Car came as promised and price agreed upon. Delivered to my house for my convenience. Great service since there are shady dealers out there these days. I live in the bay area and it was well worth using this dealership
If you have been shopping for a super duty you already know they are scarce. I ended up at Big Valley Ford in Stockton. Chris the sales manager went above and beyond to make sure i was happy great guy . Got what i was looking for and paid a good price for it as well which was awesome with all the dealers trying to gouge you because of the high demand and low supply . They also were very fair if not generous on the trade in offer. Gave them all my info over the phone so when i arrived it was a fairly fast process. Great overall experience would definitely buy from them again.
Mark is an awesome guy! He shot me straight, gave a fair price on the trade in, and helped me build the truck I need! Theyve earned a long term customer!
Great Service always for our vehicles and the thing I appreciate the most is the honesty in what we need and dont need. You can rest assured that you will be taken care of at Big Valley Ford Service Dept!
We worked with Fred Gates, Internet Sales Manager, to purchase a car. He was very helpful and responsive, making the process very smooth and easy. We had a great experience with the dealership and will definitely do business with them again.
We ordered our truck, and everything was exactly what what we requested. The General manager, Sales manager, and sales representative were top notch our experience was excellent. This will be our 3 vehicle from Big Valley FordThank youEric, General ManagerChris, Sales ManagerRony Sales RepresentativeThank you againThe Lablanc’s
Do not use this place for repairs. They will try and rip you off. I dropped my 2020 GT 500 off December 2020 it sat there till the end of April 2021. I get a call after that it is done almost 5 later. At about 4PM they close at 5PM I was happy the car was done but I live a hour and half away and would not make it there till about 15 minutes after they close. They said they would have some one meet me to let me pick up my car. I was told to bring my $1000 dollar deductible and I can get my car. I did, 1000 in cash in 20s. 50 of them banded up. I got there about 15 minutes after they closed. A man came out to parking lot were my car was had my keys and paperwork. I handed him my 1000 dollars he handed me my paper work and keys. I took the car home. 2 days later I had brought it back it was not running right. They said they fixed it. Brought it back again they said it was low on fluid. The car was never right again. So months and months later they are trying to charge me the $1000 again. The 1000 I already paid. Jennifer from billing said I need to pay or they are going to turn it over to collections. I asked if they could look over there security cameras I was told no it was my responsibility to show I paid. If I didnt pay how did I get my car back? Is it normal for you guys to let a customer take back there 100,000 dollar Cobra Mustang with out paying? If I didnt pay how come I brought my car back multiple times afterwards and nothing was said then? I sold the car because it was not right it had less than 2000 miles on it. I gave all the paper work of the repairs to the new owners so I have no proof of payment now and I am told to bad so sad by Jennifer in billing. You need to pay. Why do I have to pay twice because of Fords mess up. Instead of paying them again I rather contest this in court. Thanks Big Valley Ford and Jennifer from billing another job not well done.
I usually enjoy my experience at this Ford dealership. We got my 2017 Ford Fusion here. Their service is always 5 stars. However, I recently went in for an oil change which usually comes with multi point inspection and tire rotation.I arrive home and notice that my front right tire (which is a diff brand from the rest of my tires) has not changed. Granted I did have a flat tire over a year and a half ago, but the last time I got my oil change, the Ford employee asked if they wanted me to rotate the other 3 and leave the front right alone (I said yes because I understood the tire was newer). This time, they did not ask. I’m not sure if they rotated my tires at all or just the 3. They made no note in the report. The “comments” also said “placed new service due sticker” but there is no sticker on my car windshield so now I do not know when to go in for the next service or at what miles. I’ll have to estimate around 5-7k but it really is an inconvenience.
Overall satisfied.Had me nervous as there were some problems on getting external loan through them that I have not experienced before when buying a car. Still not through but seems to be moving along. Again the APR and rate I received was really good (likely unmatchable) and dont want to lose it and do not want to owe money to anyone but the bank. Was nervous about it affecting credit or the dealership coming back on me for some reason. The finance personnel are working the issue.I love the vehicle I purchased and am comfortable with the deal after purchase, just want the paperwork and finance to go through as I do not want to have continued issues and be on my way.
It was a no pressure, no nonsense experience. I needed a truck quick and they gave me a fair price. It was worth the hour and a half drive to get up there.
The salesman was very friendly and respectful of my time.. They were not pushy and listened to what I was searching for in a truck. Overall, I would definitely recommend Big Valley Ford to others.
We reserved a Mustang Mach-E in Dec 2019, converted into an order in last July, and received a build date of Feb 2021 last Nov. With the pandemic things got off to a slow start, but once Ford notified us the build was done we started interacting almost weekly with Big Valley to prepare. Tim, Eric, and Ty were great about keeping us informed and having everything ready when the car finally arrived. All the financing was straight-forward and no hidden mark-ups or fees. They also beat all the used car buying services on our trade-in. If we had to do it all over, we wouldnt hesitate.
