My recent experience with All Foreign & Domestic Auto Body was one of the finest and most professional companies that I have ever encountered and experienced in my life (67 years)! Their customer service is superb! Right from the get-go I was treated with the utmost of courteousness, attention and respect. They concisely and clearly explained all the procedures and all the options that the repair of my vehicle would require. The repair work was stellar and exceeded my expectations! Their overall conduct throughout left me no doubt that I had made the right choice for repairing my car.Before going to All Foreign & Domestic I went to their competitor up the street (despite the many bad reviews I had read about them) and was told that they did not have an estimator available and I would need to make an appointment for one week later just to get a simple estimate. Took my car here before but this time I had to take it in for something els.A few days ago I notice some gooey stuff on the passenger side of my car and it would not come off, I even tried wiping it off with gasoline, so I took it to AFD dude took it in and with 10 mins came back with my car spotless! These guys are amazing and on top of that THEY DIDNT CHARGE ME A DIME! FIVE STAR ALL DAY

I am very happy and satisfied with Alan’s excellent customer service. He personally called me to resolve an issue. Knowing that my mother is at an old age and couldn’t pick up her car by herself, Alan offered to deliver the car to her house. We are forever appreciative for his kindness and professionalism. I will give him 10 stars if I could.

Karina from front desk is the best! She goes above and beyond to help people like me who has no clue about the process. Karina helped get my car out in time so I don’t have to pay extra money out of my pocket for the rental car. She’s fast in sending documents out to the insurance or getting back to you if you have any questions. Thank you Karina for your outstanding customer service!

Great service, they walked me through each step. What I found surprising is everyone knew exactly who I was (because they do have a lot of people coming in and out). Once the work was completed on my car they again walked me through each step they took to fix it. My car looks new. The cleaning and wash of it was nice too. They truly surpassed my expectations.

Great service. The employees were very nice and polite. They were able to get the car done fast and lower the price as well. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone who needs to get their car fixed. They even gave my son a toy car from their display shelf as well because he loves car and wanted to play with one of their small display car.

Nissan of Stockton uses this shop.I wish they maintain better communication among their workers, & customers.I guess they do not need your business because the manager called me back about 10 days later... I had left repeated messages with the receptionist, & male workers asking him to call me. They could have just told me that he was off for a few days. Each day, they took my message, & said that he would call me back when he came in.He said that he ordered a OEM bumper part for me but didnt call me to say whether he got it, & if he talked to Amanda (service manager at Nissan).Manager finally called me back because he saw a note about my rental car, & he thought I was supposed to bring the car in today.. I appreciate his honesty in such that he was off, & the workers could have told me to just drop off the car in the body shop whether he was there/ not. He said that as long as my car is taken care- doesnt matter where, & the service is done correctly.. thats all that matters. He did give me good advise to ask the shop to scan the car in the end to make sure all the sensors are working.He seems like a good man. In person, he has helped me in the past.His team of workers ruined this experience for me when it was my 1st accident because the other party rear ended me. I would have used this shop but they had me wait for more than a month.So I took the 2020 Altima car to another shop. Hopefully, they do a good job.

I highly recommend this place. Someone hit me on the freeway 😡 so I came here and they did such an amazing job to my car that it doesnt even look like anything ever happened to my car. Plus they call you every Tuesday and Thursday to give you updates on the repairs.

Long over due, got work done in March or April 2017. The staff is friendly and informative. Very pleased with the work. The huge scratch on the side of my car and the nick on one of my rims GONE. When I picked up my car, I noticed a few places that needed a touch up and he told me to come back and hed do it the following week and theyd take care of it for me. Ill continue to take my car here for any future needs.

AFD body shop was amazing they had great customer service. Everyone was super friendly. They fixed my car so quickly and did an awesome job, it looks brand new . They even fixed a part of my car that the insurance didnt want to cover for me . I greatly appreciate all the hard work they did to make my experience there easy and smooth. Brought my vehicle in for a quote after being involved an extremely minor incident. The damage was so minor that I hadnt even planned on getting it fixed. However since the other party decided to press the issue, I was forced to get an quote. I made an appointment to meet with Jeff to get a quote and was seen promptly at my appointed time. Jeff is friendly, professional and efficient. He asked me what happened, he walked around the car, took pictures and jotted down notes. We then proceed back inside where Jeff entered all that detail into his high powered quote machine which then did its magic by putting the numbers on the page wherever they were meant to go.Once that was done, Jeff explained it all to me, including the potential costs and next steps. He then suggested another possible course of action. Since the damage was SO minimal and I had a rather large out of pocket deductible (because Ive never been in an accident and I assumed that I never would be in one...who knew?!?!...anyway, where was I...right, another option), Jeff suggested that instead of a complete overhaul - one where theyd put the car up on the rack, remove front and rear doors and so on - that I let his guys do a super-duper exterior detail session on the handful of areas that came into contact with the other vehicle (and just in case youre wondering, yes super-duper exterior detail session is a trademarked phrase. By me. Right now). Since this alternative approach was more in line with my original thoughts on the matter - i.e. not getting anything done in the first place - and would cost me a lot less in the end, I agreed with this and made an appointment to bring the car back.Well today was that appointment. Brought the car in and was quite quickly checked-in, handed over the keys, had the mileage read, signed my name and off I went. In the afternoon I was called and told that my car was ready for pickup. When I went back to pick up the car there was quite a crowd - always a good sign in my book, especially when the crowd appeared to be in good spirits considering that everyone there was either involved in a motor vehicle accident or had damage to their car that needed repair. While there was a crowd, I was quickly greeted and walked through the check-out process. While I was doing this, Jeff came up and told me to grab him when I was finished so he could review the work that had been done. We then proceeded to the car and the first thing I said to Jeff was that this couldnt be my car because it looked too good. While I had thought it was minor damage, it showed what a difference could be made by someone who was really talented at making autos look their best. I thanked Jeff and told him how happy I was with the work and the entire experience. If I am ever in need of auto body repair work again, its not even a question who I will return to - Jeff and the team at All Foreign & Domestic Body Shop on Murray Dr. in Stockton! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

My Toyota truck was involved in an auto accident . Through recommendation, came to AFD Body Shop North, The office manager Karina and estimator Jeff were very helpful, and courteous. I was so happy, on the day I pick up my truck, they did such excellent job. I gave them thumbs up, A+.

Karina is one of the best receptionists Ive ever encountered in my entire life. Everytime I called to check up on the status of my vehicle I never waited more then a few seconds on the phone to find anything out. Jeff was great he always updated me on the status of my vehicle and was extremely freindly. Walking in there to actually pick my vehicle up I couldnt even tell anything had happened to the car and I instantly felt welcomed. This was my second trip to have my car fixed after someone else bumped me.This is a second business address of the shop on Navy Dr.On my first trip I was pleasantly suprised and felt a lot of relief - they dealt with the insurance and with the rental company - they made it smooth and easy. So, when I was hit again it was a really easy decision. It is almost easier getting hit than it is dealing with the aftermath, but AFD make it as easy as possible. The communication was straightforward. Justin is pleasant, professional and very helpful. I hope that I dont have to visit again, but if I did - this part of the process will not stress me!

My name is John Gomez using my neice username . I just wanted to comment on Zack from All Foreign and Domestic Auto Body. He assisted me in the process of getting my 2015 GMC Sierra repaired from a damaged side quarter panel. This gentlemen made my whole experience carefree and painless. Zack was on top of things from the get go, from submitting pictures to the insurance company to calling and advising me through the whole step process. I just had to pay my deductible and picked up my truck in less then a week. Please who ever is the owner please commend this individual he is professional, easy going, and personalable.
