternate name. Had to give a star because the system wont allow zero.

The owner and his technical staff are professional and extremely polite, and they were very knowledgeable of what had to be done to repair my cell phone. I brought my Android phone into uBreakiFix in Stillwater to be fixed (broken screen)thinking there was no hope for my phone to be revived. I was treated with the best customer service that I have had for a long time. I thought I would have to be with out my phone for days and to my surprise I had my phone back in 3 hours working like new. Had an appointment at noon. I drove an 1hour and a half to get here and arrived at 11:50am. There was a note on the door stating the would open at 12pm today. Waited until 12:45 and no one showed. Looking at the reviews it seems like an ongoing issue with them not opening on Saturday and closing early on Fridays.

The service team is courteous and highly responsive. They corrected my iPhone charging port issue instantaneously. Highly recommend this place for electronic repairs in Stillwater.

I took my phone here because it wasn’t charging. I thought I was going to have to buy a new charging port, but they were able to look and see that lint was blocking the connection. I didn’t have to pay for any new parts, and they didn’t charge me for cleaning out the lint. I highly recommend anyone take their tech repairs here. This is a business that has integrity! I will definitely be back!

So bad!! Zero stars!! They damaged the headphone jack and then refused to fix it unless I paid them more than $300 to fix the cracked screen as well. I dont want them to fix the screen, only the jack THEY broke. They say that its Samsungs policy to require both to be fixed but Samsung says differently and I believe Samsung obviously. The treatment here has been horrible and I regret every second of dealing with these people. Save yourself!

Got an online quote to make an appointment and get a phone screen repair. When I got there, the guy look up the phone and the repair type, then quoted me $100 more than the online price (that is still showing up). I asked to confirm that it was for that model of phone screen repair, explained that the internet price was $100 less than the price the guy just told me and was lectured that they are a franchise and the prices online are not the local prices and each store sets their own prices in-store. Odd because I got the quote from the store-I had to choose the store when getting the quote. They need to put a disclaimer on the website that prices online are not guaranteed in-store.I went someplace else to get my screen replaced and am very happy with the other places service, they quoted the same online and in-person. I am a full-time caregiver and I do not have time off often to go to places for things like this, so I was really hoping to just get my phone glass repaired at a good place and have a new go-to, but I was disappointed and wont be back. Be warned that the price online is not the price in-store.Edit after response: the tech at the store did not even look at my phone to give me the updated ‘quote’ just asked what type of phone it was. An iPhone 11 (normal not pro) costs $199 to fix even at the Apple store and that is what was quoted with ‘walk in price’ online. This place quoted me $299 standing at the counter never touching my phone for any sort of estimate after assessing anything. I went to CPR Repair and they did it in less than an hour and were great about it. They also charged a very similar price to what your website quoted (and still quotes) for an iPhone 11 screen replacement. That was all that was wrong with my almost brand new phone. I feel I need to warn people about your bait and switch online quotes that will be vastly different when they are standing at the counter.

I sent my iPhone there, and they tried to replace the screen to fix the problem but turns out it was a motherboard issue. They replaced the screen free of charge and urged me to go get it checked out at the Apple Store. Very nice people.

I found this place off Hall of Fame and Main. They fixed my phone and replaced the battery for less than $250! Cole and Larry are amazing workers! Great experience, while it is pricey its better than buying a new phone. We scheduled an appointment and they did curbside pickup. Told me they would start on the cracked screen repair in an hour and it would take 4 hours to finish. They were finished before the 4 hours was supposed to start. Helpful staff and polite.

I work in a restaurant and my charging port got clogged. I couldnt clean it for the life of me. I brought it here expecting to pay a lil pricey fee and he literally just took it back there and cleaned it for free. Number 1 go to place if anything stops working

They state they have a 90 day warranty and the work will be done in 3 hours (NOT). After they finally replaced the screen my daughter was told they couldnt provide the warranty they promised. Their reason was that the computer was saying there was an issue with the camera although the camera was working just fine. The only options were to pay to have the working camera repaired or replaced (another $140.00), put the broken screen back on, or sign a waiver that they are not providing the warranty.As far as their actual work I cant tell you as we opted to put the broken screen back on. Waiting to see if the phone is going to function properly as we are concerned that the phone may be damaged.

Wonderful service. Eliwid took care of me and explained everything and was so helpful. My iPhone 10X stopped working. I’d assumed water and/or heat damage from the previous weekend. He was very upfront on expectations of what could and couldn’t be fixed and pricing. Called for updates throughout the day. In the end, he said it was toast but I’d brought another, old iPhone 7 with a shattered screen that he fixed as a replacement. I offered for him to just keep the 10X since it was unsalvageable. Thankfully, he was very honest and told me the same thing happened to his and one day, it just came back on. He suggested I keep it in case. Sure enough, a week later, it did. He did tell me it may last a day or forever. It’s been about a month and my face recognition still doesn’t work but I’m limping through until contract up. I’ll tell everyone to go to him because he’s honest and fair and does great work.

On their website says they ate open on Sunday drove 75 miles and they are closed. Get your act together

Took my wifes Google Pixel in for a new battery. Paid half down, and had it set up to drop off when the battery arrived. Dropped off the phone Saturday morning to get fixed and told Kyle wed be back Sunday to pick up her phone. Called Sunday shortly after noon and was informed the phone wasnt ready. Conveyed the importance of the phone being ready when we arrived, and when we got there found out the manager had personally handled it and was ready as promised. Phone works great, and a total Hats off to the manager, Larry I believe, for a job well done. Great job !!!