My parents who were pre approved through their credit union went in to do their lease buy out. Someone from finance gave them such a hard time to get the information the credit union was asking for (odometer reading). He kept asking for their social security number saying he had to run it, even though they were already pre approved. My parents went back a second time and still no one would give them what they needed. I went in with them yesterday spoke to the finance man James who tried to tell us the same thing. He needed their SS numbers even though they were pre approved. We asked for the GM Eric, he came over and helped us but told us that ultimately they have my parents SS number in the system. So I asked why did James keep insisting on getting it from them?? After repeating several times my dad just came from dialysis he’s in the car sleep we just need the odometer reading and final price of the car so they can take it to the credit union James finally gave it to us. This was the worse experience we have ever dealt with. My parents have bought several cars from this particular dealership over the years and they will never go back again. What horrible customer service!
I went to this dealership in October to purchase my first car based off recommendations from my parents who were long time customers. Issues started happening, the car idled really hard but I had faith the dealership wouldn’t put a car on the lot that wasn’t up to standards. The panoramic sunroof got stuck open and my daughter and I spent hours getting it closed manually. Engine light kicked on and now the engine needs to be replaced. 6 months and 5,000 miles later, a new engine! I called Ford to see what my options were. I called and left multiple messages for their genera sales manager, Eric Bees. NO ONE has bothered to answer nor return my calls. It’s obviously that they know they sold me a bad car. They don’t even have the common courtesy or respect to give me a call back. I’m a single mother who heavily relies on her vehicle. Now I’m stuck with a lemon and a 20k loan.
Service mindset. They truly provide 5 star service. Work was completed in time quoted. Had multiple technicians doing the service to minimize wait time. Even washed vehicle.
My first experience and it was so good because they did so early and give me good deal.
Called today to get the keyless entry code for my car. The girl on the phone said it would cost $150 because the car had to be hooked up to a computer. Well I decided to do my own research and found that this lady was a liar. The code on a fuse box behind the steering wheel. This makes me sick! Scantless and low l.
After being a technician here for 2 years I know that a multi point inspection consists of topping off all fluids and if we didnt have a part, we would notify the service advisor and then they would either get the part or notify the customer. 133 dollars later I got my vehicle serviced and then 2 days later Im out of coolant.
Efficient, good resources, know their business vey well.
Been receiving letters and postcards to change out the airbags for safety. Finally got it done. Eric is an excellent representative for Ford. He came out to my home to replace it. Kudos to Eric for a job well done, and being courteous. Mahalo (thank you) Eric.
Everyone knows that buying/leasing a car can be a daunting task, but Rony Shahbaz was amazing! Very nice and patient with my requests. They didnt have exactly what I was looking for and he took the time to find the model/color that I wanted. He even went to pick it up himself for me, and then showed me how to sync up with all the new technology. It was worth the long drive (then you get the nice long drive back in your new car). Highly recommend buying/leasing your next vehicle here.
I purchased a 2016 Ford Fusion Titanium from Big Valley Ford, on Thursday, May 4, 2017. This vehicle was a dealer car (never sold, never registered) with very low miles. My experience with this dealership was like two sides of the same coin.My presale dealings with Big Valley was excellent. Jason and Geoff from the Internet Sales Department were great. They were polite, attentive, and responsive. This changed during my purchase of the car and after the sale was completed. I drove from Apple Valley, CA to Big Valley Ford in Stockton, CA, a journey of over 370 miles each way, to purchase this vehicle. The day before my drive, Geoff emailed me to ask what time I would be there, so he could have the car “ready for me”.When I arrived, the car was far from ready. It was filthy. The car has a white leather interior - there was dried ketchup or BBQ sauce on the passengers front seat. I was able to clean it off with a good leather cleaner. The car was packed in between two other cars, and the salesman who had been driving the car was still getting his stuff out of the car. I inspected the car as best I could, and then was herded off to the sales room floor by Geoff, while the car was detailed for delivery.Turns out that during my inspection I missed where the passenger’s side rear tire and wheel had impacted a curb more than once. While the wheel damage was troubling, the tire’s sidewall has missing chunks of rubber, and has a fairly substantial crack in it. This situation really concerned me because Geoff knew I had my six-year old daughter with me. Why would a dealer sell a car with tire damage? When you complete the paperwork for your purchase, Big Valley makes you sign a paper that says you will work with them to resolve any issues. This being said, I called Geoff and Jason about the wheel and tire issue approximately 24 hours (Friday) after I purchased the car. I never received a call back from them. On Sunday, May 7, 2017 - 3 days after my purchase of the vehicle, I sent Geoff and Jason an extensive email with pictures of the wheel and tire in question. I was ignored. On 05/17/2017 at 12:17pm I called Jesus, the Sales Manager to discuss this issue. It is now 05/22/2017 and I have still not received a call, or email from Geoff, Jason, or Jesus.Spoke with Steve Kubitz, the Big Valley Ford Lincoln General Manager on 05/24/2017. He apologized for the miscommunications and issues I had with the tire and wheel, and for the condition of the car when I arrived at the dealer. I was paid for a new tire very quickly.MORE HIDDEN DAMAGE!! On June 12, 2017, I was cleaning the car and found a huge hole in the carpet on the drivers’ side. It was hidden under the floor mat. It is now Aug 31, 2017, I’ve spoken to and emailed Geoff to get this issue resolved, with no results. Even the service manager at my local Ford dealer has called them multiple times and we are ignored. It is in your best interest not to buy a car from this dealership.
