They pulled nail out.No charge.Very professional shop,Clean effientientAll that came in contact with were very helpful and polite.Checked in and within 20 minutes I was done.I need to buy tires from them .This type of service is what I appreciated the most.I recommend this shop to all.

I took my truck to Les Schwab For a tire alignment since I got new tires from Costco. The service manager named Mike greeted me and did the check in process once he came back from getting the plates in the mileage he asked if I had Lane assist in which I declined and said no it does not he says well I notice the cameras on the rearview mirror so it must have it. I said it didn’t have it I bought the vehicle myself I can assure him that since I drive it daily that there is no Lane assist. He reiterated well I guess we’ll see. At that point I should have pulled the vehicle from that serviceBut the problems continued.After approaching 3 hour mark for the service alignment the tech came back and was ready to check me out saying that my vehicle was all done but he was unable to print a copy of the service since the printer ran out. I said no that’s not going to work out for me the whole reason I came here was to provide a reference for the new tires that I had bought in case Costco had any issues. He said well there’s nothing I can do. I’m sure he expected me to leave and pay somehow.But I declined and question how come he could not take a picture or screenshot the image of the reference of the alignment. His face became in awe or shock or both since they mean the same thing. He said he would have to put the vehicle back on the track. He called me back and showed me the computer and I thought I was just going to take a picture but no the vehicle needed additional work on the right rear tireThe tech said he needed to leave to get a special tool to fix the alignment. And I asked weren’t you just going to check me out earlier though. And the service tech said why I want to let you know you’re in the best hands and I’m taking care of it. Again should have stopped the nonsense then. But Iet him fix it.Approaching the four hour mark for the alignment. I finally got my truck back. An lo and behold! He had a copy of the reference table for the alignment that he just performed. So I paid for the alignment and a veteran discount. I certainly think since the manager an other coworkers were assisting this young man to perform this alignment check that theyre all frauds, or accessory to fraud. Not only were they willing to charge for a service that they did not perform. They were going to try to cover it up with a new service tag. I’m not trying to shame Les Schwab but this is abhorrent and disrespectful to any patron past or present. I requested corporate to conduct a full investigation in regards to fraud and will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. Worst shop Period.Update .... corporate never called
Wednesday my wife got a flat tire and ruined sidewall. Knowing the age of the tires I knew that I had to replace 2.I looked up the tires I needed and called the store early that morning and spoke with Damian. He told me they did not have them in stock, but would get them from the Lodi store and would be there in the afternoon.Wednesday afternoon I drove the car, on the midget spare, to the store. Mike came in from the shop and asked how may I help you. I explained that I had talked to someone that morning and was told that tires would be here this afternoon. Mike told me that the tires were still in Lodi. He stated that (here is the strange part) the service truck was out and and he would have them Thursday between 9 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. (seems like a awful long service call for the truck) Mike said he would call me as soon as the tires arrived. (still Thursday)Now it is 4:15 p.m. Thursday afternoon and I called the store to check on the tires. Damian answered and after I asked where are the tires, well you guessed it, Still in Lodi. I am now a bit upset by the bad customer service and asked, NOW DO I HAVE TO WAIT TILL MONDAY?By this time I am ready to go to any other tire store and buy my tires. But having been in Automotive Service myself for 45+ years, I decided to use common sense and logic. So I told Damian to call the Lodi store and hold the 2 tires and I will drive to Lodi and have them sell and install them.Friday morning now, I drive to Lodi ask it they have 2 tires on hold for me. I was told that Damian and called and asked if they had these tires, but did NO ask them to hold for anyone. I had tires installed in less than 45 minutes, by very professional and courteous staff.
I took in my car and they gave me a time it would be ready. It was a simple tire inspection and hours later my car still had not even been taken into a bay. They tell you what you want to hear to get you in then they do not follow through with their promise.
Been going here for years. You will get quality work done and they are honest.

