I wouldve given them four stars for their friendliness and fast work. But, they get three, due to my having to make a second trip to have my fluids, tires and brakes checked. They did not offer or tell me about the $9.99 to check all that I really wanted done. Now, I have to make a second trip and Im sure it wont be $9.99. BUMMER!!!

Very happy!I have a vehicle that is apparently hard to align, it had been to two other places before this with the previous owner. It still pulled to the right. They were able to get my alignment worked out! So awesome! Also love their lifetime alignment package.

Mechanics left oily footprints on the front bumper, handprints on the hood bra of our jeep that were very challenging to wash off.

I made an appointment to change my battery 2 days ago. I get there for my appointment and they dont have the battery and dont know when they will.Its not like I can leave it because I jumped it and drove it. If theyd have told me I could have had someone follow me.Ill just go buy a battery.

This place lied. They said i needed a new compresor and fan. For greater than 1000 dollars total repair. Went to westlane radiators and ac got it fixed for 115 dollars, trust me stay away.

Dont waste your time making an appointment on the computer, they wont see it at the store and will be able to take your vehicle, as long as you can wait three hours. Its 2021, maybe update your system or something.I wont ever go back to this place, its a joke.

I needed an engine oil change and the guy that came out tried to get me to pay for the most expensive option. I asked if there was any other option and he said no. Fast forward, I go to a different location and they told me that my car was using standard engine oil not synthetic and gave me the price that I expected originally. Beware to anyone unfamiliar with cars that wants to come here and make sure to do your own research!

On the phone they told me they have the tire I am looking for but when I went to store they dont have it and the price gone up in 5 minutes. WOW

This place used to be the only place in town. Now, it’s seems like they don’t want customers. The man who works behind the counter is rude and has never smiled, even before masks were mandatory. I’m never coming back. I’d rather get my company vehicle serviced out of town! It’s sad because I try and keepBusiness going in the town I live in. Now I have exceptions.

Ive gone to them twice recently for my car needs and im very happy with the prices and the professional conduct of the workers.

I asked for a simple oil change and almost immediately after leaving the garage my car started to make a wierd noise. The sad part is that every worker acted like it was my fault and ignored my opinion and now I stuck having to go to a seperate garage and having my car assested. Very upset.

The worst service you can ever get from an auto shop, makes you wonder how many customers truly had been lied to about unnecessary service or service that was promised but wasn’t even look at. Top notch auto technicians and great customer service. They took care of my father-in-law whose insurance had his Mini Cooper towed to this Firestone shop so they could run an engine diagnostics and chassis inspection. Spot on diagnostic pinpointed the catastrophic damage from years of neglect that would require an engine replacement or complete bottom/top end rebuild. Anyways after jumping the dead battery for us so we could put the car into neutral they helped us push the car to an open spot on the parking lot to prepare it to be towed on a flatbed back to the house for storage until funds become available for a new motor.Fair pricing on the diagnostic fee- almost half of what Hendricks East Bay Mini dealer is charging plus they’re local for convenience.Bridgestone tires are awesome too. I have the Bridgestone Revo 2’s installed on a lifted GMC Sierra and they blow away the Toyo Open Country’s they replaced for freeway ride and wear evenness.Anderson’s Towing rocks also.P.S. They stored the car overnight until I could drive out there from Oakland to assist my father-in-law with the towing service and explain the mechanics findings. Truly awesome service.

They wanted me to leave the car with them for two hours to replace a battery. Since I was working I wasnt able to do that. It seems ridiculous to have to leave it in order to get a new battery which would take less than 15 minutes.

Been going here for years now primarily for my mothers car. They are trustworthy and always take care of her. Just hard to find reputable shops that dont take advantage of women.

My front tires were wore out, need new tires and alignment services. I stopped by Firestone assuming that the service was booked for the day (Sunday 5/26) due to Memorial weekends. I was amazed that Service Advisor David was able to make it happen on the same day. Now I feel secured to drive my car. Even though I’m Deaf, David was making sure I was aware of what was need to be done. The crew/technician were awesome to make my car safe to drive.

Had appointment, I was on time, was written up right away, quick service, out before I expected. 1/2 hour for oil change and tire rotation. Im a regular customer because they seem to want me to come back. Never had mechanical issues with them.

I needed help adding on a tire to my car and they wont put on spare tires or any tires that dont have a sticker that says its an officially brand new tire! Now I have to drive around town basically on a flat. 🤒😤

Firestone on hammer lane in Stockton is a great place to get your tires. The service technician, Richard Roll on is very knowledgeable in regards to overall auto repairs & trustworthy enough to not sugarcoat the situation. I highly recommend them. The service desk employees are also easygoing & friendly. A+ today..got me 4 firestone new tires with all the perks, alignment & oil change. Saved over 100$..so I threw that in a full tank of gas for the Chevy truck. Jeah!!!😁

Worst customer service!! I went in today to get a simple oil change and they had me waiting for 2 hours! There were 4 employees just lounging around instead of assisting the customer AKA me! As I was waiting, my car wouldnt start and no one would offer any help and just looked at my immobile car and kept stating the obvious- it was dead.. I mean you would think they would atleast offer some help since they specialize in auto care!! My point is, do not bring your car here unless you enjoy bad customer service.

I had a bad experience with someone at another shop puncturing a 200.00 tire. Firestone assured me that they could help. I didnt have cash but was allowed to apply for a Firestone credit card and BOOM! New tire and out the door.

Disappointed they were unable to locate the source of my suspension noise. If you have more than brakes, tires, or oil changes, Im not really sure they are equipped to handle much more than that.

They take way to long and when you get there to pick up your vehicle they tell you it will be done in ten minutes even though its always more like 30-45minutes