Shaddered the screen and needed a fast easy repair on my Samsung Galaxy S10. Found this place online and was a bit skeptical. Printed a shopping label, secured my phone according to their recommendations and sent it off. Was contacted about the repair as soon as it arrived and received my phone back good as new in just 3 days.

I approached them for my laptop repair, the guy was very sincere and he guessed the problem correctly and gave a reasonable quote at the moment.

Terrible service, and shady people.I set up an appointment over the phone and reached the workshop in time. The person there named Samantha told me that they didnt have my appointment in the system, so she couldnt do the job, but she could set up an appointment for the next day. I gave her all my details, and reached there again the next day. This time I meet another guy who tells me that they didnt have any appointment in my name on their system again, though they would be happy to serve. However, Samantha who claimed to be their employer was totally unknown to them. How can you hand over your phone to people who are not permanent employees, and who dont work through a reliable system.

VERY FRUSTRATED!!! 2 months ago my husband drove from Yukon, OK to Stillwater to have his screen replaced, (he went to UBreakiFix on recommendation of the screen protector warranty). He waited in Stillwater for 3 hours until the phone was ready. After returning home he attempted to use the fingerprint feature only to realize that it no longer worked! He returned the following weekend to have them fix the issue, another 2 hour wait to be told the the tech had damaged the component for the fingerprint and that a new motherboard would need to be ordered... Two weeks(or so) go by before he finally reaches someone at the store, only to be told that they would need to replace the whole phone! Sadly, they only replace with refurbished phones and the original phone was only 1 month old! The first replacement phone that he drove back to Stillwater (3rd trip) was handed to him w/o offer to set up... he gets home to find out that is was the WRONG carrier and unable to use!!! STILL waiting Stillwater, the last contact from the kid who called to say that the correct refurbished phone is in... and can be picked up... NOPE, they agreed to MAIL it with a return label for the wrong phone. Sadly the manager has refused to return calls and calling corporate does no good.

She answered all my questions and showed me how to resolve software issues on my laptop!! Was very patient and empathetic of my problem. Great store, great people! Highly recommend.

I dropped by uBreakiFix because my Galaxy smart watch bezel was not responsive. I thought it might need a clean, but did not want to risk damaging the watch myself. When I visited, they said they hadnt worked with my device before, but they were willing to give it a try. Fast forward to just a few hours later (they had a few devices ahead of mine) and it was clean, responsive, and good as new! I appreciate their willingness to take on an unconventional request.

CPR was supposed to just fix my screen and ended up making it ghost touch and glitch really bad. I couldn’t used it for a couple days and they replaced my screen two times and nothing changed. They finally gave me a refund and offered to start over with a new screen that wouldn’t come in for two days. I just said screw it and went to UbreakIfix and they fixed it almost 100 percent. It’s not back to normal but it’s better than nothing. The price is a little out of my budget (19 year old college student) but they insure the highest quality parts and service. Costumer service was amazing and they made sure to give great detail about what they were going to do. Thank you guys

This place and people are the best I was on the phone for hours and the rep at the store she took over and they was on the phone for almost 2 hours but she was the most patient and professional worker I have seen anywhere and the manager he is absolutely awesome he went way out of his way for me thanks buddy

To begin, I have a relatively decent knowledge of computers. I brought my personal built computer in to be diagnosed because it wasnt starting and I didnt have what I needed to test the hardware.I dropped it off on a Wednesday, and got it back today, on a Saturday. It turns out my power supply was bad and they found this out by one of their techs switching his power supply with mine which is a really lengthy process so I applaud them for doing this for free.All in all, they do good work but their service isnt the greatest. Pros and Cons list is below.Pros:- They do good work and seem to know their stuff.- Free diagnostics for damages.- I would bring my computer back again.- They seem to work relatively fast.Cons:- The tech I talked to about my computer said he would call me and never did. I had to call them twice to inquire about the progress of my computer.Overall I recommend you give them their business, just be ready to have to call them to check on the status.EDIT: They were wrong about my computers issues, I am now out of pocket 300 dollars trying to get it fixed elsewhere, AND they closed all of their locations in my state.

So, I used the website to first register for a repairing job. A super informed guy called me up and spoke to me at length regarding the issues that I was having, and literally addressed every issue I spoke to him regarding adb shell fixes, battery calibration, boot loop and firmware flashing and upgrades.. etc. I dropped off my cellphone and got it back the next day. The battery health software detects a good battery health as compared to 82% ish in my old battery. They were responsible enough to inform me twice to know that my repair went through.

Replaced the screen on my iPhone X, they finished earlier than expected and everything is working great. They were very friendly, answered all my questions, and helped me on an issue with another phone.

I had the screen on my phone replaced a few weeks ago. It looks brand new and it was fixed in less than an hour at a very reasonable price. After returning home (I don’t live in Stilly) I realized that the screen was hyper-sensitive and that the screen would not go to black when making phone calls. This resulted in random buttons being unintentionally pushed. I took my phone back, they fixed the problem, and didn’t even charge me. I am extremely pleased with my experience and highly recommend them. I will definitely use them in the future.