This is dealership has a collision repair department full of dishonest and very selfish people who have zero intentions to help the customer. I was referred to big valley ford’s repair shop by my insurance company AAA to get an estimate on my car that was hit by a drunk driver. My vehicle seems to have suspension and frame damage below the front bumper but the adjuster who was creating an estimate tells me they cannot lift my car to create a thorough estimate unless I chose this shop to do my repairs. If did not get my car repaired here, they will only do a visual inspection and create a rough estimate which might not be accurate. She pretty much indirectly implied that I must use this shop. This is not only immoral but also illegal, you cannot force a customer to use any particular repair shop, the customer can chose any shop, or not chose a shop at all if they want to perform the repairs himself. This adjuster was not only wrong, she was also extremely defensive when I confronted her. She was making remarks such as “this is how body shops operate”.....I was shocked. Please take your business elsewhere. Me or my entire family will not buy, repair, or service any of our vehicles here in the future.
This does a nice job on cars but to pick it up is will take forever I would not get a car form Ford if I have to come here to fix it but that the only thing that’s wrong with it everything else is fine
BVF is by far the VERY BEST Ford dealership on CA. I have been working with Steve, Darlene, and Doug in commercial fleet sales for many years. You just wont find better people. My youngest daughter Jane seen in the picture with me in front of our latest truck purchase told Steve today that she is going to come and buy a truck from him when she turns 16.
Guys were not helpful and acted like they didnt want me to buy the vehicle I wanted so I walked. Didnt even wanna give me my military discount or ford loyalty customer discount.
Yes everyone is very friendly, but recently my elderly mother bought a used escape . Very nice vehicle. So I got in it a few days later and saw the check engine light on. Called to tell them. Took two weeks for the appointment. Turns out to be something big, now cant get a hold of someone to help theres no way my mom is buying a vehicle with a check engine light on are you kidding me.
Ask for Juan! He’s an OG and made my F150 purchase painless and quick!
Great service and appreciate the assistance of Fred Gates @ Big Valley Ford
I took my RV to Big Valley Ford for the check engine light that kept coming on. I had my GPS tracker plugged into the OBD port. The OSB port is needed for code scanning. In the past for service at other dealers, the tracker had been unplugged for code reading, then replugged when I picked the RV up. Unfortunately the tracker was missing this time when dealing with Big Valley Ford. I called them to ask where it was and was told the mechanic didn’t recall unplugging it and didn’t think there was one when brought in. I informed him the last GPS reading showed it still in the RV when silvered and losing signal at Big Valley Parts Department. Upon sending the screen shot I had, the service manager, Calvin Thomas, contacted me to inform me that Big Valley does not accept responsibility for “stolen” items. Calvin said they are located in a high traffic area and anyone could have “stolen” my GPS tracker. Calvin then suggested I file a police report for my $200 missing tracker. I asked him why my RV was left open and accessible in an area known to them to have potential for theft, why a thief would only take my GPS tracker, yet leave my iPhone charging cable, and backup camera monitor suction cupped to the windshield. He then confirmed again that Big Valley Ford takes NO responsibility for lost or stolen items, even if it’s by their own employees .... Highly disappointed with their lack of responsibility for an item obviously lost or misplaced by their own mechanic!
I have purchased multiple cars from this ford dealer, from different sales people over the past 7 years, as well has my family,as we purchased our company vehicles from here. We have purchased new and used cars. Every single car from here as had an issue from service to car malfunctions. Our recent purchase of a used van had issues of brake noise the next morning after purchase. So I messaged the sales and informed him of the issue, after a week of noise persistence, the finally made an appointment for me to have it looked at. It took from 9am to 4:30pm to look at it and test drive, when informed that they wanted to keep the van till the next day I asked if I could have a rental since I need to go to work the next day. I was called back 20 mins later saying that everything was all fixed and could come get the van. The next day the noise returned called and informed them I would be taking van to a third party shop to have a diagnosis. The third party shop changed brake and disc which solved the issue. Have yet to hear a noise for the past three weeks. The disk had heat wear, and was told the pads that were on van previously were extremely cheap and most like the cause of the noise and the were to the disc. I do not see why this issue could not be solved at the certified dealer where I purchased the van from. So buyer beware, they have cheap cars, you will need to check car with fine tooth comb dont be afraid to as to take to a third party mechanic to have it checked if serious about buying. I though I had it covered after purchasing from them for so long, but they had be tricked once again.
