The notary/manager Jazzmin Daniels is incompetent. I came in for notary services and she failed to fully complete my request for two notaries. My husband and I showed both our IDs for both our signatures which both required notaries. Thinking she’d done her job I left to get home and find that she only signed one document. Out of all the times I’ve gotten notaries never has a notary missed a signature, especially only having two. When I called to go back for the second she refused to waive the fee blaming me for leaving the store. She told me we only requested one notary which was false and she said that I stood there the whole time as if she wasnt there or needed supervision to complete the requests. Her tone was nonchalant and rude when I spoke to her about the inconvenience caused. Worst UPS/notary experience ever. I am for sure reporting this incident to the UPS Store.

Send a package signature required as the first one was stolen/lost. The customer wasnt home so the driver dropped it off at this access point. Where they promptly lost the package but not before arguing with my customer when he attempted to pick it up.

Jazzmine did my notary wrong. She didn’t sign it nor did she put the stamp in the correct place. This was such a inconvenience to go yo another UPS store. 6359 in Duluth was very pleasant & made my inconvenient experience better. 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

Cameron handled my notary and mailing needs with a smile, laughter and the utmost professionalism. Fellow Morrow, Ga., people, hear me: Instead of going to the UPS Store nearby down from the Mt. Zion Publix, DRIVE the extra couple of miles and avoid the miserable treatment youll get from everyone except the Asst. Manager guy at our store there (he is fabulous, but the poor dude -- hes the only one who knows what customer service is at that place). If you want a great experience with friendly folks, head down Mt. Zion Rd. to Stockbridge/Ga. 138 and do your business at the UPS Store next to Kroger. If people cant be bothered to treat you right, why give them your money? Cameron and his folks? They got this. TRUST. Thanks, Cameron!

Excellent service. I went to this location to return a large package. Not only did the associates print the return label for me, but they also took the heavy package out of my car (which was an ordeal). I highly recommend this location and thank you so much to the employees who helped me!

Closed because of a 30 min power outage 1 hour ago. Not acceptable when every other business around them is open and active. Attempted to contact the franchise manager but ups customer service was unhelpful saying they only have the office phone number in their system

A small but spacious place to mail, fax, or check for packages. Its very tidy and clean and strangely enough smells really nice in there.Youll be greeted with a friendly smile and helped on even if you have no idea what youre doing.

Each employee has always been more than helpful and attentive. Always kind and respectful. Have been doing business there more than ten years. Would recommend to anyone looking for a secure mailbox amd a friendly place to handle mailing needs.

So Ive had a mailbox here for a few years. In the beginning I used to work overnight. So I never could make it when they were open. My biggest issue with this store is whenever I try to check my mail after hours using the code I never can get in the Gotd@mn place. I will definitely be contacting corporate because they are always inconvenient for me. I hate to move to another location for business but Im getting sick and tired of not being able to check my mail. I really wish they would update the door lock. Sometimes I have very important mail to pickup.

Awesome People!I went into the store 11.2.19 to ship off a package. I had little information on returning my package. The young lady and gentleman in the store at the time, went above, and beyond to assist me. Im grateful they were there. Hopefully, you two will read this. Mailed package dec 4, packgae hast not arrived in FL at this time, dec 13. Package expected to arrive, dec 7. 😒 might not be the store and the staff as they were awesome 5 stars for them. It is the system i guess.

Be careful, the black girl over charged me to send a package, I went to the UPS store morrow, next to the Publix, paid a lesser amount for the same thing. I still have both receipts to show the different amounts.

I sent out a package 4/24 only to have my package not scanned out by a driver. After package was not delivered on date as promised I started making phone calls and had to feel out a form with a description of what was in the box. Miraculously my package was scanned in Boundbrook NJ then Magicaly disappeared again. I finally got resolution today 5/21 from the Eagles Landing Locattion not Stockbridge store 1987. I did all my package chasing and refund chasing, I will be using the post office for all my shipping services going forward. Everytime I go to this UPS Store 1987 lm greeted with pleasant personalities. The employees at this location are very knowledgeable and patient. I choose this UPS STORE 1987 everytime.

I went to this store and paid to have a package mailed to Amazon and the package was mailed back to me. Caused me a very big deal of confusion with the company for my refund. Nobody apologized for the inconvenience. As a matter of fact I was directed to call customer service to deal with it myself.

I love to visit this place. The staff is always cordial and professional. The work that I have had done here has been very good! Hats off to store Manager Rachel!

Great customary service. Although I was in four a simple drop off and my labels were pre-printed, the staff were friendlier than most places I have the pleasure of visiting. At this point, though the drive is further than my normal UPS, this will be my go to location.

Visited the store today had pleasure of meeting Phillips Smith was absolutely phenomenal and taking care of my needs. I am an Afghanistan vet Who suffer severely from a brain tumor and PTSD always hyped, frantic and always in a rush and he calmed and assisted help me and for that I thank him with my whole heart😊😊😊😊

Manager there Phillip Smith has no since of urgency. . I shipped the package out on May 8th and received a confirmation receipt. The employee at the ups store put the wrong shipping label on the package and mailed it out going to a wrong address. Now I am asking for help for an error that they did and the manger is feeding all shorts of Oh well we can not help you line.

All UPS Stores arent the same. Go to the one on eagles landing. Friendly. Clean. Alive. Prices wont murder your wallet. Like who really charges $30 two day shipping in state.

Had to return a package to Amazon and needed to print a return label, excellent customer service from Tanjie who in the middle of helping several people to get in and out included Me and assisted me in a way that no other shipping location has from printing the label to packing it up and sending it off. May the entire team at this location have Happy Holidays and Happy New Year.

Great for convenience, but pricey. Went to get 2 documents notarized and it cost me $14. They ship USPS stuff in there too, but the prices are of course jacked up to make a profit. Other than that, its nice and clean with friendly staff.
