I have been a Verizon customer for almost 2 years now and have always had the best customer experience from your representative, Julius. I went into the Stillwater store today super frustrated after another representative didnt follow through with rectifying a situation he should have made top priority. This representative was there today and again made me feel like he didnt take the issue seriously before passing it on to Julius and leaving the store. With zero hesitation, Julius jumped into action and resolved the issue with nothing but kindness, patience, and respect. I truly appreciate him and think he is a huge asset to this store. Julius is the representative that assisted me when I made the switch to Verizon and I will no longer work with anyone except him, even if I have to wait!! Hes that remarkable!! Thank you again for your exceptional service, Julius!!

I was having the worst and most frustrating day. I went into Verizon expecting to be there for hours trying to get my phone fixed but Julius completely turned my day around! He took great care of me and had me in and out of the door with a new phone in about 30 min.

Worst experience I ever had with a phone service!! I’ve been trying to get a refund from them for over a month and still have not received it!! They have made every excuse possible not to refund my money!! Ryan one of there customer service refused to let me talk to a supervisor about this matter.. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone! They suck!!

Do not work with the manager Dee. Have anyone else help you but her. She is incompetent, and has horrible customer service skills. Went in there the other day to upgrade our phones. Dee messed up and ended up burning the sim in my apple watch and refuses to resolve the issue. On top of that Dee started to ring things up that we didnt even want or ask for, she just assumed. If you are going to upgrade or have anything done to your account, I highly recommend not letting Dee help you.

My phone had a prompt, which wouldn’t allow me to do anything on my phone. I couldn’t figure out so I went to the store. They made zero effort to help, wouldn’t even look at it. I went to Best Buy and they had the issue fixed in less then 30 seconds. Can’t believe the total lack of customer care.

Went to the store yesterday- dealt with Michelle I believe. Did not take the time to verify I had my phone backed up before activating and deleting ALL MY previous info. I said I think it’s backed up by the cloud but I’m not sure . It was not- I mentioned this and she said it will take a while to load . 1 1/2 days later it’s NOT THERE. - I have lost sooooo much !!!! Photos, contacts from last 5 years etc. I should have not had this problem. My husband bought a iPhone 12 2 weeks ago in Edmond and they actually took the time to connect his phone to the new phone so that everything would transfer. It literally only took about 15 minutes and saved him tons of heartache that I am having to deal with. Our lives our on our phones and they should be more careful about just hitting delete!!! Luckily all my docs were saved on google and all my pictures except the last 6 months.

The absolute worst customer service. Im always on hold for over 20 minutes and thats on a good day. They just called me back via the automated call back system and automatically put me on hold again, that was over 20 minutes ago and Im still on hold. Just so verizon knows, after 35 minutes on hold, when the automated call system called me back, I finally hung up. I had to call back. It was another 40 minutes before I spoke to someone. Then when they were done and needed to transfer me to the next department I was on hold for another 15 minutes. The tech blamed it on cyber monday, but when I called over the summer to get a replacement phone it took 4 different calls and the final one lasted over 2 hours. I drove out to our camping spot and got to my destination before the call had been resolved! I was on hold most of the time.

Payments made in-store are thru the Kiosk only. If using cash, make sure you have paper money enough to round up to the nearest dollar. No coins allowed.Credit/Debit cards are allowed.

Visited the store during Covid-19 days. You can only enter the store if you have a mask which is great. They tried to make a no touch system inside the store. They would send you all the links necessary over your phone and you can fo all the business and pay from your phone. The no touch system wasnt successful, however applaud for trying something good during these days.

I tried to shop local in Stillwater and upgrade two phones, the two employees refused to let me in, talk to me or assist in any way. Update Returned on 10/8/2020, signs say store is open, but door locked and no one inside.