Initially I was hoping to leave with a 250$ payment, and a 700 down payment, and I have no credit history. Although at first I was turned down . I was then accepted by a second bank for a 357$ payment and 2000 . Which I was fine with, I then when right when I was going to get called into finance, I was told that FORD accepted me to finance me and with 2000$ down my payments would be 250$!! Which is great and in my budget . Without the recommendation from Andrew and help I got from him initially I wouldnt havent even have came into the dealership so I recommend you guys use him as your sales rep 100% and all the help I got from Daniel since Andrew had family plans prior to me coming in . I give both Daniel & Andrew a 10/10, and recommend them both, also the manager Chuck is a really nice guy !. Thank you guys so much .
We had our motorhome serviced on 3/17/2021. This included servicing the transmission with fluid & filter change. Now the transmission drain plug leaks fluid. You would think that there would be a torque value to be reached, or that the drain plug should be replaced at every servicing.
It is unfortunate I have to write a bad review based on the doings of the back office at Big Valley Ford. I actually liked my experience at Big Valley Ford purchasing my truck and really like my new truck. My issue comes from the fact that it has been 2 weeks since I traded in my previous truck and they still have not paid off my loan. Now I am stuck in a situation where I either make the next payment or I potentially am reported to the Credit Agencies for having missed a payment. I should not have to track this down and make sure that Big Valley Ford follows through with their obligations. Let me say that they were quite quick to cash my check (same day) but not pay what is due on behalf of their customers. In business you are only as good as your word and when I am told they will take care of the payoff as part of the transaction and then I am stuck following up to make sure it happens that does not leave a good taste in your mouth. I waited two weeks to give them a grace period but in the world of loans where every day accrues interest it shouldnt take 2 weeks to get it done.I also noticed the owner doesnt comment much on negative feedback which is also a telling sign of how management operates. Quick to take credit for the praises and disregards the honest feedback. I hope you guys turn it around cause having a good front office operation is the hard part which I thought went well there. Back office support is just doing your job and looking out for your customers. Also, fulfill your obligation and pay off my loan please.
So my previous review was 5 stars and now I really want to only give 2. I am giving 3 out of fairness to My previous service advisor David Rapier. I have had several thousand dollars worth of repairs done at this ford because David always told me that I got 2 years parts and service warranty on the work and it could be done anywhere in the US as long as it was a a Ford dealership with a service department. The last repair involved my air conditioning. Now 5 months after the work Istarted having trouble with air. David has been gone from Ford possibly due to the Pandemic and now I learn that I can only get the warranty done at that ford. I now spend more of my time in another state and they couldnt get it in the week I am back. My husband and I are getting ready to but a new car and for the first time in 20 years it wont be a Ford. It seems that the Ford promise means nothing. I would recommend going anywhere else for work you need done.
Bought my new Fusion Hybrid last week. I am so happy with salesperson Norma, who took great care of my needs and in helping me find the most beautiful vehicle as well. The Rich Copper color is amazing and I get compliments on a daily basis. I love all of the Tech features and the seats are super comfortable, which was really important to me. I need to mention that my gas mileage has been excellent, so far averaging around 48 mpg city and 45 highway. I couldnt be happier with my sales experience (many thanks to Brent Fox and the finance staff as well). Thank you Big Valley Ford!
Bought a used F-150 from Big Valley Ford a couple weeks ago. I had issues with one of the tires and the key however Jennifer in customer relations saved the day. She was able to get me a new key and solve my tire issue. She made herself very easy to contact and solved all of my concerns. She is excellent at her job and I would recommend buying a vehicle here especially if you get the pleasure of dealing with Jennifer.
Great dealership. Clean, and such friendly, honest people. I had the pleasure of dealing with Christine Clevenger and it was one of the best service experiences ever. So thorough, detailed, professional. They did more than expected and even left my car cleaner than when it came in. Highly recommended!!!
Great place - my Service Advisor Mike Campos does a great job...
Efficient and timely.
The best of the best ask for Ronny! No rush everyone is very friendly. I highly recommend! Will be coming back for our next lease!!
