Every time I call, 0 calls ahead of me, they proceed to answer and put me back on hold. Typically 15 minute hold times until able to speak with a representative. When dealing with wholesalers, time is money, a few calls to them a week adds up to an expensive company to deal with. Sadly, they are now my last choice. Hopefully someone there gets a handle on this.

Excessive hold times, constantly disconnected. Horrible!