Willie has helped me the past 2 times Ive been in the store. Ive always been treated respectfully & the employees always know what to do in order to resolve my issue. AND, Im always helped immediately upon hitting the door! When I was with AT&T going into the store was a nightmare! A minimum hour wait to be helped, but sometimes even longer than an hour. They used to hold the majority of customers. Customers finally realized there are other providers! I switched to Verizon probably 8 years ago because I NEVER got a signal in my house. So Id have to go stand outside whether it was below 32 degrees or over 110 degrees! I have excellent coverage with Verizon & happy with my unlimited messages, minutes & data! We also added a Hot Spot & got wifi for the 1st time! Thank you, Willie & Verizon!

I always get good help when I go in most of the employees no what your asking and how to fix any problem you may have, great atmosphere just one employee was standing around doing nothing but being on her personal phone most the time I was there. She never interacted with any customers while I was there and I was there at least an hour or more this all happened about a year ago

My phone screen quit working so I went in to see what could be done to fix it. The sales person was more interested in selling me a new phone than telling me the phone was still under warranty and I could just get a new phone. Always feel pressured to buy something else rater than feel like I got the best bang for my buck. Once I received my phone, the service rep was very helpful.

Was able to switch from att to Verizon and now I have a working phone . I paid $1,000 for a note 8 last year bought straight out and I didnt have a contract so I was able to switch to Verizon. Signal is much better and Im not missing calls anymore

Normally this Verizon isnt that bad, but I took my daughter in to buy a new phone. The sales rep, Scott maybe? He was the older gentleman with grey hair, just flat out didnt listen. He kept saying things that were not relevant to what we were saying we wanted it needed. He also quotes incorrect information to us. I hate being lied to especially when its dealing with my own money. I caught him in at least 2 lies and if I wouldve researched Im sure it wouldve been more. Im very disappointed in this experience. I love Verizon but that sales guy better not ever try to help me again

Staff wasnt particularly familiar with my device or the activation process of it, but they did a good job working through it with me. They obviously prefer to sell long term plans or add-ons, but make sure you arent missing out on a better deal by buying the device at full price and going with an independent prepaid plan.

They converted my account to commercial promising a better discount rate to save money. I spent over 10 hours on the phone with customer service over the next 40 days trying to fix the damage and still ended up with a 24% rate increase. Dont believe what you hear in this store.

After selling me a phone I didnt want, it took more than 14 days to figure out that it sucks because Im busy and dont have time to spend hours on my phone. So, Verizon has multiple solutions that cost me more money. Along with not being able to use my internet at my house, which also will cost more money, but theyll give you 2 months free... very unhappy... I went in to give the store a chance to make this better. The reps are somewhat helpful, but telling me the airport is the reason for my problems doesnt fix anything. I am very unhappy not with the store necessarily, but Verizon and Samsung both have left me very unhappy. Making it the customers problem is not customer service.

Dont go threw verison in Stillwater i went yesterday to be added on my grand parents line and they let me pick out my phone the s9 the color and and told my papa that all we had to do was pay a phone off witchwas 600 and he did that and then they call another place and said you cant get the s9 after letting me my color out and paying 600 and all come to found out i couldnt get it . so we waste 600 on something they should of told me . yall suck and I will never come threw yall again so i ended up going threw straight talk stylo 3.

This is only about customer service. Or the lack thereof...I have this iphone 5c that I found in the dumpster. One mans trash is another mans treasure. The phone has a broken screen but it still works for what I need. I have an android phone and my sister 2 states away has a iphone. We saw this as an opportunity to use facetime and be able to talk to each others families. I ended up having to update the iOS which in turn forced me to do a factory reset. Without the SIM card the phone became useless. After going to Sprint, Verizon and AT&T I have since discovered that its a verizon phone (after being told it wasnt. Though he didnt check it at all in their system, He simply glanced at it and suggested it was AT&T). Sprint and AT&T both went out of their way to help me unlock the phone, including testing SIM cards from floor models. Verizon simply said they wouldnt do it unless I purchased a service plan. I didnt want to use the phone to make calls or internet, I just wanted to unlock it. It would have been pointless as the phone is cracked and not much good for anything other that want I wanted it for. Verizon was completely unhelpful. If their phone service is anything like their customer service. I wouldnt recommend them at all...