8/8/16I am an educator that had a positive experience with Big Valley Ford/Lincoln. While I mostly rate the whole experience a close 5, I am giving a 4 star review as there were a few things that took place that gave me the sense that I was in a financial caste system. The original car that I wanted was just a little out of my reach because I wouldnt give them a down payment, even though I made it clear what my terms and conditions were from the beginning due to pre-approved financing before my arrival. So the compromise is that I took my second choice, which of course I absolutely adore, so there was no room to lose out in that situation other than the dealership running my credit under Lincoln and Big Valley when I already was approved via Capital One.OK...Fine!It is a great 2015 MKZ/ or Lincoln Zephyr. The color was not initially my first choice but I like it. While I preferred the panoramic moon roof, I work with kids and the idea of someone or something shattering my glass roof made me sweat bullets. So my demure and unassuming moonroof is the perfect compromise.Speaking of compromise, Alejandro was my salesman and he did a great job in helping me recognize that it was a compatible car with everything I wanted. I had test driven many cars in the last few months: Honda, Hyundai, Dodge Charger, Acura, Cadillac. I had several Mkx and Mkz models saved in my search. While I originally wanted a hybrid, the 2.4 liter engine just didnt have enough horsepower for me and the responsiveness of the engine is not what I wanted. Sure it was great, but it felt like its teeth were chiseled down.Since I had driven a Charger that was minimum 300hp, I knew I needed some kind of strength under the hood or I would have buyers remorse. Alejandro helped me to see that this MKZ actually satisfied everything I wanted in a car, save a 8 cylinder HEMI. HA! Knowing the HEMI would probably help me earn my first speeding ticket, This MKZ managed to be the ultimate compromise without giving up so much that I walk away feeling unfulfilled with my choice. The MKZ strikes a balance between nimble strength and elegant styling. The car has a 3.7 liter engine, has a comfortable interior and all of the technology necessary to make my car driving experience worth the monthly payments. My cellphone links to the entertainment system. I got 3 months of Satellite radio, and the dealer washed the car and changed the oil.I separate my experience with the salesman from the overall corporate umbrella of Ford. The powers that be ran my credit more than I authorized, opted not to tint my windows, you know, to keep the heat out in this vicious Stockton/Central Valley climate. However, Alejandro came to my job to get my car to give it and oil change and car wash and left his own car for me to make it to the dealership. So while I give the whole experience only 4 stars, Alejandro Alex Lopez gets 5 stars for great customer service, support and attentiveness to details.I absolutely recommend Big Valley. But maybe go on the weekend and bring some suspicious and picky relatives and friends with you. I was silly enough to go at night after work.LOL!Everything worked out fine and I am happy overall. I am simply including the not so pretty details so that you have more information in which to make an informed decision.Edit/Update 11/22/17The best part of the experience has been Jacqueline Alfiche, the concierge extraordinaire. No matter how big or small any issue has been, Ms. Alfiches approach has been supportive, informative and courteous while being the very definition of professional. So anytime I think I see anything that may not be right, Alfiche gets the job handled with grace and integrity. If there is anything wrong, my pre-certified warranty covers it, and 99% with a rental that is part of the deal. Its been nearly 18 months and I can now sincerely say how happy I am with the whole package that is Big Valley Ford.
Quick Lane was great.
These people are jokes. Wish I could put zero stars because that’s how bad this dealership is. They lied to me and scammed me. They told me my down payment was only 1,000 and that I got approved for the car I wanted. Then after I had the car for 2 weeks, they told me the down payment was actually 2,000. I called the bank and asked them why they changed the down payment on me, and the bank told me that they do not change down payments. Also they said that I was never approved with only 1,000 down, it was always 2,000. So Ford lied to me. Don’t trust these people. They are the most dishonest people in the business. They’ll do anything to get a sale. They’ll lie and tell you anything so that they could get a sale from you. Well these people didn’t fool me. I’m appalled that a dealership would do this to a first time buyer like me. Best believe I am telling the Better Business Bureau and filing a complaint about this. Also, some of the sales representatives are super rude and unprofessional. The only cool salesperson is Geoff. He’s awesome. Everybody else are mean and dishonest people. Do not go here unless you want to be lied to.
I went to Big Valley with Charger related issue for my Hybrid and Clint in the service department was a great help and very friendly. Great Service!
Salesman, Aaron, was cool. No pressure but answered my questions. They made the buying experience easy. Financing was no problem. It took a couple weeks to get the installation authorized for factory navigation system, but parts have been ordered and gotta wait until they arrive before they can make appointment for work to be done. If this is standard procedure for upgrades, I understand,, but it seems like they could have told me that it would probably be about a month before it was actually done.As regarding the car, I am loving it. 2017 with 22000 miles. Everything works like new.seems to be getting good milage
Never buying another Ford again. Purchased a 2018 mustang from this dealership. Process was quick and painless. Unfortunately at 6k miles the transmission failed to the point the tires locked up while driving. Instead of replacing the transmission they chose to rebuild it even when they had never seen this failure before and did not know what caused it. I get the car back it doesnt feel right and a month later it is leaking transmission fluid at fast rate. Ford wont tow it that far and the dealer says not to drive it. Got it back after they repaired the transmission instead of replacing it and still doesnt feel right. Unfortunately every time I needed to get this car fixed it has been a hassle. Big Valley tried their best to help me out by getting me a rental since Ford corporation would not. Now Im stuck in a new car that doesnt feel right. Never again will I buy a Ford. Ford corporation needs to change they dont care about their customers. Big Valley Ford did seem to try to help but they still kept choosing to repair something that should be replaced.