Would easily be a five star because of their honest work, but if you dont have enough staff to do the work, you wind up getting promises of it only taking an hour but it winds up taking hours. The person working on my truck is going back and forth to the front desk checking in people which is taking that person off my service. Its risky constantly being pulled away from a repair because it increases the chances to forget something and try to remember where you last started. What Im saying is, a repair should be done from start to finish without interruption or multiple interruptions.

I went in to have my tire fixed due to 1 nail...Turns out I had 1 nail & 1 screw.Though they were busy & short staffed, they were courteous, professional & quick service.

Second time my friend has had tire trouble at another tire place, wasnt comfortable with the info, so she went ti Les Schwab on Hammer Lane. Both times they fixed the issue (which was not what the other place told her) for FREE!! They have 2 new customers for life.
The staff here is wonderful. We had a bad tire late on a Saturday afternoon. We roll in 30 minutes before closing and they fixed us up and got us on our way. They saved our weekend and we cant thank them enough!

I went in today because I heard a squeaking noise from my rear left tire. After about an hour of wait I was told 1.they dont know why it squeaks 2.they didnt even check because the tires were too old 3. And tried to sell me new tires without any explanation or concern about the original reason I went in. Thanks for nothing guys :/
I had an alignment done on my vehicle about two weeks ago. When I picked up my car it felt like it was pulling to the right a bit. I called and spoke to Justin who informed me that there was a 30-day warranty on the alignment. I took it back in and they fixed it right up!

By far the most amazing service. The lady brunette mechanic with the glasses was so helpful! So today my family and I were traveling for the weekend and we got a flat, I called absolutely everywhere and its 7pm so everyone is closed or closing. I happened to see this place and I walked in told her about my situation, I was 2 hours from my house and 2 hours to my destination at 7pm no one even pep boys were being rude about it. She looked tired I can imagine and probably wanted to close the shop but she said yea pull around and she fixed my tire in less than 7 minutes she was so helpful so kind and service was amazin she wasnt at all rude about it. By far best tire experience Ive ever had. I will forsure be switching to Les Schwab for my tires thank you so much!

These guys are good honest people. I was down on my luck with blowing out my tire but got it replaced in a timely manner. I rarely get flat tires but if I ever get new ones in the future, Im coming back to this joint.

Every time I have come here. I spend close to 3-4 hours. Came one time for a rotation and waited for 2.5 hours and then was told it would be 2 more hours. So I had to leave for work and planned on coming back. this time I come in earlier only now I have a tire leaking air. I spent more than4.5 hours waiting. And had to call into work to tell them I would be late. I only come here because I bought my tires from Les Schwabs and I have warrenty. But next time I buy new tires IT WILL NOT BE AT LES SCHWAB

Worst customer service I have had from going to many different Les Shwabs. Kristal, who helped me was rude and very disrespect could not get a simple tire repair done unless it was a 2 HR wait. Also, from having a company account I tried to give her the name of the account she keep ignoring me because she could not spell the name of the company.

I started hearing a noise while turning and then while backing up in the morning my brakes started squeaking . I knew I needed to bring my car in for repairs.So when I saw Les Schawb I pulled in. I spoke to the manager John. Who took it for a test drive and an hour later, he was calling my name at the counter.He told me, they looked at everything and the only thing they could find wrong was my tires were all under inflated. Which they filled. And I was presented with the bill. No charge. John you are an honest man. And Les Schawb will have my business forever.I was so excited when I left, I took my car out for an oil change. Ladies take your cars to Les Schawb. Where you are sure you wont be cheated. And ask for John.

I was dumb to come here. A simple break pad change on a newer car and they will not give prices or estimates over the phone. They temp you with a free inspection and act like it will be a few minutes but here in here over 2 hours and still waiting. Never a again!

I was traveling to L.A and stopped at this les schwab because i noticed my breaks shake when applying pressure. Not sure what it was i took it to les schwabb. Since they have always been good to me. They said everthying was amazing on my car. I asked if it was the rotors they said no. They lied stating it was un even break ware. I got to L.A and the mechanic to me it was my rotors and that my breaks were fine. Yea some professionals. Its scary with your family in the car and breaks acting up
