Great experience joining Verizon network and working with Joseph at the Stillwater location. He went above and beyond in helping me port my line from my previous phone carrier which was a stressful experience. Throughout the process, which took us about 48 hours to successfully port my line over. Joseph was very patient, helpful and really cared about making sure I had the best customer satisfaction and experience with Verizon wireless. He is amazing at what he does and I recommend him.

Stopped by today to activate my husband’s new phone. They were busy but we were 1st in line so only waited about 10 minutes. Joseph was AWESOME!!! He really knows what he’s doing! This company is involved in a class action lawsuit for the way they treat their employees. I would highly recommend avoiding TCC at all costs until they change their mindset and actually have a service mentality vs a sell you stuff you dont need or want mentality.

I was dreading going to Verizon for a new iPhone, as my local Verizon store insists on a touch less experience. I was running errands in Stillwater and decided to stop at Verizon and I’m so glad I did! James was so helpful. We worked with Josh to update our plan and upgrade our phones. Pretty standard info but we weren’t aware of a lot of it as our previous experience was at another location. Josh was so patient and explained things perfectly, we were aware of all the options with unlimited plans, the last guy we worked with at a different location just signed us up for the highest unlimited plan even though not all our lines needed that. We’re very happy with our new phones and new plans. Josh was great to work with!

Very open and non-rush atmosphere. Three team members on staff that seem to work smoothly together, knowledgeable about products & team support each other fully. Good conversation going around other than phone sales, contributing to an easy going (but professional) atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this store for new purchases, updating equipment or just there to answer questions in general or inquire on accounts or questions around using your personal phone. Horrible customer service. I placed an order online and chose in-store pick up so that I could get the phone same-day. I got the confirmation email and it stated another email would be sent when the phone is ready to be picked up. Meanwhile, my card was charged for the phone. After 3 hours go by and it’s getting to mid-afternoon, I call the store to check on the status and am told that there is another guy who stated he wanted the phone and they are giving him until 4PM to come get it, and only then will they give me the phone that I have already been charged for. If I want to cancel my order, he “thinks” the order will automatically cancel when the system shows that I didn’t pick the phone up (you have 3 days to pick up before they cancel) and then my money will be refunded in about 12-18 hours after that. I tell the guy that I have an hour drive to get there and he relays this to his manager who says “if it takes an hour to get here then she will be within 15 minutes of the 4pm cut off time so tell her to come”. I ask what happens if this other guy shows up while I am on my drive in and the manager says that the phone will be given to the other guy. They had absolutely no business charging me for a phone that they didn’t have available. I will be calling Verizon and telling them to refund my money, and I will be going out of my way to tell people about the horrible customer service here.

Andrew sold my husband and I our phones and the process was very efficient and smooth in the limited amount of time we each had and he was very knowledgeable! The next day Daniel worked with me for over an hour helping me set up new phones for myself and my 100 year old Dad. He was especially helpful in making my Dads phone as user friendly and functional as possible for him who has limited vision. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, kind, and respectful and has excellent customer service skills. Great people skills! I learned a lot in the time I spent with him. I live in Stillwater, Mn.I have a Note 8 and I wanted a new phone with tons of storage so that I could take thousands of photos and keep them in storage on my phone (as well as in the cloud). I purchased a Note 10+ with 512GB. I wanted all of my photos & data to be transferred from the Note 8 to the 10+. I have Zero tech knowledge and using these advanced phones are not easy for me. Brian, Steven and Patrick spent over an hour with me transferring hundreds of photos form the Note 8 to the Note 10+ and helping me to understand my new phone, explaining and showing me many features of the Note 10+. They were Extremely Kind and Very Patient with me! I needed a lot of help and they made sure that I was satisfied! I am happy with my Note 10+ and I am very grateful to Brian, Steven and Patrick: they are extremely Thorough, Helpful and Professional, as well as Kind and Patient. Thanks Guys!!Patricia Makowski

These people were amazing. They greet you and help you in a very efficient manner. Not push, dont try to sell most expensive things that dont suit your needs. Help me by letting me charge my phone for an hour even though I had to go back to the point of origin of my transaction. While it may just the associates I dealt with, we did not have a good experience upgrading phones and plans. We went in to buy a very popular phone and they didnt have any in stock. We had to wait for it to be delivered and they would call us when the phones were in. A week goes by and they dont call, so I called and they had had the phones for a few days. Go back in and get them and upgrade the plan. Associates were not very knowledgeable in answering questions. Left thinking we had our new phones AND plan upgraded. Come to find out 2 months later that they were not upgraded at all. Called in to upgrade the plans, didnt have password so let them go to find that. Found it 5 minutes later and called again only to be told they cant upgrade over the phone. 2 different messages here and not even so much as an apology for screwing up.