I thank Big valley ford for the good customer service... Bob the sales rep. Was very, very nice and helpful and he answered all my questions about my new truck
They have good cars but there cars dont have spare tires very bad thing. There sales people are excellent. Aaron is awesome people at the stockton ford motor
THANK YOU BIG VALLEY FORD FOR SOLVING MY ISSUE! NORMA HINOJOSA AND ERIC BEAS BENT THEIR BACKS BACKWARDS TO FIX THE SITUATION AND ACTED VERY PROFESSIONAL! THANK YOU
Gave us the best price and best trade in.Tim our salesman was also our finance manager.Had us pre approved. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes.Just awsome
This place took great care of me when I bought my F150. The Salesmen Joe and Edwardo helped me out, and were not high pressure at all. This dealer seems to be a high volume dealership so they do not pressure you at all, but truly help you find exactly what you are looking for. I had the pleasure of speaking with the sales manager Brent and GM Steve and they were all great, very personable and went out of their way to make sure my wife and I were properly taken care of. The whole experience all the way till the end dealing with the woman in finance (forgot her name, sorry) . She helped us with a great deal with a Ford Factory additional warranty. Great place to work with. If their service department is Half as good as their sales department, I will be very pleased.
Great customer service best i have had hands down. Klent Ymbol was super informative and had a great attitude and customer service. The leadership at valley Ford made a great decision with this employee. Overall great service i will definitely be coming back for all my service needs!
The salesman i had was great. The Dealership and staff got me great ride. Paperwork done and out of there under 2 hrs. I will buy another vehicle from BIG VALLEY FORD. THANK YOU.
If you are in the market to buy a new truck and you live somewhere within a reasonable driving distance of Stockton, get yourself to Big Valley Ford. Heres why. Selection - they have a really large inventory so you can look at everything you might want to consider. Service - they have a really strong service department (my company takes our fleet vehicles there for service) so you can expect reliable, affordable work on your truck. Savings - I did my homework and spoke with 4 different dealerships before I brought my checkbook to Big Valley Ford. Do your homework and you will too.
I would like to recognize sales consultant Alejandro Lopez for his outstanding patience and knowledge of vehicles. He really took the time to explain every detail of the Lincoln Navigator L. Although I did not purchase the vehicle, his patients, courtesy and knowledge is something that should be recognized. If you want to talk to an honest sales consultant, go see Alejandro at Big Valley Ford in Stockton.
My experience at valley ford was awesome !!!! I bought a used mustang, it was really easy to go in and negotiate a price quickly. Ask for Tim really cool guy, they can make it happen here !!!! Thanks Tim
I was able to trade my old car in and get a nice used 2019 model. The whole process took about 3-4 hours after waiting for the paperwork so Id recommend bringing something to do while you wait.
Just met the worst salesperson ever. I was there today to buy a new car, everything was going smooth and fine but when I went to negotiate the deal with the guy who was handling the deal, his name was Aaron, took my negotiation and told me to stay in my lane assuming my financial status and If could afford the car or not. He showcased a scene of hatred towards me and my family due to his preconceived notion. If you hire or keep employees like him, then there is no hope of you getting good customers. He was also very unapologetic for his behaviors and showed arrogance and ignorance for losing business. Overall this experience was a very horrible one. Would not recommend anyone to go to this dealership.
Klent Ymbol helped me out with my 2015 Ford focus. He handled it professionally and in a timely matter. If you need anything looked at hes the man to go see. Ill be returning to yall with future mechanical needs.
We have purchased several vehicles from Big Valley Ford and have always taken advantage of the excellent service we receive. Having our car serviced at Big Valley Ford is convenient and we always feel appreciated by everyone involved. Damien has become our friend and is always ready to help with any questions or concerns we may have.
We bought a 2017 Ford Fusion Plug-in Hybrid (Titanium). We absolutely love the car! It just glides down the road...very comfortable and luxurious for a great price. We plug it in at home...~22 miles on electricity (which covers most of our local, in-town trips); and then over 500 more miles on the gas engine when we need it.Craig Barrett was also wonderful to work with as our Ford salesman. We had a 5-star experience at Big Valley!
I buy all my cars here... Earl in sales is truly... um... an experience!! He is honest tho (I know... right.... honest car salesman??!!!)Pretty much EVERYONE there has a good attitude and treat you like your business is appreciated!! I know.... everyone has horror stories but I have yet to hear any from the many people I have referred here over the years 👍
They had the vehicle i wanted at a fair price. i did need a little help with one item and Jennifer Christensen, their Client Experience Manager, was very helpful in getting done what was needed.
Big Valley Ford has been great dealing with and made the purchase of my new Ford F-150 easy and pleasant, great people to work with! Thank you Big Valley Ford!
