Went there for a trade in and new service all together. Got screwed with the trade in. They wanted to refund me almost 700.00 and then deduct another 700.00. My bank account don’t work like that. That is also with two new iPhone 12s. They told me to call customer service

Im not as thrilled as i usually am. I bought 2 wireless trackers for my pets, but one got chewed up & ruined. Found out they were more expensive/mo than i was told (!) and i had to buy out the contact on the damaged one. Not fun.