Always friendly and ready to help!Have been buying cars here since 2010!Love Big valley Ford of Stockton!
Jared provided excellent customer service! The process was smooth and painless. He was very helpful is finding the exact transit van we needed for Hawk Heating and Air. We will definitely be returning customers as our business grows!
Excellent service department and sales
The quick lane isnt quick. Ill work out a time where it will be convenient for me to have my maintenance plan oil change completed. Once the plan is done I will be going somewhere else. The Honda dealer with my other car knows how to set their hours, manage a customer service center, and maintain a proper business model.
The service I needed was performed in a timely fashion and the final bill was within $5 of the estimate. The service writers are very friendly and helpful. Their shuttle took me home and picked me up. The driver, Jeff, is a good guy, enjoyable to chat with while driving. All in all, another excellent service experience from Big Valley Ford.
I am just amazed! My 2nd time in for service. Other dealers have completed most of the service. They are MY SERVICE CENTER FROM NOW ON.. I would like to send praise to the management. It starts from the top, what I found was happy, honest people trying to help me & NOT OVER SELL or TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ME, telling me I need extra services and costs.Your biggest fan, thank you again
First time visit. Exceeded expectations. Made an appointment for first thing on Thursday morning. Damion walked me through the check-in process quickly and efficiently. He called me before lunch, clearly explained the problem and informed me that they had to order a part. The part wouldnt arrive until the following morning so we agreed that it made sense to just leave the car overnight (as I didnt need the car that day) and then hed have one of the staff work on the car first thing in the am. The following morning the work was completed right away. The shuttle picked me up (many thanks Jeff!) and returned me to the dealer, where I was quickly checked out and my car pulled around. Great service and communication, with a shuttle home and then back to the shop. Will def. use this shop again.
Great experience, from the time i pulled my car into the service line.. Everything was explained to me on what was happening, how long the wait, which was not long at all.Came in for a oil change..I also noticed they kept everyone else informed on their vehicles. Everyone was actually happy when they were leaving. VERY organized! Loved it!
This dealership will lie to your face, sell you stuff they have no idea how to install or maintain, and once they make the sale they dont give two craps about you anymore. We bought a brand new 2018 car from them which was supposed to have all kinds of cool features. The day we bought it they said they were missing a part to have it all activated and we would have to come back in a week to have it installed. Here we are 3 months later and still nothing. We sat in their dealership for 4 hours on Saturday only to be told they still cant get it to work. Avoid this place at all costs, if you want to buy a Ford do it from another dealership!
I recently took my 2013 Ford Flex to Big Valley Ford for the first time. I had a check engine light on and had no idea why. An appointment was available right away. David was awesome! The work was completed within the time frame provided, under the quoted amount and the shuttle service allowed me to get some holiday shopping done while I waited.I highly recommend the service department at Big Valley Ford in Stockton for any service needs. Ask for David.
I have had my 2012 F350 serviced at Big Valley Ford twice. I have worked with David and Michael at the service desk. Both of them were courteous and helpful.David was much more attentive and supportive of my need for details on the work completed. He helped me understand the service notes on the invoice. He even took an extra minute to consult with the mechanics to ensure I was getting the right information. The shuttle driver is great to ride with (Jeff?). He was prompt and courteous and remember me from previous rides.Having just had my truck in for service this week, I am happy with Big Valley Ford. Ill be calling them again since my check engine light just came on yesterday, not sure it is related to any work they completed or just a sensor going bad. Well see if the pattern of service continues.
My experience with Big Valley Ford in Stockton, CA was above my normal experiences dealing with car shops. Everything went better than normal especially since I was there for recalls They looked after the recalls. When it was time to know what they had done it was explained and all I had to do is sign the invoice which showed no costs. The recall was just part of the work, they checked out the serious components, like brakes etc. while the car was there. The person who looked after my car, Michael, made the whole experience one to remember.
I brought my Ford Edge in for maintenance and was greeted by their friendly valets. The service lounge where I waited was comfortable. I took advantage of free WiFi and USB ports that are located in their chairs. My service advisor Mike was very thorough in reviewing the vehicle check up report with me. I was in and out quickly with the convenient evening appointment. Definitely a 5 STAR establishment!Thank you Big Valley Ford Service DepartmentJennifer
It all started back in 08 when my husband got me a ford focus, the best car ever! I had this car for a few years and it was awesome my car never broke down on me, then I got another car and trade it in, and now I just got a Ranger. Juan and Brad help us they were awesome super nice and friendly...Thanks guys!!
I would give 0 stars if I was able. Worst service I have ever had in my life! Brought it in for a turbo issue and timing chain issue. They ended up having to replace the water pump, and the alternator. They also destroyed my battery fried the Amp to my stereo and I had to pay out of pocket for them. They took over 3 months to even get that far. I left refusing to allow them to even touch my truck any further with having to be jump started. You couldnt pay me to let them work on my truck again! If any of the work they have performed on my truck fails while under warranty, I will take it to ANY other Ford dealership to have the warranty work handled. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! Its not just me either, 2 of my friends have had similar experiences as well as a family member come to find out after the fact.
Thank you Izzy and Morgan for a wonderful experience on landing me on, what I think, is a Lincoln dream car, no doubt. My past and present experiences from Big Valley Ford has been your aim to please of saving me time and money. Thank you again for making a buying experience of buying a car pleasant once again. RC LeBeau.
This is our second purchase from Big Valley Ford in less than two years. This one is a awesome, top of the line, blacked out Explorer Sport. Once again... a great car purchase experience. No pressure, best price and everything is explained clearly. Brad was our salesman this time and he made sure all our questions were answered and went to bat for us to get the price. Big Valley Ford treated us like a freind both times.
Exceptional customer service. I went in for a radiator leak, it took a little longer than expected because they had to bring in an inspector, so I was without a vehicle. David Rapier in service took great care of me, he put me in a very nice courtesy vehicle, and kept me updated on the status of my truck daily. Great job and thank you!
We dealt mostly over the phone. Martin our sales rep was always professional and was very helpful throughout the entire process. Signing the papers with the finance dept was fast and easy. We never felt any pressure to buy any extras. Although we did get the maintenance package which was a good idea and savings in the long run. Great experience!
Im a very satisfied customers I have never had a problem that they could not take care of they will bend over backwards if they need to, too gets the job done. Thats what DONNIE did for me when I went in for tiers. From sales to service they have taken good care of me and my Escape I would like to say thank you to everyone at Big Valley Ford for their great work and caring for keeping your customers frist.
My last service was not nothing to crow about. They told me my battery cranking was low and I probably needed a new battery, but I pointed out the battery was replaced two months ago. Service adviser went to check on it and had the mechanic redo the test and found the battery was just fine. Were they trying to rip me off and sell me a new battery? He also mentioned there was an oil leak, I had to prod and ask questions like how bad is it? Where is it? Seems like they were trying to shove me out the door while I was still trying to ask questions.Update 7/24/19 Big Valley Ford contacted me and we discussed my negative review pertaining to my service. Ford contacting me made me feel at ease, they wanted to get my personal input. In other words they listened to me and at the end of the phone call, I had my confidence restored in them. I would like to add that anytime you are not happy with your service or you feel the service adviser is not helping you, listening to you, or working with you to resolve something, before you jump on Google to write a negative review, go talk to a service manager or anyone that can point you in the right direction and get it resolved. I am happy with the resolution of my problem. 5 stars with the way they handled it.Update 9/19/19 Big Valley Ford replaced the short block in my 2014 Fusion. They paid for my rental, awesome service and did a good job getting my car back on the road.
Great dealership. My family has bought over a dozen vehicles from this dealership since the 80s. Just bought an RS at a very reasonable price. Didnt try to price gouge like all the other local dealerships. Staff was super friend and even put on the warriors game.
Yesterday I bought my 5th car at Big Valley Ford, this speaks for itself. I used their online services to buy this car and Mr. Fred Gates made the whole process fairly painless and rather fun communicating with me via text as I cant be on the phone while teaching. The entire transaction took all of 40-45 minutes. Thanks to all for making my wifes Valentines day gift possible.
I am a returning customer, owning 3 Fords. A Windstar, 4 door Fiesta and a 5 door Hatchback Fiesta. Yesterday 2/12/20 I dropped off my 2015 Fiesta for an appointment scheduled today 2/13/20. Klent, my previous and continued service advisor, as always, took good care of my vehicle. When he contacted me with the results of the diagnostic he went straight to the point and didnt try to persuade me into purchasing unnecessary work. IAM beyond satisfied. I recommend requesting him as a service advisor, not that the others arent good, but he is great!
I was very pleased with the service i got. From start to finish. The rep Mercedes really knows what shes doing and gave me times for work to b finished and it was done 4 days early. I was very happy. The work was great.
The service dept. Is a big rip off!! They charge $140 for diagnostic tests for every single issue with your vehicle. No matter how minor the issue. So, if you have 3 issues you are out $420 and that doesnt include any parts! Half the time their diagnosis is incomplete and they dont find anything, so you bring your car back and those jokers charge you another $140. Im taking my business elsewhere. Very sad they use to be honest and good.
Great car-buying experience - polite and no pressure. Best customer service around! Salesman took extra time to sync my phone for me and show me how to use all the buttons / features. He also invited me to return at any time I had a question about how to work any device on the car.
Always great service! We have changed our preferred Ford dealer to Big Valley because of the consistently awesome service and all around nice people!! We have now purchased three vehicles from them over the years and chose to drive from Manteca for our service. They honestly are some of the nicest people to deal with. Great service, fast and honest! What more could you ask for? We are customers for life.
